Two reviews in one.Cranston st. store.I loved this store when I bought and activated my phone.Then...First problem:Cranstons store and employees had put me on someone elses account. I had an issue with missing a very important healthcare calI . Im not recieving my calls because someone else was picking them up. Not to mention very rude too.They fixed it...Second problemPaying online was plan A for me . Didnt work because the extra line totalled $120.00. I ended up at 500 Broad st. StoreI was all smiles till the employees were disregarding my situation. I went to there store because a paper told me too. I tell her I need help and if she couldnt; could she ask a higher person . Shes like no you need to make a complaint about it and you got to wait for 48hours to get to someone . Ill be doing that too but I need my phone for emergencies.My head turned and said okay they are already being sued and a nice review is coming. Why all they heads turn . The male manager was understanding when that was said. Mind you I am being so polite about it. But for some reason her beautiful self destroyed what I thought was inviting.She took my phone and got on the line with someone to fix it after all that ugly attitude . She then even called me and said I have my line to myself. They doing a lil more mess at Boost. I will be reviewing again if no justice on this .
I drove across town to pay my bill and the cashier said I couldnt she had 45min before they closed at 5 oclock 🤔🤨🤬
