Bro do not come here there was a black guy who cut my hair it was a terrible job it was nothing I asked for and I waited 45 minutes just for a bad haircut

The first time we visited had great experience. They had at least 3 barbers. The next 2 times only one stylist was there. Long wait time so we left. Went to a different place. No wait.

Was in town on business. Needed my hair cut. The gentlemen who cut my hair here did an amazing job. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Highly recommended this place.

Took my son to get his haircut and I was very pleased. They took good care of him and listen to how he wanted his hair cut and they did it. My son left with a smile. The shop was clean and played good music to pass the time. Very friendly staff. I will be going back again.

I went in and a girl name Antoinette did mine and my daughters hair she was very friendly she did a great job. And the other workers in there worker in there were also really friendly i highly recommend Antoinette to do your hair

This used to be the best place in town. I got my hair cut here for several years. Then about a year ago it changed. All the men that were there left. I love women and have gotten my hair cut usually by women over the past 55 years. I let 2 of these women cut my hair and the 2nd was worse than the first. I could have done a better job with dull hedge clippers! It was uneven, big holes chopped in it, just horrible. The girl who cut it wouldnt even look me in the eye when I paid. And the big tattooed woman who works there is aggressive, rude, loud and all ghetto. Horrible experience. Go to Steel City. I pay $12.00( over 55) and get a perfect cut.

One of the best places in town! I will be back! There was a 20 minute wait but it was worth it! Staff was friendly and attentive to the way I wanted my hair done.

Terrible experience! I took my son in and with only “one” person in front of us we sat there for an hour. The lady working had some friends come in who she took before us. We ended up leaving with no hair cut! Thankfully we were able to go to Steel City Barber get an excellent cut and had a great customer service experience. They definitely lost me and my family as customers!

You may have to wait for haircut, its worth it. They are fast and can do anything. The manager is terrific, can help with communication, he understands what you want done.

I would not suggest this place for hair cut. The hair themselves seem to be very good however the customer service is extremely inadequate. My husband and I took our son in there and waited over 45 minutes and at that point one of the employee said he was going to back in 5 minutes however failed to return. There was never any apology for the delay and a client that was a walk in was taken over us even though we had been sitting there for almost an hour. We ended leaving, over just a very poor experience.

Probably one of the best haircuts Ive ever had! I witnessed Mr. Parra handle an unreasonable customer with extreme professionalism and even refunded her money even though she was in the wrong. As a Pueblo native and former business owner, I highly recommend this asset to our community.

After poor treatment and horrible haircuts I almost gave up on going to this place. The last time I went in barber Amanda cut my hair and did a fantastic job! However, Amanda left and now works at All Pro Barber off Prarie. Now I can completely avoid Pue-blow Barber Mop Chop and go to a real barber shop!Sen

Pitiful Im at a lost for words. I didnt know that sweeping the floor was more important then tending to customers. I feel as if I was being avoided. I was asked multiple times if I was waiting on anyone In particular. Just needed a hair cut didnt matter at all. After waiting for 30 mins u walked out. Sadly wont get my business in the near future.

Horrible customer service!!!! Some of the worst Ive ever seen in any establishment. I didnt even get greeted as I walked in, nobody even looked at me. As I waited all employees were on and off the phone. (Personal calls and texts). They are very unprofessional. I will not ever return and I wont ever recommend this place. Cut was ok but not good enough for me I want the whole package. Customer service matters almost more than a good haircut.

So far I liked their hair cuts, but the latest one done by some older woman is the worst I had in years. If the older woman will ask you to sit on the chair, RUN!

Nephews went to get a haircut & I usually dont like sitting & waiting, but the waiting experience was just as awesome as the haircuts the boys got. Very nice atmosphere, very welcoming people!

Worst haircut I have ever had. Even after I told them several times what I wanted they got it wrong. If all you want is a buzz cut then this is the place because that is all they know.

It was really a terrible experience. The guy that cut my hair (edmundo) he doesnt have a vlue of what he is doing. He doesnt take into accpunt your comments of how you want your haircut and they dont even care if you are satisfied or not. They have some prices visible for customers but they dont respect them, at the end they just tell you that the barber is the one that decides the price.Really a very bad experience and I wont reccomend it to anyone.
