My apartment did not have hot water for a week. Other friends apartments didnt have AC. This apartment complex has been the worst housing experience of my life and ridiculously overpriced. The renovations they are doing in the new apartments look absolutely nothing like the pictures youll see on their website and very little like the model apartment you see on a tour. Renovations is not the word you would use to describe a cheap paint job, flimsy barn doors, and even less cabinets and storage space in the kitchen. In the renovated apartments, they give you a useless TV and an even smaller kitchen table and a scratchy, uncomfortable couch. Do not be fooled when they tell you that the apartments are being improved. They are worse in every possible way. And they cost an extra $100 a month. The office staff is terribly slow at responding and they make it very clear that unless you are re-signing your lease, they do not care about current residents. When I was on a tour of the renovated apartments a few months ago, I started reading the lease and the housing manager told me, No, you dont need to read that. Theres nothing hidden in there. Suffice it to say that if Im told not to read a legally binding document before I sign it, I no longer trust that person. My biggest regret in Provo is choosing to live at the Crestwood.Pictures are of cheap renovations and poor, unfinished quality. Shelves dont fully extend to the wall, nails are painted over and left everywhere, and the door lock is literally upside down. The light switch was installed at a crooked angle.

Edit: I have reached out multiple times with concerns only to be told that they’ll get back to me and they never do. I had a parking issue today and the two office workers told be I just had to deal with it even though I pay monthly for parking and have a parking pass. Due to having multiple dogs in a small space, the thousands of dollars I’ve invested into professional training are being ruined by having multiple roommates with dogs. This situation could have been even more dangerous and even potential for lawsuit. If I’m being advised to reach out or that management is there for me, I expect them to answer the phone or emails in a timely manner. I once called five times in one day before someone answered the phone. The voicemail is also full and has been since I signed a lease, so either remove the option to leave a voicemail or clear the voicemail box. These rote replies to reviews show how little the new employees care about people and care more about saying frivolous words.I do not recommend living here because it is poorly managed and they do not care about you. They’ll say they’ll call you and never do. They placed three people with dogs in one apartment, do not work with you if you have a parking situation, and the advertisements are not correct. They moved me into a condo, which increased my rent to almost $100 more than I was initially expecting. The condos are worn, the carpets terrible, and the kitchen equipment is rough. Living here would be fine if management wasn’t poor and they didn’t falsely advertise and then overcharge you for everything.

While I know that a lot of construction is happening at the property right now, it sounds like its all for the better. Several new things are coming, which include an expanded fitness center, outdoor kitchen by the pool, a new fire pit on the pool deck, an upgraded clubhouse, etc. Also, the new apartment interior renovations are amazing and modern! This place was definitely in need of an overhaul. I cant wait to see all the changes.

I absolutely LOVED living at the Crestwood apartments!! Renovations are tricking to handle with us needing to move around however the new management (Redstone) is amazing & will take care of all your requests! I’ve talked with Kimmie & her team a few times, & they have been nothing but sweet & addressed all of my concerns super quickly. I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends esp with the new renovations! 😍

Each room is individual which is ideal for student housing. Also, there is a sink, mirror, and cabinet in each room instead of in the bathroom. This is actually really nice since you dont have to deal with other peoples shaving, toothpaste, or other messy products. Closets are a little small because of the in room vanity. Ive lived here for a few years and my overall experience has been good but not great. New management seems to be more on top of things as well which has been nice.

Crestwood will do nothing more than the bare minimum and even less than that. They moved our my roommates and I out to a new apartment with just 6 days left of our contract. The renovated apartments are just a bigger, more uncomfortable mattress, and repainted cabinets. This is the second time I’ve had to move this summer because of renovations and they only offered $40 off my rent both times. I’d rather be homeless than live here again. The parking lot is poorly lit which makes for uncomfortable evenings and it’s ALWAYS full of garbage from the revonations, including broken glass. I guarantee it will NOT be worth the rent, do yourself a favor and save the money, go find somewhere else to live.

Ive lived here since August 2020 and my experience was great, up until about a week ago. Redstone Residential bought the Crestwood a few weeks ago, and they are FORCING every tenant to relocate to a new apartment while they do renovations. Then, we are being forced to move AGAIN just one month before our contracts expire. Edit September 2021: they made us move 5 days before our contracts expired. Such a joke. While this is technically allowed per our contracts, I dont think its fair to make every tenant move twice in the duration of their contract, and then be forced to move again when their contract expires. Its been a terrible experience and I look forward to the time when I leave this wretched place.

If I could give negative stars I would. The new management is horrible. They moved me around to renovate (which I dont have a problem with) but when I moved into the recently renovated apartment, I found that there were screws left on the ground, the toilet wasnt secured into the floor, it wasnt even finished like they promised (there were 4 chairs, not even a table to eat on). To top this all off, my door will not shut since the entire top hinge is out and the lock to the door wont work (the key doesnt even go in the key hole cause there is a metal strip blocking it).Obviously this stuff happens right but when I addressed this with the office, they would just reply with oh itll be taken care of tomorrow morning at the latest. That happened all week with no communication on what is happening. The issue still has not been resolved. It makes it especially difficult when you dont know some of your roommates and sure some are untrustworthy (again, they put me with these people). Here are pics of the conversation in case youd like this as a reference (they were perfectly nice with my frustrations but they just never addressed them). Ive also attached a photo of the door. Remember, I still havent had this fixed...

Ever since Redstone took over, this place has been nothing but a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Getting things fixed is next to impossible. Our shower was broken for three weeks. Fixing it took two maintenance requests (apparently one wasn’t good enough), 3 phone calls from me, and about 5 phone calls from my parents. Each time we contacted them, we got told the same LIE that it would be fixed immediately. At the end of it all, the property manager told my mom that I had never reached out to them about the problem. They also don’t return any calls. Both the property and regional manager were supposed to call my parents and I back multiple times about the issues we have been dealing with, but still nothing, shocker. Contracts are being violated left and right, and absolutely no interest or care is being shown towards tenants. Do yourself a favor and LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

AVOID AT ALL COST. THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO TENANTS. The new management is fake and takes advantage of their tenants. They ignore maintenance requests completely. They are careless about keeping documents of leases and other important information. The new manager, Kimmie, will make you think that the Crestwood is accommodating but once you sign its almost impossible to get the bare minimum out of them. I have known many people who have had APPLIANCES BROKEN FOR WEEKS without getting fixed. Things like showers, washers, dish washers, even AC (in May mind you). There is a lot of illegal stuff going on here. AVOID IT. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!

This place was great when I moved in and have had terrible experiences in the last few months. The new management (Redstone) has had extremely poor communication since taking over. They redid their website without any notice to residence and have lost all history of previous payments and we didnt have access to the portal for awhile. I prepaid my rent and when they opened the new website they sent me a text saying I owed 2 months rent. I had to go to my bank statement to prove I prepaid. They moved my roommates in the day of move outs when one of my old roommates wasnt even out yet. The girls had to come in before they even cleaned the rooms. (They had to transfer due to renovations). I also have to pay more in rent than them because they came from the lowest tier and got the free upgrade due to moving for renovations. I dont think is fair at all.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Literally the worst place and worst management ever. Stay far away from any place Kimmie hammer “manages” (trust me you’ll know who she is based on her horrible concealer choices, kimmie I know your reading this. Seriously it ain’t cute.) Shes the MOST condescending human being I’ve ever met. Not to mention she lies constantly. When they told us we would have to move twice during renovations, I tried to terminate my contract due to mental health and needing a stable living situation. There was another tenant that was doing the same thing and kimmie said she would sell her contract for her. When I mentioned this to said “manager” she told me I was lying and that they never did that. Even though the tenant no longer lived there and had her contract sold by Crestwood. I was thankfully able to get out of it due to a 90 day cancellation policy. On top of this, appliances were broken and never fixed, the office would delete maintenance requests, contracts were violated. Not worth the prices even if they’re renovating. Do yourself a favor and never live at any red stone property. The good reviews are paid residents that are offered $50 off rent for a good review. Don’t believe them. Watch, km going to get a comment that says “sorry blah blah blah we have exciting things coming blah blah blah”

Review №15

I’d rate and review based on my previous experience from about a year or two ago, but I think it’s most pertinent to prospective buyers to understand what they’re potentially signing a contract for, not for what I previously have. Changes have been made that make the living situation not at all worth the $570/month they are asking for.So, let me start with the most recent bit: this is student housing, but the living situation is incredibly anti-student. They actually just shut off internet access for the individual rooms. They provide a singular router for the central shared space, and you can leech a little off it on wifi. But with recent transitions to online learning (all of my upcoming semester courses are online), you had best have a laptop or a wifi adapter and pray that your connection holds up. A lack of wired connection introduces a lot of risk in learning—disconnecting during class streams, submission errors, missing meetings with professors, etc. If you want to use the internet in the unit for anything else—gaming, streaming movies or shows, that sort of thing, well, prepare to be very underwhelmed by your options at the Crestwood. For a lesser price tag, I’d think this less an issue, but being advertised as “luxury accommodations,” it’s laughably restrictive. The rooms are awfully small, too. Having lived in other student housing options in Provo, I always felt incredibly cramped in my room. This is made only worse by their insistence on adding larger queen-sized beds. They don’t really serve much purpose in single-student housing save to occupy floor space you already don’t have. Luckily, they don’t provide much else by way of furnishing: a desk that’s much too small to work on, and some small drawers stuffed under the bed frame. They do provide one decently sized smart TV in the communal space, but if the other units are like mine, it wasn’t mounted in a stud, so it’s a little precarious.Washers and dryers are centralized in a coin-op laundry, which feels increasingly archaic in high-density housing. I used to live in the outer apartments on the third floor, so I always feared lugging my dirty laundry down stairs and through the complex to get there, then trying to find an empty washer unit to start the process. They’ve also continually upped the price over the last year, so each round of laundry will cost you an additional $4-6, depending on your settings.Management has always been a touch unreliable. When I first moved here, a door jammed and I was locked out of my bathroom for about a week before they did anything to remedy the situation. This is when rent was, including utilities, $375 per month. Rent is increasing by about $200, and my newly renovated unit had a broken fridge that they didn’t particularly rush to send maintenance to fix, either. Granted, it was a day or two and not a week, but I wasn’t thrilled about their response time.I’m not sure if whoever’s calling the shots for the Crestwood’s new developments is incapable and in a bad situation, or just out of touch with the student population, but it is nowhere near worth the ~$570/month they’re asking for. You’re better off looking elsewhere, that same amount will take you much farther somewhere else.

EDIT: the reply from the owner is all lies!!! She’s gaslighting me lol. I can count days and it was less than 7. And it literally was during finals week!!! Every reply from the owners is lies and they’re squirming because we’re exposing the truth!!! Stay away!!!!!!If you value being in a livable/kind living situation that does what they promise, then look elsewhere!! The previous reviews that were on here with 5 stars were from the previous management, paid residents, or the staff leaving reviews. Don’t believe any of it!Many of us have had horrible experiences with the crestwood. For me, they are supposed to give us a 7 day warning before forcibly making us move (for renovations). We received maybe 5. This was in the middle of UVU finals week as well. A lot of people complained about that, but they didn’t care. Then they moved me from the gold level apartment that I contracted for, to a more rundown silver. If I hadn’t asked about it they would have made me kept paying for a gold.In the silver apartment they moved me to. The AC has been broken. We asked them if they could fix it for us before moving all of our stuff up 3 flights of stairs and NOTHING. We had to keep going in and putting in requests when finally a week after we’d moved, a guy comes in and “fixes it” but to this day it’s still broken. They also delete maintenance requests rather than doing them, to see if we notice. Many people are living without the appliances we are all paying a flat rate utilities fee for. They never accommodate anyone.I could go on, please reply if you’d like more info! They are run by a huge corporation that feeds on stealing money from poor college kids. RUN AND DO NOT WALK from the crestwood!!! I will most likely receive a comment from the staff on here saying how kind and loving they are. Again, don’t believe it!

I really liked living at Crestwood. I lived there for a summer and rates were amazing! I was in a remolded unit so I was very comfortable. Having seen some of the older ones, I would not want to live in them, and I think the normal prices (not summer) are too high for those rooms. It’s all big private rooms, your own vanity in the room. Lots of parking. Pool and courtyard are great! Management was helpful. Laundry was pretty pricey compared to other places. Definitely an older demographic (most people close to 30) I feel like a lot of people living there were not students. And LOTS of pets around. Not sure what that’s about pretty sure they don’t allow animals. Cleaning check was most in depth I’ve ever had (maybe cause of covid). Deposit was returned in about a month. Overall great experience, social wasn’t the best due to the older working people.

I moved in August 2020 and moved out April 2021. Everything was good until it wasn’t. We started having problems left and right and they were never resolved. our dishwasher never worked and when they came to “fix” it then basically just stared at it and didn’t do anything, our fridge broke, we had to throw away all our food and every single employee was out of town so no one could fix it in a timely manner. Maintenance left a hole in our bathroom ceiling for 3 months and it smelled like a water park. They also started moving in people on move out day and gave no information on what was going on. If you are looking for a place to live this should be your last very option. yeah, the rooms are pretty nice and spacious however i just recently moved into a townhome and i’m only paying $10 more than what i was paying here. ridiculous.Overall, i’m SO happy i moved and will never live here again. management is soo difficult to work with and they never seem to care that your place has problems.

Crestwood offers everybody $50 off rent if you leave a 5 star review (which is where a lot of these reviews come from). Even though I love discounts, this was something I just couldnt get myself to do.Crestwood is a fun place with great people but they are not fair. My roommates and I all signed up for a gold-room (which is much more expensive per month), but turns out the only thing gold about the apartment were the rusty old doorknobs. We had silver-level carpet, and a nasty couch with springs popping out of it that wasnt even silver-level if you ask me. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and our carpet was torn up in some places. Fireplace didnt work either (which is important for later in the story). The only thing that was technically better than the silver rooms was that there was one more countertop with two extra cupboards under it. More storage space was hardly necessary when our diet consisted of ramen and pancakes. When we told the management about our concerns, and that we should either pay less because it wasnt a gold room, or get upgraded to a gold room, they basically said sorry, some gold rooms are just like that. ... We waited for an explanation or a solution from them, but when we realized thats all they were going to say we stared at them for a second and said really? and they said here, lets put you on the list of rooms to get new carpet and they pulled out a piece of paper with about 30 rooms and put us on the very bottom of the list. As you can guess, we never got new carpet. On the coldest day of the year our furnace broke, and I tried emailing management (the office was locked), but I didnt get an answer until after the weekend. Fireplace was broken but luckily our amazing bishop loaned us a space heater. Three days of living in an apartment that I could literally see my breath in! Not fun.Only reason Im not giving 1 star is because the people and the ward are awesome and I even met my wife there.Moral of the story, make sure you physically look at the room they are giving you before you sign a contract. All of the rooms that I saw are better than the one we had, and they were all paying much less than we were, so youll probably have better luck than we did.

I have lived here since end of summer 2020. It is the biggest private room I have seen and it has its own private vanity which is nice. It also has a TINY gym with a hot tub and pool. Online the pictures look super nice and the area looks super well kept. I moved here from out of state during COVID so I didnt have a chance to look at pictures online. DO NOT MOVE HERE WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE ROOM YOU WANT TO RENT FIRST!!!!If I had to pick again... I would only live here because of how convenient of a location it is between orem and provo. It is also on a hill which is quiet and has lots of parking. It is more of an older (RM-type early 20s) community. The ward is super great, LOVE THEM!HOWEVER......When I moved in the apartment had not been deep cleaned as they claimed or even clean at all!!! There was trash (old chip bags, water bottles... even food left in the fridge) everywhere, the toilet was broken, mold in the bathroom. The carpets were disgusting, couches were shredded (literally shredded... they probably hadnt been replaced in 15 years). It took weeks to get everything fixed. The outside pool area was sort of managed but there was lots of trash. They also have fire places in the apartments, but the one in my place doesnt even work and you have to have management turn it on for you... (by the way management is only there till 5pm so you better only have use for a fireplace in the early afternoon...).Also, if you have a pet allergy... make sure you check the apartment first!! Literally pets everywhere!!!!The apartments are separated by silver, gold, platinum, condo but literally the only distinction is in price. I am totally over paying to live here. ALSO, laundry is way expensive here, and the laundry room is nast... the machines are moldy and nobody cleans the room. There is just a huge pile of nasty clothes and trash that sits in the corner (as someone who used to work at a laundromat, its unacceptable) .I will say though, when we have had problems, management has been good to try and fix things, BUT ONLY IF WE ASK. They dont seem to do a good job on taking initiative and actually checking things, but if you ask theyll do if for you (i.e., we got a new couch, new toilet, and new sink disposal).MORAL OF THE STORY: come actually look at the place before you want to live here. Some people, like some of my roommates, totally dont mind anything that I just mentioned above. Also, some apartments are not as bad as mine so maybe I just got the short straw. But as a very clean female who likes to get what she payed for and not feel cheated, I might reconsider. The only reason I give it a 2 star and not 1 is because I have seen worse apartments in other parts of provo and orem, plus it is SOOO nice have a large private room with a vanity and I appreciate that you can pick the types of roommates you want to move in with during the application process...

BYU/UVU and the highway is close as well. Parking is good. Neighbors are quiet. New management is not great. Big company just bought the place and they raised rent prices too much and have too many random fees which is upsetting. READ YOUR CONTRACT carefully before signing because they try and trick you into signing without giving you the real full price. New management also is NOT respectful of our privacy. Although the complex is not without fault, I believe that the management is putting in effort to elevate and improve the quality of living here. During the time that Ive lived here, ownership of the complex has changed over and I believe the new owners are trying to improve things as much as possible. Things that I have seen improvement in are: faster responding maintenance and more communicative staff. Unfortunately, there are a few things that have stopped me from giving a perfect 5 stars, such as the inconsistency of fulfilled maintenance requests, the slightly outdated appliances, the inconsistent general upkeep, and the slightly overpriced laundromat. Although these issues remain, I am rather optimistic that the new owners will work to improve these things and have renewed my contract for next year.

They did a walk through at the end of spring that was out of line; that they charged us a whole lot of money in cleaning fees when we cleaned the apartment before they came. I talked to the neighbors, and same thing, they walked through clean apartments and failed everyone for everything. Honestly this place has been incredible. The management is amazing to work with and have saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend.

I have loved living at the Crestwood this year. The apartments are quite nice! They have a cute little fireplace in them that is great for winter nights! Management is good at responding to questions or issues that may arise and good at making sure the outside area is taken care of and maintained. Definitely would recommend living here!!

Before I signed my contract with Crestwood, I went and looked at many different places. Eventually I picked Crestwood and I definitely made a right choice! I live in the condo apartments and I love it! The apartment complex is super clean and quiet. People in my ward is super friendly and nice! Ive been to many other student apartments in Provo, and this one is definitely the nicest place with a reasonable price!

Ive read some of these 5 star reviews by these people that seem to be so pleased with the crestwood, but everything they say contradicts my experience. I am highly dissatisfied with the Crestwood. They advertise year round spa use, the hot tub was open . . . for the first couple of days. Ive lived here 3 months so far and its been closed ever since. I couldnt move in until the paper work was all done, on my end and theirs. I finished the paperwork promptly, then continued to wait 5 days for them to send me an email giving me the OK to move in and get my keys. And they charged me a late fee for paying the initial fees late, when I didnt even have access to pay them yet because I was waiting 5 days for them to give me access! Once I finally was able to move in, I realized how crappy the place is. Our kitchen has cabinets that are falling apart. The bottom of my clothes dresser drawers fall off every time you pull them out. You have to put in a repair request with the front office if something needs to be fixed, which it should have been before I ever moved in, but it takes them a couple weeks to ever get around to it. The office staff dont seem to know what theyre doing, if you ask one of them a question they have to ask amongst themselves before they give you an answer. This place is not worth it, whoever is in charge of how things run has no care for the residents.

I have lived at the Crestwood for 2 years now and have enjoyed it. I like having my own room and my roommates are great. Having 4 girls in an apartment seems like the perfect number. Ive lived at the Crestwood for several years and I keep resigning because I continually have a positive experience with them. Management is easy to work with and they take very good care of their grounds and apartments. The price is good and they do not look for ways to get money out of you. The other residents are always great as well if youre looking for a great student scene. Good central location to a lot of stores, restaurants, and both schools. Overall great place.

Horrible place to live. When we moved in it was dirty and many things were broken. I moved my bed frame to rearrange and the wall that was covered by the frame had a bunch of hair and fuzz all over it. My roomate had a bunch of stuff left in his room from the person who previously lived there including a kitchen knife that was sitting in his desk drawer..................... My shower was broken for months and I had to put in SEVERAL requests to get it fixed they finally fixed it after my request said “please I am begging you fix this”Oh also they offer people discounted rent to give good reviews! Really great place to live. Apartments have 4 rooms to them and are all private rooms. Management is easy to work with and prices arent too expensive. Great social scene for any single college student.I have been here for 3 years and really enjoy it. The buildings are maintained well, however they are older. I wish there was more counter space and storage in the kitchen, yet its manageable for your average college student.Overall, 4/5 stars for lack of counter-space and older housing/floors. The management has been getting better and better at responding quickly, which I thank them for.

Ive lived at the Crestwood for about 7 months, and I have actually really enjoyed my experience. When I moved in, my apartment was somewhat dirty; there was cat litter in the carpet and it was kind of dusty, but it was nothing that I couldnt clean myself (although gross, I cant blame management too much because I chose not to say anything, but I was disappointed that the apartment wasnt thoroughly cleaned before I got there). The furniture is also old and outdated, but you really cant complain much when youre paying less than $400 a month for a private room, private vanity, pool, hot tub, large clubhouse, beach volleyball court, basketball hoop, and a gym.I know a lot of people complain about management and maintenance, but I really do think this current management is trying to improve. One time I accidentally called the office and hung up, and the office manager quickly called me back and wanted to make sure that everything was alright/there werent any problems (which I thought was very considerate). Also, I havent had a problem with maintenance; Ive had clogged drains, funky drawers, and burned-out lightbulbs. I put in a maintenance request and it was usually fulfilled the next day or within the week. My boyfriend also put in a maintenance request for something in his apartment, and the maintenance guy even fixed a couple of lights without being asked to.Overall, Crestwood is old, but I have never had a big problem with management, maintenance, or the apartment in general. The ward is absolutely fantastic; great mix of BYU, UVU and working students of all ages. Bishops are great and FHE groups are really active. There is also plenty of parking; $50 flat for the entire year without having to worry about finding a spot or getting booted. I would definitely live here again!

I have lived at Crestwood apartments (Gold Contract) since September of 2019. I was surprised to find a private room this affordable, as my best friend is currently living at a complex that charges the same rate, but she has 5 other roommates and shares a bedroom with one of them. The bedrooms are huge compared to private rooms at other complexes. My bedroom was a little bit dirty moving in, but I have a higher standard of cleanliness than most so I didnt mind cleaning a bit when I moved in. There is a ton of cupboard space in the kitchen, and having a vanity in your own bedroom is nice. Management has been great! They are prompt at filling maintenance requests and let you know when theyre coming. We had some issues with one of our roommates and they were amazing at helping us resolve our issues. This is a place that makes sure that the BYU honor code is enforced which is nice because it creates a positive atmosphere for BYU college students and UVU students who want that atmosphere. The ward is cool, the bishop is a sweetheart and the people in the ward are a bit reclusive but nice when you get to know them.

3 words -- Your. Own. Sink. Not only do you have the advantage of private rooms, at Crestwood you also have a sink/vanity completely to yourself. No more mold growing on your roommates bar of soap, no more clogged sink from your (bless their heart) roommates strange grooming routine. In addition, youll find a good mix of people here whatever your interests, with pretty ladies and handsome guys. Unlike other complexes Ive lived at the ratio here is honestly 1:1. I like those odds.

Reading the other reviews, Im actually pretty shocked that so many people didnt like management. I actually loved them! They would do everything they could to make sure we were taken care of and helped me out when I got an unnecessary boot on my car. Very willing to work with people. Also thought the ward was amazing and the atmosphere in general is pretty light and just fun. I made some great friends there and was really sorry to leave. The only reason I left was because it is rather expensive-- but then again I had a Gold level apartment. The utilities are $50 flat rate, which is a little high unless you like to take luxurious showers (Im very guilty of that!). ;) Overall, though, I really loved the Crestwood. Id definitely recommend it.

I lived here for about a year and I overall enjoyed my experience! I did pay a bit more each month to have a nicer apartment, and they were a bit outdated with the carpet and fireplaces and hopefully will be renovated soon. They had newer appliances in the kitchen like the microwave, dishwasher, oven and fridge. I never had a problem with management and when something was broken it was fixed, mainly in the bathroom when pieces were rusted up, they replaced them within a reasonable time. I loved the sizes of the rooms! If you can afford living here it’s a good place to be!

Is a decent price for Fall/Winter and is a great price (for a spacious private room) for Spring/Summer. Maintenance requests ive submitted were promptly attended to. I lived in a Gold apartment and was satisfied by the conditions, but not wow-ed. Move into the Platinum apartments if you have a chance the extra cost is well worth it. I never hear my neighbors even though its an apartment. The amenities are well taken care of. I had a car while living here, but one week it needed work done. I was offered money for writing a positive review, so here it is. There are major cons to living here:1. It is highly overpriced for how poorly maintained it is - things were broken in my apartment for the duration of my contract.2. They contract University Parking Enforcement and will financially exploit you if given the chance.3. One of the managers, Amanda, is the most toxic person Ive ever dealt with. A roommate bought out the remainder of their contract and moved away. After the room had been vacated, they went through and confiscated things from the apartment they thought were his, but werent. We tried to correct the misunderstanding, but instead met Amanda. If I had recorded the conversation, any right minded manager would have her fired on the spot. After a couple days of us trying to reclaim our items, she started threatening us with fines up to $400 for damage to the vacated room, so we gave up. Eventually the area manager came around and was easy to work with, and we were able to fix the situation in minutes. Otherwise management has been disorganized and relatively unhelpful, and will flat-out ignore maintenance requests4. They continued to bill me for rent and accruing late fees after my contract had ended. You can find somewhere better

If I could give crestwood apartment’s management 0 stars I would. They were not only unhelpful and disorganized but dishonest. When our apartment door was egged every night, they refused to put up any cameras and our apartment was subsequently broken into. We had already sold our contracts but they promised us the next tenants would be moved into a safer condo. HOWEVER when the new tenants moved in they were placed in the same apartment despite Amanda’s promises, and the apartment was broken into AGAIN. Our shower and towel rack were broken all semester despite MULTIPLE requests to fix them. Management was consistently rude and condescending when we asked for help and they would always lose paperwork and make us fill it out again. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

This apartment complex is a joke! Have a broken fridge? Get used to it because it wont get fixed. Our freezer has been broken for 3 months now and it still is not fixed. Have an infestation of beetles in your apartment? Dont worry, your name will be put on a list but it wont stop the bugs from coming in. The prices are marked like its a high end place but its a dump, rip-off, and not worth even half of what they are charging. The carpet in my apartment is horrible! Its tearing in multiple places. They said they would replace it but of course, that was an empty promise. They pay their residents money to write good reviews online so I wouldnt trust any good reviews written about this place. Save yourself!! Branbury, old mill, and carriage cove are all better and in the same area.

HUGE FYI to anyone considering moving to the Crestwood, they take off $50 of your next rent to write a good review on google! Management is very subpar, maintenance is very slow, the apartments feel like they havent been touched since 1988, and the hot tub didnt work during the 8 months that I lived there. There were countless little things that made my overall experience not good.

The apartment itself isnt bad, the management is the real problem. They will charge you for everything and will not help you with anything. If they will help you, there will be a major charge for it. This summer I got married and after completely moving out of my apartment went to check out two weeks prior to my move out date. I was told I couldnt hand them my keys without being charged 50 dollars because they needed the keys to be turned in two weeks.... If you have other options, I would recommend living anywhere else. Social life isnt great and isnt in a great location for UVU or BYU.
