Absolutely ridiculous!! Bought a truck from gmc Buick Chevy dealership on river road in Puyallup and there was a leak on the brake light on top. So they fixed the seal and sent the truck to Idens to be detailed from the watermarks on the roof liner. Got my truck back today and my back seat had a huge burn mark on it and the roof liner has 5 black cuts in the lining. Was told to wait 10 min and the manager would be back. I waited an hour and he still wasnt there. I had talked to a younger kid named Bailey who scheduled me another appt to fix hole. I went back to dealership to show sales manager damage to vehicle and the manager for idens was back looked at the burn mark and said he was gonna take my word it wasnt there like of course it wasnt I just bought the vehicle a week ago and its been in the shop more than I have had it. Less than impressed with work and the manager save your money and go somewhere else

Unprofessional, dishonorable, disrespectful, not worth the money or the time. I advise against doing business with them!
