Good company to work for been there for some months now

I have ordered parts with this company for a long while. But This was my 1st time at this distribution center. I’m deciding if I should start doing car spotting and even enter in the car show event that O’Reilly Auto Parts holds on their property and it’s a pretty big property.Thanks Team O’Reilly Auto Parts Distribution Center for holding this event !

I go to ORielies because I live close to the northwest warehouse. So so I can always pick up what the store may be out of.Nnnever be without.

Long wait 2-3hours for outside cariers they dont care about apoitment time. This use to be good company to unloud but not any more. May be new manager is the reasson or they are understaffed

A warehouse that meets the needs of their stores and a will call for public assistance.

Have picked loads to deliver for new stores for past few years no hassles .The warehouse crew loads as quickly as possible. Never had problems with the load just a great place.

Easy to find, just make sure you pay for your items first at the store. I was told by a counter person I could pay at this location.. I easily give it a better rating if I didnt spend time back tracking to pay for my parts. THIS SITE IS STRICTLY PICKUP ONLY!

One of the best delivery that I ever had ! The lady at the reception is so nice 👍🏻! I was sleeping on the yard, nobody bothered me ! Thank you for what you are doing!

I have been working here for a year and all i have to say is bravo. The supervisors/mangers there are so helpful and doing a terrific job! I have been around a few jobs in my life and i can finally say i finally made it. Its not the work, its not time but its the people is what has kept me around. I have never met the most positive, hardworking, Thriving people i have ever met. I am a pretty socially awkward person but these people pushed me out of my shell and i ever never in my life had the best conversations there. There are 2 top supervisors/mangers i have to give respect to are Marcus Smith and elisha. If you have any problems in life or at work then they are the ones to go. They will hear you out and do whatever they can do to help you. I can see it in there eyes that not only do they have heart but they have thrive to make this company at the very top.

One of the easiest places to deliver Ive ever been to. Receiving assigned me a door right away. I backed up to it and they immediately started unloading. When finished, THEY came out to MY TRUCK, signed my paperwork, and told me to have a nice day!I wish all receivers were this pleasant!

We had a hard time locating an alternator and the Spanaway location never sent the order through. We made it to the distribution center where a gentleman was able to find us our part and get us on the way.The stores severely lack clear communication between each other and evidently to the customer. We contacted 3 locations to solve this, and only the distribution center could figure it out.

Easy to find and easy access. When you cant wait for the next day to get the parts you need .

Good service with doesnt always have items and stopped and need to drive to wear house to get them

Im a freight delivery driver. Office personal and shipping and receiving our nice and efficient. One of my stops I like to go to.

Awesome Warehouse, fast effective staff, quick to turn around and fix parts that were shipped wrong.

When Ineed profesional advise for any used car OReillys is there to help me.

Couldnt find much for the type of oil I needed but the staff was attentive and helpful

Not a sure bet when you get parts because no one seems to know or care what your working on or if you are getting the right components.

I love this place because it pays my bills.
