Kristina cleaned our house today for the first time and Ive never felt so comfortable in my home than when she was finished! She communicated her arrival time and kept us posted throughout the day so we knew when to expect her, despite her busy schedule. They were able to fit me in for a whole house cleaning two days after I called. Their prices are fair and they are super friendly. The arrived on time and spent about 3 hours here with two people cleaning our home. They offered green cleaning products which we appreciated. Definitely would recommend and hire again.

Ive used Kristinas for several months now for a deep clean and then bi-weekly standard cleanings, and they are wonderful. They worked with me to fit us in around our toddlers nap schedule, and theyre always on time and friendly. We have whats probably a difficult house to clean - three hairy dogs, one messy toddler, and one newborn prone to spitups - but they leave the whole house clean every time. I like that they follow up with me after cleanings to make sure everything was done well. I would definitely recommend Kristinas to my family and friends.

I paid 245 dollars for absolutely nothing. When I finally moved in Friday after they cleaned on Monday it the floors were still dirty, counter tops still dirty, bathroom light fixtures were not cleaned, top of the refrigerator was still covered in dust, cobwebs all over the walls still upstairs in the bedrooms. I will never use their services again or recommend them to anybody. They called me to see how the cleaning went without me even being at the house that week and being at work while being busy and assumed it went well and upon further inspection it did not.

We appreciate Kristinas responsiveness in scheduling our pre move-in cleaning service. We were able to schedule it two days from our original call. Pricing was based on square footage and the type of service, you can pick and choose the scope of work like cabinets, oven and refrigerator.Communication was also great with schedule reminders, confirmations the morning of and notifications 20 to 40 minutes prior to their completion.They were on time, very nice and very professional. We discussed some special areas and surfaces that may require special products. Used this service back in November 2018 and they were wonderful. However, used them May 2019. Paid for deep cleaning as well as pets. There were two cleaners for 2 hours. When they left there was pet hair all over the carpets and balls of pet hair on the floor. I called them I was told they would come back and fix it. I explained this was not possible as we have guests from out of town and I chose the date specifically for that reason. I asked to be refunded the cost of deep cleaning - about $80 off a $265 bill and they refused, saying their offer to come back and fix it was all they were willing to do.Irresponsible management. Terrible service.

Do not purchase the deep cleaning. They don’t do any of the items listed. Were only at my house two hours and had to clean the floors when they left. Overpriced and false advertisement.Update. The manager contacted me. Was passive aggressively rude. Refused a refund and told me I was basically wrong. STAY AWAY!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!UPDATE to the update. I have now been contacted that I had excessive pet hair and its their policy not to clean that. So seems the story changes by the hour. I have a 2 month old kitten who weighs about a pound so he must just be shedding everywhere in the three weeks Ive had him. What a joke!!!Basically their deep cleaning feature is just something to make you pay over $200 for subpar work. They will not complete the items the promise on their website and then make up random lies to defend why they won’t refund money for services not completed. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. With any business. If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly when you question it then I’d choose this business.The response the owner has given here is completely untrue and ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB for services that were not provided and their response was that they will give me my money back if I removed my reviews from online. Basically extortion. I would rather let them keep every dollar than let them bully me into removing my ACCURATE review of their terrible business.

Best cleaners in town! I wouldnt trust anyone else in my home. If you have pets they are great with all animals in your home. They are very pet friendly and do any amazing job of getting up pet hair and pet stained carpets.

Today, Kristina and her helper, A., did not miss one square inch in my apartment! I am a very particular person and have done all my own spring and fall cleanings for years but at 81, I no longer have that kind of strength and energy. This team did better than I ever could have done during any of my prime years. They moved furniture, cleaned the oven and inside the stove, moved the stove and fridge and scrubbed everything behind them and used only earth-friendly cleaning materials. The doors on my old dark wooden pantry cupboards sparkle--the difference is so noticeable!I cannot be happier nor more pleased with the wonderful work both these young women did! Annette B.
