This place actually deserves NO stars. The owner - Katie Kincaid treats staff like garbage. I cannot believe I worked there. I quit after 2 months. Certainly didnt need the job. She needs mental help and her personal hygiene has MUCH to be desired. Dont work here or trust your loved ones with this company. The only good reviews are from the people that are still working there and want to keep their jobs. The wage she offers her employees is ridiculous and she doesnt want to pay for benefits.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I started working with this company about 2 months ago. I had a sketchy feeling about it from the get go. My 1st day Janene Davis told me that all of our staff are stupid and that they are worthless. She talked about certain staff making racial comments about them such as they are Samoan..they dont know how to do anything right. The owner is a joke. Katie Kincaid is LAZY..she has a fupa that almost touches the ground and grunts when she breaths. She does not want to take care of business and places blame on everyone else. She refuses to pay staff a decent wage and does not give raises or bonuses. You will never have a set schedule. They play favorites and if you do anything to tick them off they will remove you from the schedule. I worked in the office and was in utter shock by how horrible this company was managed. I was appalled by how Katie and Janene talked about staff. Ive been doing this kind of work for 6 years now in various companies and have never came across this. I am very surprised that this company is not shut down. I feel for the clients and the staff. If you like being talked down to then apply here. Also their is no formal training. Kind of hard to do a job when everyone is too lazy to show you how to do things. DO NOT WORK HERE. IT IS A JOKE AND WASTE OF TIME. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO TE STATE FOR THE SAFETY OF THE CLIENTS.

Very unorganised company. I would never put my own family in a valley supported living home. The staff that are in the homes go above and beyond what they should have to because management doesnt do anything. They promise a set schedule and dont live up to it. They cut hours for people they dont like. Talk poorly about some of the most hard working providers there are. They have a dietitian but dont supply the food of what is on the menu. They give higher doses of medication than what is prescribed and find loop holes for people that arent delegated to give meds you need to be delegated to give so the patients arent given it the proper way. Valley Supported living is a terrible company I dont recommend putting anyone you care about here or working here! There is no option to give zero stars and if there was that is what I would give. I will be reporting this company to the state!

This is one of the most unorganized companies to ever work for. Zero communication between bosses and managers that lead to way too many mistakes & mishap within the company. unprofessional house managers, they all lack professionalism and education. Anyone can get that position. This company doesnt give raises and does not promise advertised starting pay. The owner of this company is LAZY, and has never visited any of the clients homes while I was employed there. The only reason I stayed with the company for so long was because I had a soft heart for my clients but I had to remove myself from this company with horrible management and unprofessional people who ran that place. They overwork you for such low pay. Theyre unappreciative and they like to gossip during their meetings instead of working out plans and schedules for their employees. DEAD END JOB DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PLACE.

So first off let me start by I am an accomplished Psyops specialist and as a member of the armed forces i have a standard i hold to and hope those i work with hold themselves to as well. Now to my review...I first heard about this program from a friend. Most of what i heard i could not understand but upon entering one of the offices i can now say i understand.I believe we send those out to do the job we trust them to do and are capable of doing. When i entered this facility i could not honestly say i could see these individuals taking care of themselves. Let alone taking care of anyone else. One individual didnt even look like she could get out of her chair. How is she going to help any of my family members.secondly they called into question the character of my friend who has been nothing but a help to anyone ive ever seen her deal with. I read all these reviews others have posted and im curious how the state has no review board that looks into these programs. Ive noticed in the news how schools like the Rainer school finally got caught for being negligent, and how DSHS is finally being held accountable, but it cant be just this. Ive now in the last year listened as at least 40 plus people get these jobs with no training and i support their caring heart for wanting to help, but they need to recognize their limitations and hold their programs accountable for the lack of training. No training means no proper care...im not going to send anyone into the field with a gun if they have never shot a gun. Im not about to let someone babysit my special needs family member if they arent qualified.VSL, train your ppl. Place blame on yourself if things happen, you are responsible for your eployees. Your employees arfe not responsible if they haqve never been given trainging...this isnt babysitting its assisted living!

This company dont report all employees worked hours. They hire crack heads house managers that bully staffs. The office ignores all complains about the house managers. Some house managers are so rude and very unprofessional. I felt like a loser while working with valley supported living.
