I got my toes done with gell. The color bled onto my cuticles, it looked messy. I pointed the flaw out. The owner came over, trimmed my nails and put my shoes for me and rushed out.

I have no complaints, maybe more colors of nail polish but thats it. I always enjoy the time there when I come in

I’ve been to this salon several times. They are generally timely, work efficiently, and I’ve always walked away happy. This current fill is my all time favorite.The ladies do speak limited English, but they also don’t mind if you say what you want or need something fixed.My only complaint was the cost changed from the last several times. (Maybe it was the polish cost but it was never explained) I paid almost the same price to get a fill as I did to get the full set. So I was a bit shocked.

Worst facial wax I have ever experienced. The lady who was in charge dripped wax on my very sentimental jacket I was wearing and didnt mention it at all. She was very rough just moving my face around. Hurriedly put the wax on and when she was using the removal strips, she was putting too much pressure on my skin to adhere them to the wax. I wanted an entire facial wax including my cheeks, chin, upper neck, and mustache area. When she was finished, I had to ask her to do the mustache area... I had left over wax all over my face and neck when I got out to my car. I was contemplating a bikini wax as well, and I am very glad I did not get that done here. Also, the waxing room table had a dark blanket laid over the table. Did not appear clean. I received a gift certificate for this place and I will never go back again.

Horrible job !!!! my dip powder nails were jacked up as I left . I had to go down to ivy nails to have them fix it . They didn’t make them even and painted the ugliest flower I have ever seen in my life on my nails . I had to ask the lady to dip the corner of my nails because she just left them uncovered and jagged . DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

You one star reviewers are haters you losers. this is an amazing nail salon. great service everytime. never messes up. does everything in a good amount of time and charges reasonable prices. best one yet:)

I never take the time to write reviews and yet I’m sitting here in the parking lot writing this one. Even though this nail salon is very close and convenient to my house I will never come here again. The nail tech rushed through from the time I sat down even though there wasn’t anyone else there waiting. She made my finger bleed and then said it was because I was holding my fingers tense. When I told her I was tense because she was rushing and it was hurting she said that was her job and if my fingers weren’t tense it wouldn’t have hurt!! Not friendly at all I couldn’t wait to get out of there!!

I never write reviews, but I will never go to this nail salon again. I had been a few times and dismissed the owners attitude out of convenience on my way home from work. This time, I could not ignore it. She was completely rude in the way she spoke to me while filing, painting my nails, etc. After that, I was charged $3 extra for paying with a card (which had never been done before) and $5 extra for sparkles (which I also had never been charged for before). When I asked why Im being charged extra, the owner shrugged and said its because she is the owner. My friend also said that she had never been charged that cost and the owner would not back down. Do not go to this salon.

The nail tech couldnt communicate because she did not speak English. I explained I wanted round. Half my nails were round and the other was square. When she tried to fix some of my nails looked like they leaned to one side. I now have to cut my nails all the way down and since its my natural nail it will take time to get back to original length.

My nails were so ugly! I came in there for a pink and white fill and only after sawing my nails off did she tell me they didn’t have a matching acrylic powder. Then after I had to re-choose what I wanted They charged me 45$ for shallac fill with chrome top, which is a normal price for that but they came out so ugly and I had to rub on them just to fix them. I was on my way to work and had no time to fix or complain (the lady who ho did my nail didn’t seem too happy already so I didn’t want to make her more mad) but this was two days ago and if you guys could fix them I’d be more than happy to take down my bad review.

Not kid friendly!! Extremely rude!! Pedicure was hurried and not relaxing. Not worth the money. Spend your time and money at a nearby deserving business.

Ive gone to this place 8-10 times over the last few years because it is a convenient location and they do good work. However, the woman owner is beyond rude and makes me feel as though Im inconveniencing her everytime Ive came there for a fill. Eye rolling, not greeting me for 5 minutes after Ive walked through the door etc. The rest of the women there speak VERY limited English. The prices are different everytime for the same service and shape. Sometimes by $10-$20. Ive questioned that and they are unable to give me an answer. The worst experience I had was when the female owner was doing my nails and she asked what I do for a living. I told her I bartend 4 nights a week and have for 14 years. She went on to tell me how awful of a job that was and how she doesnt know how anyone could let their children grow up to do such a profession etc. It was way out of line and inappropriate. The man who used to work there was great, did my nails the best and was never rude in any way. I havent seen him in months so Im assuming hes not there anymore. Its really quite sad that the owner is the way she is, because they do nice work and I would like to continue to go here on occasion but everytime its such a bad uncomfortable experience I refuse to go back.

My friend and I went here on a recommendation from a coworker. Deluxe mani and pedi for $35?! Had to give it a try. I must say, I was not disappointed. There was about a 20-30 min waiting, but they get you in a pedi chair after only a few minutes. The chairs are massage chairs, which was a nice touch. I didnt realize how gross my nails were until they were done! They looked really good when I left! I would say the only downfall was that they didnt have a ton of color options for their regular polish choices. The staff was nice and the service was good. We are planning on returning again.
