Overall a good washer place, various sizes of washers with massive dryers. The only issue I have is that its on the expensive side, but I dont know much about laundromats maybe its standard. Overall happy with my experience and will probably go again.

Good place to do laundry. It was clean, the machines worked great and they didnt take as long for a wash like most older machines. I like that they had the older machines at cheaper prices compared to the newer machines.

Went there 1st and only time today. Was yelled at twice within 10 minutes and my children cried. They were being kids, but by no means disruptive or causing any potential damage. Also, if you want ANY other service, i.e. the bathroom key or the wifi password, you must visit the smoke-shop next door. So if youre under 21 or a non-smoker, youre SOL. FYI, people with kids have a lot of laundry that needs to be washed often. There are plenty of other laundromats in this city. Id suggest you fire the jerk on a power-trip and rethink your approach. If not; oh well, well spend our money elsewhere.

Its actually probably one of the best places to get your laundry washed my own apartment complex has a washing machine location and it does not do the job you guys do the job perfectly. Ive had a few times where issues came up and every time you guys are right on the ball you fix the issues or the errors and youre very easy to talk to very good management. Very nice people overall good job guys

Ive been coming here for years and Ive never had a problem. Facilities are clean and well-maintained. Prices are reasonable. The only drawback is if you have to use the loo, the key is next door at Stogies. Its a tad inconvenient. But the bathroom is clean and well-maintained as well.

Very serviceable laundromat. Good hours and working machines of various capacity. Got a double load washed and dried for $4 - including buying the laundry soap. Best laundromat in the area for sure.

If I could give it 0 stars if I would. The employee that was there when I was there was extremely rude to me and my wife. We went in to make sure there was a change machine first before bringing all of our clothes in from the car. As we were going back to the car to get our stuff the employee started yelling at my wife calling her a theif and threatened to call the cops. Even though I was planning on using your facility today, I will NEVER EVER be coming back here. Save your self the time and frustration and just go somewhere else. Where the management treats customers like people instead of criminals. Absolutely unacceptable.

The people here are great, they run it really well, and keep it very clean. The only problem I have is this location gets very busy on weekends, but besides that, it’s really good.

The owner is terrible. He’s been nothing but rude to us. Please take your business else where. Not worth supporting a terrible business.

Is not my favorite place to wash and the “free WiFi” thing is kinda bunk. The password isn’t in the laundromat, it’s in the smoke shop and the person doesn’t know the password. Can’t even use the bathroom without going next door to get the key, I’d rather put a quarter in the door to use it then have to go next door and get a key then bring that same dirty key back again. My opinion of this place is dwindling quickly. The only saving grace is that it’s nice and cool in here and they have a couple video games. After your response I get it but it’s still kind of a bummer haha. The facility is nice and clean and the washers and dryers work well.

A clean well maintained laundromat with operable machines. Thats good enough for me.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! I don’t usually review a lot of places- only the ones that are really, really great or really, really bad. This place deserves to get an awesome review. There were a few places closer to me, but I chose to come here because the reviews were a lot better. It’s very clean and the prices are extremely reasonable. They have several machines to choose from. They have a change machine- to get quarters. The sale detergent, bleach and dryer sheets. I brought my own, but it’s nice in case you run out or forget something. They even sale laundry bags! (They are just made out of a heavy plastic, but it was a real life saver because one of my laundry bags got a hole in it.) It wasn’t too crowded- less than ten people or so; which is nice during this COVID mess. My washer broke a couple weeks ago and my new one won’t be delivered for another two weeks, so I had to get some laundry done. I’m REALLY glad I chose this place. They have free WiFi- you just have to go to Stogies next door to get the password. They even have vending machines with drinks and snacks. They also have a pinball machine and a hunting game to play while you wait. And, they were even playing the same radio station that I had playing in my car- so I got my awesome music while I waited! I will definitely be coming back to this place! The prices are lower than I expected and lower than a lot of other places I checked out before coming here. I VERY HIGHLY recommend it. Thank you to the owners for operating such a clean, convenient place to do laundry.

I used to be bummed about not having a washer and dryer at home but this place makes it all better. The machines work efficiently and quickly, they are rarely ever out of order. The facility is always so neat and clean and the prices are great! There is always great oldies music playing as well which creates a nice atmosphere. Occasionally a bit busy on Sundays which makes parking a little tricky but other than that, this place is wonderful!

Least expensive laundromat Ive been to in years. Good machines, and one of the few places that still has a pinball machine. Plus the free WiFi is always nice.Highly recommend.

Their triple load washer didnt even fit 2 loads and it was $2.50 per wash!! I ended having to use 3 Machines! Then the dryer is not 25 cents for 15 minutes like most places, a quarter only gets you 8 minutes!! I blew 2 weeks of laundry in just this one trip!! Will not go again!!!

It was busy, but I didnt have issues getting my 2 loads done. What was really nice, is it only ended up costing me $6 to get both loads cleaned and dried.

Sometimes the machines will eat a quarter but go next door theyll investigate the problem and refund any lost money. They keep the place neat and clean. Washers and dryers do the job they were created for🙂. Overall a really nice place to go wash your clothes

Usually clean but not that time

I came here in hopes that there wasnt many drug users here. My washer recently broke and Ive been going all over down trying to find a place to do laundry that I would feel comfortable at. Loved this place and the staff where super nice.

This place is so nice and clean. Many options single, double, triple, maxi and mega load washers, also big dryers.Very friendly and helpful staff. I kept too many coins and maxed out the timer of the dryer and the staff was so nice, given back the extra coins i inserted in the machine.Clean and safe too, with a pinball game.

Best laundromat in town! I use it every week. The place is very clean and the size options are great for many different sized loads. It does take awhile to dry your clothes but that just comes with the laundromat territory. Great staff that is always there to help, just go next door to grab them.

Anders is the worst manger I’ve ever met!!! I’ve been coming to this place for over a year now but I’ve never been treated more rudely in my entire life. He turned the power off a couple minutes BEFORE 10 PM! I still had my dryers going. I have never had a worker do this to me... apparently the workers are nicer than the actual owner/manager. I still have a couple minutes left on my dryer’s. Should have refunded me at least 2 quarters per dryer I had still going. Since he was going to kick me out with wet laundry. Wouldn’t refund me. Then threatened to call the cops on me and using terrible language at me. Swearing and cussing. I’ve never been treated so bad! I’ve recommended this place to a ton of people... now I’m going to tell them my story and they shall no longer come here. And I will NEVER come back!

They say that there is WIFI but for quite a while now that has not been the case. People next store at the smoke shop dont seem to care. Time to find a new laundromat.

This laundromat seems a little bit too crowded especially when you try to find a table to fold your clothes. There has been great improvement since this location changed its name. It is very clean inside and the prices are fair. I would actually rate this establishment as 3.5 if there was a way to do so.

Great service! I planned a laundry party with 12 people and called ahead to let them know there would be a lot of us. They went out of their way to set up some tables and chairs for us to play card games at while we waited for our laundry!

Washer did not spin out right, dryer took 2 quarters when added 3rd did not give any more time. Clothes still wet.

Since there is no available website to visit, we came here after a recommendation from friends that it was cheap and nice only to find that the majority of the washers cost significatly more than we were willing to pay.If you are looking for a place to wash your clothes for a reasonable price, dont go here.

This is a great place to do laundry because its clean and well kept in comparison to other places Ive been in Provo. Its newer in comparison and doesnt have any loud Mexican music playing. The only downside is the seating isnt very comfortable

Staff is always very helpful if I have any questions or need anything. They keep it clean and they just redid the floors, which gives the place a nice look.

Several different size washers to fit any budget. Always clean. Great staff. Free Wi-Fi. Almost as good as being at home, but you cant sit there in your undies.

Been coming here for quite a few months now. So far no issues. Coin exchange always working. Washing machines do a thorough job, and they have pinball! Im just a sucker for pinball machines.

Owners were very rude to my mom and they also called the cops on her. My mom didn’t do anything wrong. She is short and couldn’t see where to pour the detergent. My mom and her friend decided to use one of the carts as a step stool my mom got on and her friend was holding the cart steady. Owner came out later yelling at my mom not to get on the cart. Owner could have solved the problem by putting a step stool next to the bigger washers. Instead they call the cops and kick my mom out.

This place wasnt very big it was kind of busy the change machine work goodWi-Fi is available to smoke shop is just practically next door and they have excellent customer serviceI was a little upset at how long the dryers took to dry actually sucking up more quarters than it was to wash. People were overall very friendly and I will go back. it was super hot outside but the air conditioning work great on the inside.

Stay FAR away from this place!!! The manager was EXTREMELY rude to me! I was looking to do laundry and he BLEW up at me about getting quarters from the change machine. I never leave bad reviews, but I have honestly never felt SO disrespected. If I could give zero stars I would!!!

My washing machine wouldnt spin at home. I googled Rapid Wash(Open until 10pm). Arrived at 9:02pm just to have the guy tell me he programs the washing machines to turn off exactly at 9:00pm. NOT IMPRESSED!!!
