Great on campus housing for first year students. Building 15 is way better than all the other buildings. -1 star because they wouldnt allow me to smoke on the property.

This place is like a hotel! Crazy nice! Much better than old Heritage!

REALLY nice housing. They have granite countertops, two bathrooms with granite shower stalls, nice beds and desks in each room, a fun church community, the Creamery nearby for groceries, everything. This building is unfortunately the furthest from campus of all of Heritage Halls, but its not that bad. It IS a little pricier than other housing you can find locally. I also imagine that its still mostly freshmen that live there.

I lived here for a semester. Great place, just like any other heritage halls building. Literally the farthest heritage halls from campus, but its still only a 10 minute walk.

Great building but a little to far from campus. definitely try for buildings 9 or 10 if you have the choice.

You get to clean drains full of other peoples hair and its against byu honor code for my mom to go into my room. Every boys ego here is huge. Also, bc your mom cant, your efy counselor comes by every month to make sure your apartment is cleanSo if youre into that, this is the place for you.Its just super strict, in every aspect, thats all.

Basically hotels. Great for first year. Good social life too.

The building is great, granite countertops are super nice in this building, none of the other buildings have this. my only complaint is that it isn’t quite as social as some of the other on campus housing options, helaman halls for instance, this doesn’t mean that people aren’t still fun and interesting. shoutout to Connor one of the RAs, he is truly an inspiration to us all

Building 30 is a bit of a misnomer when theres only like 10 Heritage buildings but dont let that fool you. Farthest from campus but closest to the temple, makes you think about where your priorities are.
