Awesome service! Saved me as I changed back from T-Mobile after a horrible 8 months with them. I travel for a living and nothing beats AT&T for that lifestyle. Switching from it was a huge mistake. I’m so happy I’m back. Very attentive and kind service, even staying open late to ensure I was all set as I moved on with my tour the next day. Highly recommend. They saved me a lot of hassle and did it with exceptional service.

Sold me a scratched phone and won’t exchange it without making me pay a restocking fee after I just spent $1000 on a new phone because I walked out of the store. The phone was never used or taken out of the box. I purchased it a day ago. This should not be acceptable. Customer service is awful.

Amazing service! I initially saw Mike who explained everything in detail regarding the plan..I felt very informed and comfortable with my decision. The first net plan for health care professionals like myself has great discounts and perks and is a great way to recognize what we are going through working on the front lines of COVID. I can’t say enough positive things about Ade who spent a lot of time with me setting up my new iPhone and explaining everything to me since I’m new to iPhone. The experience couldn’t have been any better!

After a disappointing experience at the AT&T store in Seekonk Massachusetts my coworker and I made the correct decision to get help from the Providence Place mall store. We received exceptional and courteous assistance from three members of that stores staff. Their names are Michael Stepanian, Jeffrey Cuertas and Artenio. The mistakes that were made to the both the accounts involved at the Seekonk store were avoidable. It has been my experience over the last six months that AT&T is not training their staff to what I think should be the highest level of service. That is not the case at the Providence Place mall. I went in for an iPhone 11 upgrade but after speaking to him and him explaining everything thoroughly I left the storeWith an iPhone 12 Pro, AirPods, phone case, screen protector and charging cube . As well as adding at&t cable to my plan. I’m very happy with my purchases and am glad I had a great retail sales consultant like mike. P.S. I recommend .

People here dont seem to want to do any business, it seems that every question I ask was answered with another question. I try to buy a phone straight up, and their answered was we cant sell you any phone unless you get it with a plan, I think that is outrageous for being a corporate AT&T store, and the customer service is absolutely terrible.

So helpful with my upgrade options and gave me the best options that suited me. No pressure to buy anything but gave me options on all the accessories.

I recently upgraded my cellphone and was waiting for my new phone to come in the mail. Yesterday, I took both my old phone and the new phone to this location for help with transferring all of my files, pictures, etc. over to my new phone. The woman working there was not a bit helpful, saying “we don’t do that anymore” and handed me a piece of paper regarding backing up my phone. Knowing that this in fact was not the case, I took my business to the Cranston location where the sales associate, Riley was more than helpful! That location does in fact still offer customer support.

The guys working there are extremely courteous, helpful and nice.

Mike, Mike & Dustin were a big help. They solved all my problems and seemed so personable. Plus Mike was the store manager which was awesome he took time out of his day to work with his salesmen which helped make things quicker with covid going on. Thank you Mike, Dustin & Mike.
