They were very helpful in which service for me to receive. I thought they did a very good job. I will go back to Classy Chassis Car Wash.

For around $20 a month you can go get your vehicle washed everyday if you like. $20 is the lowest price. But, still a good deal.

I chose the $59 detailing special plus an additional $30 to have the floor mats and carpets shampooed. (In addition to the seats which were part of the $59.) Unfortunately none of the three stains that I had came out, nor were even diminished. It was like they were not even addressed. All three stains were pretty basic living life type stains. French fry fell on the seats, a little dirt from a pair of running shoes, and lastly, a simple water stain that came from water bottle condensation. Frankly, I was really surprised how bad it turned out. (See pictures) Outside of my disappointment with the upholstery (that is why I brought it in) the rest of the job was pretty good. The outside of the car looks nice, especially the wheels and tires. Unfortunately I left thinking it was not worth nearly the $100 I spent. ($89 plus tax)

Lanie the blonde girls turns interior business down when they aren’t even busy. One car in the express wash bay and she told me she’s not accepting anymore interiors right now. And I said is that the only car? And she she yes. She proceeded to have an attitude with me but changed quickly when I asked for her name. I understand you employ younger staff but they don’t value your business or how much money is being made! They are there for their paycheck and the less they have todo the better. It’s so important to find staff that value your company just as much as you! Your clients will be happier and it will trickle down to your pockets being happier! Wasn’t happy with my interior or exterior wash. Will go somewhere else next time. It’s sad to see.

$60 for a full interior and exterior detail is a great deal and I had 2 people working on my Jeep for that. Plus my car looks impeccable. Recommend

Not worth $100 theres still dirt on my seat when I paid for shampooing. What a rip off. Not to mention dirt on the side of both the driver side and passenger side. The car wash didnt even clean the outside well. Theres still bug residue on my windshield. Dont waste your money here.

I am highly unimpressed... wheb I got out of the car wash, my car was still dirty (it was in rough condition, so whatever... they rubbed out the dirt. Fine..) but they did not towel dry my car. I got the ultimate wash and shine, so I expected to have my car vacuumed, dash wiped down, windows cleaned, door jams cleaned, and a scent thing to hang. Did a receive all of that? Nope. My window still had dog snot on the inside. My back seat still have dog hair and crumbs. My door jams dont look like they were touched at all. And I didnt even receive my car scent. I am too passive to complain but I hope someone sees this and decides to do their.job better. Im headed to Safeway for windex and paper towels to finish this job myself.since can do a hell of a lot better than this work done today. I. Disappointed and so not worth it . I would love to post pics. But I cant figure out how

They did a pretty good job The only thing that disappointed me was that they polished all four of my rims and gave the tires armor all but only the ones that touched the ground they forgot to get the rear tire. When youre driving theres always someone behind you and the rear tire was still not polished and looked drab. I was kind of disappointed.

Cleans nicely. A little pricey and wish they had tire shine included in the ultimate wash but a good place nonetheless for a quick clean.

After a 2800+ mile drive from Florida to Washington State, my front end was more bug guts than paint and my car is white so its extremely noticable. After selecting the $23 car wash, they scrubbed the front end and pressure washed it for several minutes before running it through the car wash. Afterwards my car was spotless. Will definitely be coming back any time I need my car taken care of

Poor service. $23.00 did not include the vacuum. I tried to use theirs, but I was told I couldn’t as it was free. But I paid $23.00??!!!!! No one seemed to care

I must admit Classy Chassis Car Wash really impressed me. Giving them a 5-star still does not do them Justice for the amount of work and the quality of work they put into cleaning cars. I will definitely be going back to them so they can do a complete detail job on my car. Just from what I experienced with them washing the car theyve earned not only my money but my car to work on as well.

The final.wash isnt as good as I would do, but they save me time and I like the towel dry for water spots and rim cleaning.

$200 for a detailing wax and headlight cleaning the worst I’d ever seen . I took it back and the young kid did an ok job on the back of my bronco over the phone they said the back would be $3 but when I got there they said $10 . I tipped out $50 because I’m a nice person and I work in a tipping position . I should ask for a refund but I’m not a problematic personality . I don’t recommend and I won’t ever go back . Oh ya I didn’t get my scents thingy either . And they just so happened to forget my air pump but gave back when I went back . I work in the restaurant industry I could have sent them lots of business SMH

My car was in pretty bad shape I had been on numerous road trips since my retirement from military. I hadn’t washed or vacuumed my car in months. They even did a degreaser for me on my bumper and they didn’t charge me extra when they had me go through a second time. They were perfectionists & left my car immaculate like the very first day I purchased my car. They even gave me a military discount and thanked me for my service. I highly recommend this car wash. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Wanted a full interior and exterior wash. Menu says 20 minute service. Cashier told me at least 45 minutes to even start on it. Settled for exterior wash but that was a joke. Exterior of windows were all streaked after the carwash. I had to then go to a store and but window cleaner and paper towels so I could see. How are these guys even in business?

I made an appointment to days in advance for a full interior detail because I had spilled an entire cup of coffee in between the seats in my car. I took the day off of work arranged two different rides to pick me up and to drop me back off after my car was done. I arrive at the location and they act like they had no recollection of my appointment, even begin to try to convince me I called the wrong location. I pulled up my call log in my phone shows them and then he said oh yeah sorry but we don’t have anybody here they can do that today still have to come on Monday. No apology, no offering me a discount because they screwed up my whole day, no nothing just oh sorry we don’t have anybody for that. Very Unprofessional, I would not recommend this place to anyone because of their lack of consideration for the customers or their customers time.

They didn’t do it right and I paid $60 plus $20 tip I guess she’s in a hurry to get another customer. It’s just shiny inside but didn’t remove the dirt and crumbs that much. She didn’t even clean under the seats. Definitely not coming back. 😤

Yes!!! My new favorite place!! found this place driving by. This place is amazing they have so many different options to clean your car inside and out they offer full service which is amazing. I just got my car done it was really dirty after two weeks of different camping trips. They made my car look amazing in under 15 minutes. For $30 (plus $3 hot wax and $3 to clean the back of my SUV) I had a deep exterior wash. They dried my car including the door jams they wash the windows inside and out. They clean the tires and rims. My car looks amazing it’s definitely worth the cost to go here pay little extra and give yourself a break. Sorry it takes me at least 45 minutes to drive my car and clean it inside and out so this was money well spent to get it done so quickly.This is my New favorite place I will start driving 10 minutes just to come to this place when I need a quick Full service car cleaning!!

After a long six day car drive from Florida my car looked terrible. These guys washed and cleaned my car in under 30 minutes. My car looks like I just drove off the lot. Would definitely recommend this car wash to anyone!

Been coming here for years, I use the unlimited wash plan and the staff does a good prepping and on detail work. The angle into the wash for larger vehicles is why they get a four star!

Like most car washes, Im not impressed. I paid for the ultimate and the hot wax. I think the ultimate was supposed to have tire shine but there was hardly if any of that. The wash missed some smudges on my windshield. And I SERIOUSLY doubt there was any wax applied to my car!

They had to clean twice because they forgot the inside after waiting 20 min. Wasnt sure what happen but I wont be back.

I generally try to ward my car myself or go to the touchless carwashes but Ive been here twice and the people are friendly and they do a really good job giving my ride some needed TLC!

Took my car in for a wash and it came out half cleaned. The front window is not clean. The sides of my car are still filthy with a dirt smear over the lower half of the doors. The back of the car looks like it was barely touched with soap. I have photos as proof.

If I could give this place half a star, I would. There were two teenage girls that seemed confused that I wanted a full interior detail/carpet shampoo (or anything more than just turning on the tunnel). My car still had significant dirt on the outside, and no surfaces inside were cleaned.

I had an amazing experience at this location, the staff was very professional and friendly. I believe it was Shannen and Michael who detailed my car and they did a phenomenal job! My car was a mess I’ve had it for about 4 years and I’ve never cleaned the inside and on top of that I had mold growing under the back seat from one of my kids spilling water. They were super thorough and took their time cleaning it. I dropped it off at 11 am and got a call at 1 pm that it was ready. There is no longer any mold and they got rid of the mildew smell in the car, they even washed the outside which was amazing! I am definitely coming back, 100% would recommend!

I like this place, I do. They do a pretty decent job. The only thing that bothers me is there’s no lobby. They have a small bench outside, but when it’s pouring down rain or blazing hot, it just doesn’t cut it. A couple times when I’ve been there after they’re finished with my car, the main cleaner guy stood there with his hand out, expecting a tip. Now, of course I always tip... but let me check out the job you’ve done before you just stick your hand out there. If I see something they didn’t clean and point it out, they’re pretty good about cleaning it. For the money though, I’m definitely going to start looking around more and going there less. It’s hard to give this place 3 or 4 stars. If I could give it 3&1/2, I would.

On a Saturday evening, I took my Sienna van to the carwash. I wanted a full service car wash, with all the oversize mats washed. I was told $39 and would take about 35 to 40 minutes so I said I dont have enough time Ill be back in the morning. That following Sunday morning I took the van to be washed and I was told it would cost $49. When I picked the car up, from the middle seats back had not even been vacuumed and all of the mats were only vacuumed. There is plenty of dirt on the exterior of the car and on the top of the moon roof. Back in Minnesota for $32 at Central Car Wash I get a clean car that rivals detailing! Maybe its just the region.

Cleaning was good....I was satisfied..the cleaning staff was nice....However I was very dissatisfied with management and how they handled the situation with losing my two parking permits that were located in in the car....that my guess is they threw them away by accident....I called as soon as I left the parking lot....they said they were going to check the trash can....they never called..I had to be calling them back several times to get a respond from the manager...after they stopped responsing I personally went and the manager had left...left my information with the young gal that they would follow up...never received a call back....I ask if they would become responsible never answered my question....so at the end I had to replace the two parking permits that they threw away which for both I had to pay 100.00 to replace. Horrible experience!!!

We went in for the first time today to wash 2 cars . There was only one attendant on duty and he was working on a car . We aligned and waited for a while for him to notice us, take the payment so we can enter the wash area . Put a self pay machine if the only person there has to be away working on cars!

Their employees truly shine! They went the extra mile to help me deal with the disgusting mess car thieves made in my car. After seeing (and smelling) the difference, I dont think theres a mess they cant tackle!

Outstanding customer service by Shannon. She greeted me with a smile and wave. I have never used this sort of facility before but due to the cold weather decided to try it out. She helped me choose what I wanted without pressuring me with upsales ( I was waiting for it ) and the guy that worked on my car ( I didnt catch his name ) did a thorough job with a smile. It was a happy quick and easy experience. I would highly recommend them and will be back!

Right now its Christmas morning and Im shopping for a present for my Wife. I came up with this idea of having her car cleaned and detailed at her leisure. I research by reading comments that Customers leave after experiencing with a product. Amber, I think you and the Classy Chassis Car Wash represents a classy operation. To deal with these 1 - 4 STAR CRITICS and still want them as a customer really impressed me. One of the complaint I remember is no sitting area. If you can afford to have your car detailed you can afford to go to Jack n Box or Taco Bell which is yards from where you got out of your car. There you can buy a drink and get a FREE seat as a bonus feature!!! Anyone reading these petty complaints would see these customers did not take the time to address the issues before complaining....it must be the way here in America to have Humans treated like Robots. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to those Businesses who try to work with the public!!!!

This car wash always gets my car clean and shiny! This morning I pulled in and asked if they still have the $3 off weekday morning special going on. The woman said yes. I said: Then Ill take the $11 wash. She took my credit card and promptly returned it with my receipt. As I was going through the wash I noticed I was charged $11! So, after exiting, I parked the car and walked back to ask about it. She apologized, voided the transaction, and was about to take my credit card to charge me the correct amount ($8), when she paused and said: You know what, well call it even, its on us today. Thats what I call good customer service!

I am shocked at the reviews. I have been coming here for years and get the full detail. Everyone does an amazing job and is super friendly and nice. They always do an excellent job cleaning up my 2014 BMW. It’s so hard to get everything clean since I have kids, but my seats always look almost brand new!

My car looks great. they did a very good job. the down side about this place is that it only looks like a drive through car wash, and I got a interior detail. I had to walk back and forth across their parking lot 5 times to finally get someone to start on my car. I couldnt see a place to pull in for detail service, and there was no one that was ready to help customers. I had to walk through their drive through car wash and that didnt feel safe. I had to do it again to pick up my car. they should really think about a better spot for their office, or maybe another one to help customers from.

A friend of mine recommend your business as she has been a satisfied customer of your for years, I unfortunately did not have the same experience. I opted for a wash approx $35 and my grandson added a hand wax for approx $70, my truck still had bird droppings on the body and both of our front inside windows were so filmy it took us several cleanings to get clear ( it was like they used an oil rag) plus the leather cleaner was not rubbed in and still shows as water spots, not what I expected. Sorry we wont be back

I go here a couple times a year to quickly and cheaply get my car detailed but this last time Ky was running the show and it was an even better experience! She’s on the ball and has great customer service skills. Efficient and friendly, classy chassis is lucky to have her!!

Took our vehicle for a full detail and paid extra for headlight restoration. I had called to make an appointment and showed up as scheduled, but it appeared the staff had no knowledge of the appt. Regardless, they said they were not busy and had plenty of time. They called back 4 hours later to say the vehicle was ready. When I picked it up, the headlight restoration was not done (despite being charged for it) When pointed out, they mentioned they didnt have anyone on site who could do the restoration that day. That is fine, but why did you charge me for it when you knew you didnt do it.They did refund that portion of my bill. The bigger issue was the absolutely terrible job on the detail. It looked as though they barely wiped down or vacuumed the interior of the vehicle. There was dirt under all the seats that did not get vacuumed, all the cupholders were still littered with crumbs. The rubber car mats had not been cleaned. The edge of all the doors were still dusty and dirty. They offered me a chance to come back and have it re-done on another day, but given the horrific quality of their work I simply do not trust them with my vehicle. So for $170 I received an exterior wash, cursory vacuum and basic wipe down of the interior surfaces. I would strongly advise you choose a different place to get your car detailed.

My car hasnt been driven for 6 weeks and really needed a good washing. I bought the $16 wash. My car is still dirty. Not too happy. Probably wont go back.

More than disappointed with my recent detail. I Was excited to get my car cleaned out and they only needed an hour and a half, which is pretty short compared to what I usually wait. Came back to get my car and the outside looked great. I opened the back door to put my kids in and both of the back door panels did not look clean. I then buckled my sons car seat back in and could see dirt on the seats and the seat belt buckle panels looked dirty. (I paid extra for the seats and carpet to be shampooed) I pulled back over to talk to someone. I looked in the third row and seen the seats were still layed down. When I lifted them up, they had not been vacuumed at all! I showed the attendant and he did confirm that it should have been done. He offered to clean them now, but I didnt not have time. He then offered a premium wash and dry which he said was a 25$ value. I appreciate him trying but I pay for the monthly unlimited car wash else where so that did not help me. I was more concerned with the inside of my car being cleaned.. which when I left there, it was not!

I’ve been coming here for years. I’m an Uber driver and they always got my back after jerks throw up in my car and they don’t charge me hundreds to clean it. I always get great customer service each and every time; I do wish they had an indoor seating area but aside from that, this place is great!

Have had good results in the past but somethings changed. Went through this afternoon and came out with soap still all over the vehicle. Went back to explain and got nothing but attitude from one of the ladies. Guy in charge just gave me a shrug. They ran it through again, but nobody needs the attitude. Won’t be back. There’s a better fully automated wash up on South Hill now at about 120th.

They did an excellent job detailing my vehicle. When I came back to pick it up employee RJ made a point to show what specifically he had done. He clearly took pride in his work. Would recommend.

Don’t waste your time for a half service job. The car wash bent my license plate and not one manager came out to speak with me about it. Then it took over an hour for a vacuum and window clean. People who came in after me left before me. This place is a joke, the cleaner they used left a residue all over my leather. They said the cleaner might have been mixed wrong. What??? Don’t use it then. Do not go here!!! They couldn’t even give me a refund or a voucher for another wash at a different time. My biggest problem is the bent license plate, they should have to pay for a new one but no one was there to talk to me about it!!

I stopped by at 610 to get my car washed and vacuumed. They told me they could not do it because it was to close to closing time. If you close at 7pm then you should work until 7pm. Not have me wait because youre in the back playing around and dont want to work. If you dont want to work then quit. There are lots of good hard working people who are looking for work.

Was not impressed at all, they charged my my card twice, i had a shampoo cleaned and they were supposed to clean all my windows did not, didnt take the garbage out of my side door.i had to ask them to wipe it down, they didnt wipe down the gunk off my seat in the back, i f i am going to pay 100 bucks for you guys to detail my car in side i was hoping it was going to be good not good at all
