Chita is amazing! She took her time and did my nails, fixed my broken nails, did a pedicure and wax ...on a Sunday! She is the sole owner and operator so be sure to make an appointment and dont be upset if you come by and shes busy.. Because you really do get one on one treatment and its so worth it!!

Not at all what I asked for, not what i showed her pictures of. It felt rushed and they were painfully thick, and glued to the tips of my fingers, not just my nails. Added stress of taking them off 2 days before my wedding and a waste of $40

Awesome detail and service. Star Nails is a best kept nail secret in Puyallup. She does the work on her own (not sure why the other reviewer talks about so many employees, as she is a one woman show). But she has awesome attention to detail, and is very good at acrylic/shellac nails. I have been searching the South End for a great nail tech and finally found one.

Chita fixed me up nice. She took her time, didnt rush. It is only her, so it is best to schedule an appointment but I came as I was passing through since I moved to the area. She took me in between an appointment and gave me her cell number to text her next time for an appt.

Chita (owner) was such an amazingly friendly woman! She actually opened her shop early so I (matron of honor) and my best friend (bride) could get wedding nails done before her walk down the isle since all her appointments were otherwise filled for the day.Shop is pretty small, not as clean as it could/should be, but her service was exceptional, she did basic manis for two of us in only an hour, great multi-tasking, even with the small amount of rushing, because she had another appointment, I have gotten no hangnails or had any other issues with my manicure like I have experienced at other salons. She also had very affordable prices.I definitely recommend this shop, especially because Chita is so friendly and talkative, made it a much better experience.

Chita is an amazing woman! I came in my first time and i have to say my nails looked like a nightmare. Short, broken, and grown out. Gross. She is usually available for walkins but it is always best to call. Chita also just does everything she can to make sure your nails are something even she would be proud to walk around with. Nails are clean straight edged, even a person with diagnosed OCD can approve. Great place to come! Happy regular. Won’t go anywhere else!

Didnt listen to what I wanted and gave me a different shape than I asked for. Three different people worked on me and I had to wait around for them to finish or do the next step. One lady cut me. She was sorry but it was a bad experience
