My experience during the 4 years here has been a very positive experience! The pay is incredible along with the medical. If you are a hard worker and follow some simple rules, you can make over $31.00 an hour after 4 years with the company. The management and human resources are very professional and caring to each employees needs. Unfortunately, leaving was something that I didnt want but I was given an opportunity to use my post 9-11 college fund from the military to do something else. The employees come from all walks of life and made my experience a memorable one. Dont pay attention to the negative comments because either they have bad work ethics or they just want the company to look bad. Dont let age discourage either, I was 45 years old when I started and had no issues hanging with the younger employees. If my new career doesnt work out, this will be the job I go back to. Again, thank you for the wonderful memories and Ill definitely miss this place!

2 stars only because of lumper guy and gate guy were nice. Im hard of hearing (military) and kind of annoyed them when i kept saying what but they were nice about it. The lady in the office you give papers to was horrible. Need to be nicer to truckers. Were just trying to so our job and go home to be woth family. Absolutely no need for the attitude. Just be happy. You dont like your job that much then get a different one. If it werent for the 2 nice people it would be one star for sure.

Appointment was for 0200 in the morning. Got there at 0110 and was told could not come in tell any sooner than 0130 so was told to leave and come back at 0130.Once checked in went rite to a door and was done unloading me in under 45 min.Cheched out and off to next stop.Security guard bay at check in was very nice and helpful

If you have other drops better schedule them 5 to 6 hours later. They take off one pallet every 20 minutes.

Always mess and chaos! Second star only because of guard guys who is nice and professional any time you checking in or out. On territory drivers parks wherever they wants and had fantasy, blocking roads and to doors parking space. No one controls it.

Has a sign saying be nice or leave, and the lady that sets behind the sign, is totally a not nice person so contradictive. Never want to go back there!! And if you dont like you job get another one

My experience was good. Arrived 615am for 7am appt. Out at 820am. Half a trailer to unload. $139 lumper, refrigerated load.The younger girl in charge of lumpers was awesome! Not only fast but accurate. Deserves to be paid double as it looked like she was doing the work of 2 people.Was there on a Thurs.

Easy check in & check out & fast unloading. So overall very good.

Extremely busy warehouse. Long lines to get in, NO parking available, on street or in the facility. Everyone was professional and fast once you get in the gate. They use capstone for their unloading services

My experience was fine but the fact that theres no parking anywhere close by other than that pay to park Shell station a couple exits north makes it kind of stressful when it really doesnt need to be. Capstone was very fast but expensive. You get what you pay for???

I dont why drivers complain about this place. Its a grocery distributor... it takes time..Typical Capstone. Security was nice and the receiving lady was nice as Well. Would rather sit here than deal with Seattle traffic...

Appt at 5 am. Showed up at 415 am. Got checked in and backed in to door. 11 plts to take off. Noticed trucks that came over an hour after me leaving at 9 am. Checked with office, I was directed to talk to the dock guys. I tried talking to a guy about my trailer he says he dont know. He deals with meat side. I say I had hot dogs and he just looks at me like why are u here? Comes to find out my trailer had been done over 2 hrs but they forgot to unhook my trailer so I can leave. 🙄🙄

You know setting, its hard to find a DC that can unload you in less then 30 minutes. This is the place. Gate guards are amazing, same with the receiving crew...awesome facility

Guard was really nice is the only reason for 2 stars, other than that, it’s a typical grocery warehouse. The blonde lady in the receiving office wasn’t friendly at all and it was slow. I may come back depending on the pay, but it’s going to have to pay really well.

Tremendously horrible experience today. 5 hours and 45 minutes to unload eight pallets. The bathroom door got locked from the inside somehow so there was no restroom the entire time multiple drivers were complaining and they didnt fix it

Had an awesome unload here today. Checked in 745 for 800 appointment, in a door at 755 empty with green light and out the gate by 830. 22 pallets 1250 cases

Not bad at all! 9:00 pm appointment and arrived 30 minutes early. Got a door right away, and was out of there by 10:45 pm.

First time here. Arrived 30 minutes early for my 06:00 apt. Only took about 10 minutes to get in the gate. There are no signs, and the gate fella didn’t give much direction. Just repeated “ building C “.The refrigerated loads go to the produce warehouse, on the east end of the lot. After going thru the guard shack, about 75 feet hang a right. Head up thru the middle, where other trucks are waiting. Very busy place, so go slow & easy.Check is office for frozen, is by door 232, ahead of where you park.They call your phone, when a door is available. The lumper fees on this load were prepaid, so only had to show the bills to Capstone to verify.Like most warehouses, expect to be here a while.

No parking slow check in have to watch the lumpers they sometimes pull extra products off the truck

I checked in at 3:45 for a 4:00 appointment. I was unloaded and on my way at 4:30. Unbelievable fast and friendly service. I hope everyone gets treated this well. Usually when I go to the big union warehouses everyone their acts like the hate their job and hate you for being there. Not these guys. I was treated very nicely and with a smile.

Guards were cool. Appt was at 0100, had a red light by 0130 and out by 0150 quickest unload I’ve ever had by a grocery dc with a prepaid lumper.

Need to be nicer to truckers. Office works (female) end up slamming door so hard and so loud. Took them 2 days to unload me. Could of rest one day extra at home with family. By the way lumper guys deserve 10/10 nice person was working.Garcheck nice.

Fast unloading. A bit of a cluster to navigate through, but plenty of room to back up. Always very busy.

8 hours to unload me and they left a mess in my trailer. Lady at check in had an attitude, but she might have just been having a bad day.

If you have an appointment and you are on time delivering here is a breeze and normally they dont bother you at the dock until 6 am

First time delivering to this warehouse and I will NEVER come back. The blonde woman in the office was rude and the two employees taking lumper payments were laughing and making rude comments about drivers after they left the room. Lady @ entrance was really nice and helpful, other then that is crazy! Before entering is a long line on road with no place to stop /24min/. Dont try to be a early bird, they will refuse you (1 hr before app. Is ok you will have to wait to enter)! When you hear Capstone Logistics......run for it! Slow, disorganized and expensive not mentioning time consuming!

Dont worry about being on time, late drivers get docked before on time drivers do, and the lumpers (capstone) are more interested in texting on their phones than helping get trucks in and out. Plan on 3 meals here you will be here all day long. Worst customer ever!!!

Do not bother showing up more than a 1/2 hour early for your appointment. Receiving lady is always overworked. The lumpers are very slow

The guy at the guard shack was nice but the lady at the front office was rude. They took around 2 hours to unload but extra 2 hours to give my paperwork back.

Fast unload time, the lot is a bit cluttered, but the receiving clerk has issues with her attitude. Other than the problem with the check in clerk being very rude and inhospitable, everything went smoothly. Thanks to the unloading crew for fast unloading.

Appointment @ 02:00 truck line was all way across one block . It took abt 45 minutes to get to guard shack by that time I was already 35 minutes pass my appointment time, No issues guard shack sent me to receiving office. I checked in went to my door it took 45 minutes to get empty, I was out of this facility way faster than going in.. nice employees 👍 theres was lots of trucks but they actually work fast to get you out of this place. I delivered dry products..theres no parking what so ever in this place. best bet go to the closest truck stop but you have to pay for parking 23$ per day .

I have arrived 45 minutes early. It is now two hours after the appointment time and nothing yet. So even though Ive began my 14 hour clock 30 minutes before my arrival, will I be able to take a shower? I have to see where my next pick up is first and then be able to get out of the clustered region in time. Yes. The employees who have no trouble going home to take showers decide if we can take one or not. We all just need to quit trucking because lets face it. Nobody cares about truckers. Well then if I take time away from home and we have no respect, then whats the point? Oh, wait a second. Theyre unloading! Maybe I will get food and a shower today. By the way, bring your own toilet paper if you have to doody. There is none in the restroom.

No overnight parking. Does not get in dock at appt time. Parking for check-in area is congested, especially at 0500. People arent friendly and can be rude when asked to repeat because of not hearing their muttering thru the mask.

They schedule 30 trucks for the same time unload every truck count everything and then release every truck at the same time. Non refrigerated side does the opposite. Cold side is just completely disrespectful of your time and care more about making it easiest for themselves. Every other place on earth unloads counts and releases as they go. Expect 5 or 6 hours. And a bad attitude if you mention your clock. Plus they offer no parking in a zone void of parking. You have to stage in the street just to get in the gate for mass appointment time.once you check in receiving will no longer assist you instead direct you to an office with no one in it until there ready to out process all 30 trucks. Dry side nice people quick service and assist you with out any attitude at any point of being at the dock.

After waiting in the dock for 5 hours and 5 minutes they have finally started unloading. Just like last time and the time before that. Being an O/O, that’s it. I won’t be back. It’s just too dang slow here. It would be better if you could start your clock here but there isn’t any parking for miles, the streets are all posted No Parking.UPDATE: It took SEVEN HOURS to get unloaded after arriving 1/2 hour early. SEVEN HOURS! Never again.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Had a 6am appt to deliver this morning, but because of delay at shipper I was 2 hours late. They were nice as could be. Got me straight in a door and had me unloaded and gone in less than 2 hours.

Cannot check in more than 30 min early, expect a long line out on street just to get in. Thatll take about 20 min just to get on lot

Arrived 40 minutes before appt because I was unsure about how long it would take to get through traffic and the line. Was told to leave and come back in 10 minutes. Never going to happen because you have trucks trying to get in from three different ways and in true genius form, they only have one of two lanes open in their short entrance. I did manage to make it in before my appt so they couldnt mark me late, which Im sure is the goal so they dont have to pay detention.The rest of the process was pretty typical of a grocery warehouse, and amazingly I was in and out in about 2.5 hours. Plus its pretty easy, albeit slow, to navigate around. For these reasons, they get the 3 stars from me.Probably wont go back simply because I despise places that have an arrival window of 30 min or less when theyre a huge warehouse in the vicinity of a major metropolitan area with little to no nearby parking.

Im a driver I haul freight out of here and if I had my way for the rest of my life or should I say my working life I would do nothing but haul freight out of this place as a owner operator. Their security staff great to deal with their dispatchers are even better but I love dealing with the people that drive the yard goats the most. The people that drive the yard goats who work for Fred Meyers are always willing to educate you on the rules the traditions and the practices of the Fred Meyers distribution Center. The yard drivers are never too busy to show you the ropes or that give you correction.

My husband was called a RETARD by the receiving office lady at the window because they didnt remove all the pallets off of our trailer.When you get your cash from a bank teller do you count it or just trust the lady? You count it. They blamed us because math class was apparently not important at this company and they made us sit overnight before we could deliver the rest. Why? Because they cant just get their product off our trailer, they have to drag this out? Ridiculous and very unprofessional.But what bothers me more, are the words this lady used to down grade someone who she does not know. I get it if you hate your life but i dont think any employee using the word RETARD or another employee of hers with disabilities or family members of the company would appreciate someone of their own using that type of language. Makes me sick. Good thing my husband has the mind to let the broker and shipping customer deal with it. We wont be here ever again...or to your grocery store... ever.

Security was very helpful, have a lot of trailers and may be difficult at times to back into doors but over all very helpful

For my first time delivering in a dry van went very well had a 3am appointment checked in at 1:15am at guard shack and then headed to receiving office was given a dock backed up to a dock was giving a red light had 24 pallets and had my bills by 2:35am everyone was very helpful and friendly. No over night parking.

Delivered oroduct. They dont have bolt cutters, which almost ended with them not getti g their delivery. Then they didnt return the load bars! Keep an eye on these folks.

Well, thought I would never say this but..... I have found a distrubution center, slower, dirtier and more unhygienic than the Algona/Pacific/Auburn Safeway distribution center.Not a claim to fame by any means.

Pretty damn slow for a distribution center. Overall experience wasnt as bad as others. Not sure, if Id return, but it wasnt too bad. Just a bit slow. Plenty of room to back up for those concerned about that.

Had 0200 appt. Got here a little before and had to sit in line for about 10 mins. Got in the gate, walked my paperwork up, got a door and got out at 0310.

The office people are nice. but that doesnt help for the warehouse. these people are rude and there is no safety in there. I unloaded my own truck and was nearly hit almost 10 times if not more. so all I have to say is be very careful and safe at this place.

Checking in was and unloading was decent not to long. They just need to work on Their people skills security Guard shack do act like they guard the mint and asked for a Seeable readable signature not with a half dead pen. all I got was a mumbled initials of what the signature read. Pathetic 3 stars for unloading time

Ive delivered here many times and have never had any issues. Security gets you through the gate quick. I deliver frozen so my appointments are always between 2 and 4 am which is nice because its not as busy and Im USUALLY checked in and on a door within 15 or 20 minutes. The employees are friendly and Ive always been unloaded within 2 hours. It has been my experience that this facility runs like clockwork.
