This place is great, perfect location and very safe. I have never had a problem. I was on a waiting list for a while but worth it for convenient reliable storage.

Always friendly and accomodating! I have rented cargo vans and trucks from this location over 20 times in the last couple of years for my business and am always pleased with the service. Having been to LOTS of Uhaul locations over the years I can tell you that this place is top-notch and they do a fantastic job. Now I wont rent a truck unless it is from J&J. Literally.

Worst rental experience yet ignorant and rude staff. They told us they would rent us a truck so we reserved it and then they rented it out to someone else, then proceeded to tryand get us to go to federalway to rent a smaller truck for the same price. My only advice to consumers DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

By far the worst customer service I have seen. Each time I go to my storage unit they have put a pad lock on it. And have to show them my recept from the last time I payed to get the pad lock off my unit. one employee (male) is rude and caught him going threw my unit with out my permission.
