Roman Carpet & Upholstery was very professional, friendly, and efficient. They arrived earlier than expected but communicated with me ahead of time which was very helpful. Once they arrived they got right to business and was in and out before I knew it. I am happy with the end result although I wish they informed me ahead of time that my furniture would have to take the day to dry off and that I should set up a fan to assist.

Luis communicated his arrival time with me well, was efficient, made sure the job was done well, and checked back in to make sure the odor was gone. Did a great job deep cleaning our sofa and did so at a great price!

I called Roman Carpet Cleaning to clean our vintage velvet sofa. While they were here, I asked them to also clean a wool area rug and steam clean the tile floor in the kitchen. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Chris and Luis were very friendly and professional. They did a great job on all three items and I will definitely have them back again. In addition, they were actually a little early for their appointment, but called to make sure it was ok for them to arrive. (It was.) What a pleasure having folks who actually come when they say they will. All in all, a great experience. The sofa, floor, and rug look great.
