I had Diamond Detail do the works on my 2013 Ram 2500 truck and 2016 RV trailer. I have about 9k miles on the trailer. Thru snow, hail, rain, freezing, baking sun in Tri-Cities, up to 107 degrees in Death Valley, and a sand storm one morning. The truck and RV trailer definitely needed some work. RV Trailers are done by their mobile service. So, they did them both at my house. It took 2 days. One person one day 2 people on the second day 2 to finish, (full days). I am extremely happy with how they turned out. Shout out to the mobile crew, “Great Job”. I highly recommend Diamond Detail.

Ok.... so Ive never paid to have my car detailed and when they told me the price I thought it was steep and almost didnt get it done but went ahead and got the detail. These guys are awesome! Excellent service. It was nice to have the option of them coming to my home to do the detailing so I did not have to worry about taking 4 kids anywhere. I could stay home and homeschool them while my car was being detailed. That alone was worth the money. However, I was pleased again, the service technician was so kind and worked so hard I could not believe how beautiful my car looked. It looked excellent, not one detail was missed, even the door jams where all cleaned up. I could white glove anything on the car and it would come out clean. Im very surprised and it was even better to have a happy surprise; exceed my expectations. Seriously do not go anywhere else these are the guys for you.

I have to just say how amazing our entire experience was with Diamond Detailing! My husband made an appointment for my car to be detailed mobile since I work from home. He requested a full interior clean for me and I didn’t want the exterior done because it was still nasty outside and it wasn’t necessary.There was some miscommunication and they booked us for a full exterior and interior job. The tech didn’t tell us this but I noticed it was taking a LONG time to clean and my husband went outside to see the tech cleaning the exterior.He told the tech that we didn’t book that and found out that is what we actually were marked down for. My husband called the shop to explain and they said since it’s customary to verify this info at the beginning of the appointment with us they were going to cover the cost of the difference!That is amazing customer service!!!!Not only did Vince do an AMaZING job on our vehicle...this kid ridden vehicle looks BRAND NEW, but the experience was amazing!We will not go anywhere else and will tell all of our friends about this amazing company and the tech Vince who did our car! My husband is already planning on booking for his car next month!I feel terrible because I didn’t realize how much the job was and I left a 20 for my hubby to tip but after seeing all of the epic work he did and the time he spent I will be sure to make up for his tip when he comes back to do my hubby’s car next month!!!!Customer for life here!

They made my 1989 Ford Custom E150 van look brand new. I never had it look this nice since I bought it in 1989. I will be taking my Jeep and motor home there for detailing.

We brought our new vehicle in to have some marks removed from the paint as a result of a splash up on the road. When we picked up the vehicle, there were small scratches that we did not see earlier. Travis, the owner, reviewed all of the video footage from their work, and although could not verify that these scratches happened in their shop, he asked us to bring our vehicle back in and hed take care of them, personally. He wanted to make sure clients left totally satisfied. WE DID! Highly recommend this company for detailing! Exceptional service.

My tint was cracked so I had to come back for them to fix it. Once I got my car back the second time there was left over tint on my floors, a shoe print on my door by the window, my dash is stained with whatever they used to put the tint on with and the biggest thing was there is a large scratch on my door that wasn’t there before getting my tint redone. They said they would reach out to my husband not me, about the scratch not even caring about the other stuff but that was a few months ago I’ve tried calling but have yet to hear back. Very disappointed considering they did a great job on my husbands car.

I had my headlights restored the employees work very hard it took them 2 hours to do that I am very impressed and will keep going back to Diamond Detail for other services that I need.

I had the Diamond level complete detail done on my wife’s 2016 F150 Platinum today. It turned out perfect! I parked my wife’s car under a neighborhood tree; two weeks later it was covered in so much sap that it appeared I covered the car in 5 gallons of textured spray adhesive. We are from out of town and didn’t want to let the sap bake on the car in the heat; Travis was able to squeeze us into the schedule and provide a very professional and thorough detail/clean, removing all sap. Where do I start? My Ford Explorer Limited was damaged at car wash chain when the hydraulic system broke and covered the passenger side with hydraulic fluid. To make a long story short I was told by a body shop to take it to a detail shop and get the clear coat buffed out. I knew nothing about detail shops and I found Diamond Detail and they answered all my stupid questions so I made an appointment for their Diamond interior/exterior combo with extra cleaning of the door jambs to remove residual hydraulic fluid.Jeremy at the front counter was awesome and was very accommodating. I was told the tech that worked on my vehicle was Jorge who did a phenomenal job on my vehicle. I will be a returning customer and requesting Jorge!

Diamond did a fantastic job on my Subaru! The back seat was gross from several years of kids spilling in it, I thought it was beyond help-- but they got all the stains out! This is the second time I have used their services to remove various dings that I collect using my truck as a truck. I drive a black f350 and every little nick is easily visible. Ive had three minor dents removed by Diamond and you literally cannot tell they were ever there. Paintless dent repair is a no brainer from a cost perspective and well worth the cost if you hate door dings as much as I do. The guys at Diamond do a fantastic and very professional job. I 100% recommend this shop.

We moved here from Eastern Washington and were not knowledgeable of the high moisture presence so we covered our boat as we did at home. To tightly for here and the interior molded. Diamond was able to restore the interior to its former condition. The exterior was also made to look like new.

I took my car to The Dent Whisperer after a collision. They did EXCELLENT work. They removed a dent and took out some very deep scratches from both sides of my vehicle. You cannot tell that there was any damage whatsoever. I would RECOMMEND them to anyone. They are very PROFESSIONAL and quick.

I thought I would buff the swirl marks out of my black car during the extra time I had during quarantine. Turns out I made them worse. I called Diamond Detail and scheduled an appointment and they did a wonderful job. My car looks like new again.

I have now taken two difference vehicles to have work done to them. Pretty standard cleanings that have been needed for a length of time. They make the cars look and feel brand new. One car deals with a dog and you couldnt tell when they were done with it. The other car was a purchased used car that had a smoke scent from a previous owner that they were able to remedy. The staff is very knowledgable and accommodating. I would highly recommend. You get what you pay for.

Great work, had my truck in for the ceramic coating and they did an excellent job. A few weeks went by and had a kid run into my truck with a bike put a nice dent. I took it to back to shop and the fixed the dent and touched up paint same day. The cost was les than deductible for insurance. Great work and staff is great.

I bought a black Toyota Rav 4 in January. I need to use this car off road. My husband used Diamond Detail to put a Crystal Serum on his black Ford truck last year to help protect the paint from scratches caused by branches when he goes hunting off road. His truck looks great! So I just had my Toyota Rav done with the same Crystal Serum. I am so pleased that I did. With this coating, water beads off the paint and the mud from those dirt roads I go on for hiking, easily is removed leaving a beautiful black shine. If you want to protect your vehicle keeping it look new, I highly recommend Diamond Detail for detailing your car and applying Crystal Serum. You wont be disappointed.

Get it done right every time. They do a great job in polishing the car then seal it to keep the shine over time. On one car they removed water spots from the sprinklers that had built up over years. Both cars look very well kept, despite their age of 12 and 16 years.

I have just had a full detail on the exterior and interior of my car. Diamond Detail did an outstanding job! I also had a full paint correction and had my headlights restored. I couldnt be happier with the amazing attention to detail. I notice the small things and nothing was left untouched.

I accidentally put some nasty scratches on the hood of my car while trying to remove some tree sap. Diamond detail was able to completely remove all the scratches and make the hood look brand new. They did this for a mere $60 and did so quickly without needing an appointment.

Dropped my truck off here at 8 am for a full day of their Diamond package. My dog had passed away a couple months prior and the truck was still littered with dog hair and I honestly just needed someone else to do it. When my truck came out at the end of the day, it was like a brand new truck again. I don’t know how they did it but every single piece of hair that was Imbedded in the carpets and seats was completely gone.....and I mean like, the truck looked brand new gone. There was a little mixup with my window but Travis the owner made it right. These guys did a great job and earned a customer for life. I will be back and will refer friends and family. We were recommended this place from the person who did some body work on my car and so we checked it out and the owner was really nice and came out and looked at the car and did a few spots on the car to see how it would turn out and it looked great. Quoted my Toyota Corolla $180 said it would need a little bit more time for $60. Was able to leave the car right there and it was ready to be picked up next morning. Answered all questions and concerns, little pricey but the time spent in it and finish product was worth it ! Would recommend!

I had a GREAT experience at Diamond Detail. I spilled a protein shave in the back of my truck and it smelled horrendous. They didn’t have an opening for a week but Travis told me to come in and he would clean the spill and retreat the carpet and detail my truck the following week. They used enzymes to treat the spill and a few days later the smell was gone. The detailed my truck the next week and it looked like it came out of the showroom. I definitely would recommend Diamond Detail for you car, truck, RV, or boat! They do a FANTASTIC JOB!!!

These guys did a wonderful job on both my vehicles. Both my truck and car suffered damage from construction dust (powdered cement) during the last rain storm. They even picked me up from work!

This place is awesome. They did an amazing job on my car. The premium package is well worth it, I have dogs and Diamond Detail was able to get every stain out of the back seat and I still havent seen a single dog hair yet. Their customer service is impeccable, they really care about their job and it shows.

Dropped off a used truck I recently bought for a full interior cleaning/detailing and was seriously impressed with the quality of work. I wasnt sure how well they would be able to clean up a 13 year old truck but when I picked it up the inside was almost like it had just come off the assembly line. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that you really get what you pay for.

We have been going here the past few years to get our dents fixed without going to the body shop. Every time, we have been extremely happy with the quality of work done.

Prices are pretty steep and the job wasn’t as thorough as I’d hoped. I have a large amount of exposed plastic on my avalanche and they made no attempt to put any plastic conditioner on it to remove the oxidation. When I asked why this wasn’t completed their answer was that they didn’t typically do this as part of their detailing process because it doesn’t last. Considering that I paid nearly $500 to have my truck detailed, I would have hoped this was part of their service. This is the 2nd vehicle that I had them detail. They did a good job on the first one so I was disappointed that they didn’t do a better job on my truck.
