I have been renting from Arm Guard for 17 years now. They have always been very friendly and I have never had any issues trying to access my storage unit. The units are heated and inside. I have even moved units within that time frame and they will always work with you. There even really nice when you forget to give your insurance when you switch companies. Security is awesome! There is someone there 24/7! I highly recommend!!

A bit spendy

Everything about working with Arm Guard Self Storage is simple, easy, and professional. Units are clean and well secured. Highly recommend to anyone needing storage in the greater Puyallup area. The staff is top shelf friendly and helpful.

I was referred to Arm Guard by a family member renting a unit. Firstly, Bob cat (R.I.P.) was the worlds greatest mascot. Secondly, Misti has been there since day one and found me the exact unit I needed to store my things. Since then she has been very professional. Sometimes going beyond by calling and reminding a very forgetful me that my payment is due. Since then Ive recommended several friends to utilize this facility when units are available. All in all, these folks are amazing.

Mistie Case was incredibly helpful in getting my grandmother set up in a self storage unit. She was patient, made sure we understood everything, explained access to the unit well, and she did not make us feel rushed at all (she had to spend a lot of time with us!!) thank you Mistie! We appreciate your help and hospitality dearly!

Way better then public storage by price an security

Was going to the storage place directly across the street from here; but when there were no employees to speak with about the special of 29$ for the first month and the csr hung up on me(thru an impersonal kiosk) I ended up crossing the road. Then I got two months for half price and Its a really big unit. Other storage places (PSutbolriacge)would most likely charge double what the monthly rate will be here.

I chose Arm Guard Self Storage after I learned about the amount of break ins that were occurring in Puyallup Storage units. Although the price is a little bit higher than the other sites, it has been worth it. They have military discount and new customer discounts. The place is spotless. I wasnt too happy that it closes at 1130 pm, but I am sure that is why the security is so successful, combined with someone who lives onsite. It is hands down the nicest and safest storage I have used
