We take our shoes off when we get home and put on house shoes but we also have two dogs! Pfeiffers removed any trace of them which is lovely! They are the best carpet cleaning company. I had a friend who used another company to remove a wine stain and they werent able to remove it. However, Pfeiffers took care of it! Thats how I knew who to hire when I was in need. Bravo! Amazing! Excellent communication! From the first email to setup a time to the texting when they were on there way! Allani was great with getting back to me and Bob was excellent! They were always in COVID-19 Compliance and my carpet looked brand new after Bob was done!!

Pfeiffers did an amazing job with our entire house. All the carpets needed serious cleaning and several needed stretched. Some of the stretching was tricky, but they found a way to make it happen. Bob was extremely friendly! He is a no hassle and honest person. He had said he wasnt sure what he could do for my old and well loved couch. I said, no worries I understand as long as its clean afterwards. Well he did an amazing job and the couch looks great! Once he realized there was some hope left in my old couch, he worked hard to bring it back. Definitely got more than I expected! He even spot cleaned in front of my couch as a courtesy. And well from that I can tell, he can do wonders for carpet as well. I will definitely be using them in the future and 100% recommend them for your home!

We moved into a home that had been overrun by dogs. It was questionable whether the carpet was even salvageable. The Pfeiffers treated the carpet twice, and I am happy to report that my home is dog scent free. I was treated courteously and my satisfaction was very important. We moved to Puyallup about ten years ago from California. In thatperiod of time we have learned a lot. The first thing we learned was about carpet cleaning. Being new to the area we asked around and and heard the name Pheiffers Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning a great deal. So we decided to try them out. We have used them every since. They are a family run business and are alway available by phone for quick service. Today, they came out and as usual were on time and ready to work. We explained what we wanted done and they went right to work, going beyond what we asked for to get an excellent clean job. The owner was training a helper and helped him to get the idea of what a good clean really is. They work with their trainees for some time before they can go out on their own.
