Had a 3:30 appointment with Swift. Arrived at 3:28, checked in, & watched Swift cut someone elses hair for 45 minutes. After nobody spoke to me for almost an hour, I obviously left. I felt invisible.The craziest thing was there were no apologies from anyone. Swift did not express the least bit of concern for wasting my time. Not even a tiny my bad bro. I took off work for the haircut. I lost money to come sit in a salon for an hour.Saddest part is Im pretty sure the owners & other stylists dont care. Problems this glaring are usually top down & systemic. I wont get a response to this. They wont call me back. Its like when you see really bad kids. Good bet they have bad parents too.

Horrible Experience!! Never going back again, I will not even let him fix his mistakes!! Nothing of what I asked for!! Ive been doing my hair the same way for 3 years straight, tried someone new paid $137, and he destroyed it! I have to look at my hair everyday with tears in my eyes and disappointment. All he can do is say, Im sorry.

Made an appointment online (super easy) for a conditioning treatment and a cut by Olivia, today. Check-in was a breeze and I didn’t have to wait more than a couple minutes (I got there early).Olivia did a great job and was really genuine and relatable. Even curled my hair at the end so I don’t need to worry about styling for a couple days. My hair feels healthy and refreshed, and I had a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Otherwise i would have given a 1 starWent in for a perm as an anniversary present, spiral curls for a dramatic change, terrible quality & NOTHING like what was imagined AT ALL. I followed the instructions of the hairdresser & was even understanding about it not taking the first time. But after goingin TWICE with no results its rather annoying. The staff was nice but the end product was terrible. I went i 2 times and got the same result. Dissatisfaction. So if you want to waste a couple days off, 7-8 hourms of your life & $160 then this is the place for you to get a permBoth times inwas sent home with wet hair and was told the curls would bounce up, once it dried.

I am a single father and I dont always plan ahead. My daughter needed a haircut and I didnt have time to schedule an appointment. I just dropped by this salon hoping they could help. They were awesome! They knew I had a time constraint so they had two people take care of my 7 year old. The fire t washed her hair, the second cut it. My daughter has really long, thick hair so in the summer it gets hot. She wanted to chop it off. The ladies gave her a bob that looks beautiful! Kandace Z. was great with her, she was patient and was helpful and most important, she made it a great experience and made her hair look amazing. I highly recommend this place, I see why it gets voted best salon in town!

I give it one star because i cant give them zero. Sat for over half an hour before i ended up walking out and leaving. I have been a patron of this business for YEARS. I made tbe appointment for the time i could go. If that time slot wasnt going to work why did my appointment get made?

Corissa did an Amazing, Gorgeous job on mine and my kiddos hair last week. She gave me color like I’ve never had before and I am So In Love!! She also cut my my 7 & 5 year olds hair and was gentle and great with them as well. The entire staff was incredibly nice and the salon was beautiful as well. I love this place because they treat me like a valuable customer even though all I ever have is a dry cut once every six weeks. Tish is amazing with what she does with my short, no-product, natural plain hair, even though I know the salons specialty is great color and highlights and that young, modern look that is so beautiful (just not me). All her stylists are wonderful.

Got my first haircut since Covid19 no blow dryers were used, so I couldnt tell that my haircut looked like an abortion job until I went home and started to pull the side lengths to see that on one side I had long hair and the other was uneven and 3 to 4 inches shorter. I was going to give the stylist a chance to make it right, but decided the owner was probably better skilled and they couldnt accommodate me until June 18th. What kind of customer service is that?! I cried my eyes out. Ill be wearing a hat until I can get in with another hair salon.

I never had a bad experience at this salon. I am a type of customer that rarely has an idea of what type of hair cut will look on me and will work with my type of hair. The hair stylist listened to my concerns and offered great suggestions. This is a great place for a great hair cut at an affordable price. I would this salon.

I still say the Best Hair Salon in Pueblo. 🥰 Experts in doing all kinds of hair cuts, style, and color. They are the best when it comes to highlights and color for your hair. I finally got to meet the owners of this place and they are truly a wonderful and beautiful couple. My Husband set me up with Tom and he did a beautiful job on my hair. I am still to this day very impressed with the work that they do on peoples hair. Thank you both and I look forward in returning again. I love walking in here and leaving feeling beautiful.

Ive been twice and both times have been horrible. It looks great on the inside but thats it. The first time I went I wanted an all over color to get rid of some highlights. The color faded and completely disappeared after a week or two. I spent so much when it was worthless. I couldve done a better job at-home. The second time I just needed a cut. Nothing fancy so I figured it should be fine. Wrong. I explained where I wanted my hair cut to and that I needed to be able to pull it back easily for work. The lady cuts it almost 2 inches shorter than I asked her to. She doesnt ask before she starts if its where I want it. She just starts cutting. It was horrible. And really expensive for a cut I cant stand. I will never go here again.

Came in hoping for decent hair cut and left feeling like a rock star! Top notch sevice, fantastic stylists, comfortable environment, clean and friendly. Treated this country bumpkin like a queen and was genuinely happy to see me happy (with my overhaul).

Left there and made an appointment immediately with my normal barber. Paid them for a haircut that wasnt what I wanted and now Ill be paying for another haircut in 2 days to fix it. I wont be going back.

Jennifer is very good. The cashier associate offered water, popcorn and conversation. Theater seats in the waiting area helped provide a relaxing atmosphere.

Very clean great atmosphere, my daughter loved her cut and style, my only suggestion is the stylist could have been more personable, she didnt really say anything at all to me or my daughter, but thats the only complaint, other than that we will be back!

It was first and my last time here! I just felt uncomfortable and the whole set up has bad taste. This place is the worst. I got a really bad choppy ass haircut from an unfriendly staff member, I could’ve done a better job myself. The person who cut my hair has no sense of style on men’s hair and supposedly she ‘specializes’ in men’s cuts. Total waste of my time and money.

I like the way this place looks on the inside and has comfortable seating to wait, but this business is in a bad spot, the workers arent good at cutting or styling hair, they try to hide their mistakes, and overcharge for a bad job. I appreciate the pretend respected attitudes, but since the service is bad I just dont see where theyre coming from!

I took my daughter here for prom and it was a complete disaster to say the least. The hairstylist was Lise. She took two hours and she didnt even curl my daughters hair. In fact, she said she didnt have a working curling iron. I wish I could attach a picture of what it looked like to urge anyone not to get their hair done here. I took her back to the salon and was told that the stylist already left for the day. I asked for a refund and was told they would not charge me for a redo, but they never refunded my money. What a horrible way to do business!

Customer service was okay but if you think its a barber youre mistaken headlines made me think it was about lining up a very good haircut with a great shave dont have a good Barber it dont matter what kind of shave you yet I seen him tearing a kids hair apart I had to leave because I knew I was going to have a terrible fade

What a terrible place. I paid 110 for my hair and I had to go back 4 different times for them to fix it.i had a pretty all over blonde highlight that grew out all I wanted was to have my roots done to match my blonde highlights. the first girl just put blonde streaks in the top part of my hair.the second girl put a orange color on my roots that still wont come out.the third girl tired to get the orange out but couldnt and she made it so blonde it looked grey.finally I ended up just asking for my hair dark brown.it still has orange on my roots.then the owner kept saying the orange could come out.yeah right.she was rude and didnt even offer to give me my money back i ended up having to sign a weaver saying they aint responsible for nothing.never again headlines never again!!
