In my 3 years of living at BYU I have never had an office treat me so poorly. They have had 3 turnovers in leadership within the last 5 months. Staff are not trained very well in customer service or communication . Once they threatened to evict me without hearing my side of the story or even looking at the apt. I had to call the BYU housing office to ensure they couldn’t apply discipline for something so petty. I just feel that they are not very caring of their residents. They just always seem short with meThe AC did not work the majority of the summer.Other than that, it does what a basic apt should do, and for the price and location it’s great.Recommend being on your guard when working with management

Only takes 4 weeks after you submit 2 maintenances request two weeks apart for maintenance to come and fix your needs

The complex is alrght, the downside to it is that the heater was not working during the majority of winter and the room dropped to around 55 degrees and during the summer the bedrooms reached around 90 with the lack of AC, and there is no washer or dryer in complex

The place is alright. The office staff is nice but a parking pass was hard to get when there are always so many spaces open. The maintenance has not really fixed anything we needed. The biggest downside is that the only ac is in the main living room and never makes it back to the back bedrooms so it gets 90+ degrees consistently in the summer.

Pretty decent apartment for the price. Maintenance is typically on time and the staff is friendly. The renovations for the place are ongoing so there is typically a lot of stuff coming in and out of the apartments. In all, not a bad place to live while going to school.

The apartments are very nice, and not too expensive which is fantastic. Havent had any major issues. Only concern is that the laundry facilities are over in Campus Way apartments, which is inconvenient. Also, parking is a nightmare but thats pretty standard for Provo.

Good customer service, theyve gotten back to me quickly with any concerns Ive had and whatnot.

Nice apartments for the price and the office staff are helpful and great to work with.
