The good:Plenty of parking.Nice rolling baskets provided.Change machine works.Tables and chairs to sit.Nice clothes sorting/folding tables.The bad:Not so clean (Dryer sheets strewn around).Potentially scary washers (one of my nylon garments was trashed by a washer - like it had gotten caught in a place with black grease or rubber)(!).Doesnt necessarily clean the clothes (last time I went some of my clothes came OUT of the cleaning process smelling like PEE. Im wondering if they recycle the wash water (?) since a family with little kids had just done their washing before me after returning from a 2 week camping trip. Maybe the kids peed in their sleeping bags (?) My clothes should not smell this way. They didnt go INTO the laundromat smelling like this. I tried to call to ask if they recycle the wash water, but the number was temporarily disconnected.Im going to try someplace else.

Our washing machine stopped draining so Bright & Clean came in handy to get our clothes and sheets clean. Especially since our daughter was sick and ruined her sheets a couple of times.I would recommend this location to get your clothes clean and dry quickly. It was everything I expected and would come here again. The only reason I didn’t do 5 stars is that the floors were very dirty. I get keeping them clean must be a nightmare but it looks like they haven’t been scrubbed in a long time.Overall a good establishment.

Dirty laundromat.Dryers don’t really dry they just spin. Usually there’s homeless people wandering in and out. I’ve been asked for money or asking for favors numerous times by them. If that’s your thing then by all means.

Nice clean laundromat I was impressed by how clean it was usually there is soap all over washers food stuff on tables ect that is other laundromats this one is very clean

I love this place. It’s clean, snack machines are full and working. The change machine even works.I was a little frustrated because there was a row of broken machines and I couldn’t find the WiFi info to save my life and the phone number advertised is disconnected.I came here because my washer/dryer gets delivered in a couple weeks and I needed clothes and I chose this place based on the WiFi. ;(

This laundromat used to be clean and a great place to go. However it seams as though they dont care like they used to. Its been dirty lately. One whole row of machines are down. The bathroom is closed. The internet is iffy. Its no longer the we coming place it used to be.

Cars break. Washers break. Dryers break. Everything can break.One of those dryers broke while I was using it, and I lost some of the money that I had put into it. But I give this place 5 stars because I simply called their after-hours telephone number, explained my story, and they mailed a refund to me that same day.I moved my clothes to another dryer, finished drying them, folded them and went home. I give this place 5 stars because of the service that the owner provides to his customers. The rest of the laundromat is fantastic. They keep it as clean as possible, the machines are mostly working, they have a large variety of washers and dryers and its fairly inexpensive. I would recommend this laundromat to anyone.This place gets 5 stars because of their honesty and integrity in refunding me cost of the money I lost when the dryer broke (as machines sometimes do) and it is nice to see that integrity in this world, and it should be rewarded with your business too.

I had my make up and hair gel stolen from there. It wasnt their fault however....

This place is fine. Its usually a little too crowded and smells kinda bad but what can you expect from a coin op laundry place.

Always Clean.love the 8 loaf washers that are very good price and the dryers work very well too, unlike most laundry mats around here. Doing laundry here will not leave you pennyless with wet cloths.

The employee that was here today BLATANTLY discriminated against us and our service dog. He claimed that we couldnt take our service dog in because of people that have allergies. The most recent order of understanding by the US D.O.J. says allergies is NOT a valid excuse to ban service dogs!!! Then he said not to come back if were going to bring the SERVICE DOG. THIS LAUNDROMAT NEEDS TO BE BOYCOTTED!!!

The best ac in any laundromat Ive been in, sadly its not saying much. They dont really have anywhere comfortable to sit, I go to wash hut now and that place is much better. Even if it is a few quarters more.

The dryers are a rip-off, first quarter is 10 min, the next adds 8 min. 20% convenience fee? No thanks.

Today I went to Bright & Clean and found it to be anything but clean. I saw a MOUSE dash from under the office door and disappear somewhere among the washers. The rubber flap that covers the detergent loading area is covered in black mold/mildew. The floors are so filthy that if you drop a sock you almost want to re-wash it. Thats not even considering the dust. Come here only if you are too desperate to go to Cougartown, just up the street.

One day one of the machines was stuck in the wash cycle. I had to call up the owner and have him come down to fix the machine so that the wash cycle would finish washing my clothes. I told him that I would just go shopping nearby, then come back to get my laundry. He had the machine fixed within a half-hour. So my time spent there wasnt much longer than what I normally take.

Cleanest in Orem/Provo. Not too expensive either.

Inexpensive with enough washers to get everything done, weird locals but Im also one of them. Wifi network has no connection to internet, why have a wifi network? 3/5

Its an OK laundromat, I guess. But theres no one to help if anything goes wrong with any of the machines and it feels a bit grungy. And my sister saw a mouse.
