Colonial Chem Dry did a fantastic job of cleaning my upholstery! Cam and Cam were professional polite and on time. They explained everything to me both before and after the service was completed so I would know what to expect. Will definitely use Colonial Chem Dry in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

I just LOVE Colonial Chem-Dry! The first time I called their number, I heard a very calm, well paced and deep professional voice telling me that I reached Colonial Chem-Dry. I thought, “well, it must be a recorded voice machine.” As I was just going to hang up, the voice paused and asked, “hello?” That caught my by a totally pleasant surprise. I replied, “ oh, you are a real person! I love your voice !” Then the lady on the other end laughed :) I laughed as well. Later on, I found out her name, Becky ( hope I spelled it right).Becky was very patient answering all my questions. On the scheduled date and time, their technician Leo appeared at my home fully equipped and ready to work. He first asked me my expectations. Then he carefull examined the sofa and couch and communicated with me about all the details.After an hour, he came up to me, his pants are all wet to the knees, sweating, and he laughed and said, “all done !”I looked at the sofa and couches and they are all in good clean conditions!And most importantly, as a first time customer, I got a good price as well.What a wonderful experience with Colonial Chem-Dry! ( this level of communication, customer service, and affordable pricing is very rare nowadays ).I will definitely use their services again !Oh, did I forget to mention that their address is located on the Angell St! So I guess angels have something to do with this fantastic place ! Ha 👼🏻

Joe came on time, called me before arriving to let me know he was on the way. He came in, went through the rooms I wanted cleaned, gave me the best price possible and used my coupons effectively. He then proceeded to clean the carpets efficiently and in good time. One room was in rough shape and looks so much better. I would definitely use Colonial Chem-Dry again

We had 5 rooms and 2 stairs cleaned. Scheduling was easy, the technician was very pleasant to work with (I think his name was Tom, but I do not recall 100%). The tech was very informative about additional services that I could purchase with my carpet cleaning (which was helpful as we had some large pet stains in some areas), but did not push them on me if I declined any. The carpets were great afterward, dried timely, no funny odors or staining from the service. Im happy with the service provided, would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future.

Cleaned a heavily trafficked Berber carpet that is approximately 12 years old. Had other cleaners in the past, with relatively poor results.The technician explained the process and was diligent at removing the stains.Another plus is that its a green solution and safe for pets.I highly recommend Colonial Chem-Dry.

Scheduling then work done was very easy and the wait time for service was minimal. Technician arrived on time, calling 20 minutes before his arrival.Leo explained what was being done and had the job completed in a very reasonable time.The work involved cleaning an eight year old carpet, that had never had a professional cleaning. We had tried to maintain it over the years using an over the countersteam machine. The results were never great and at this point the carpet had numerous stains from our ill dog, who had recently passed away. The results of this cleaning were much better than I had anticipated. Close to amazing.We also had a small area of stained carpet cleaned in our camper. I was convinced that one area could not be restored. I was wrong, it looks great.

I recently had two 25 year old bedroom carpets cleaned and a 10-15 year old Berber living room carpet cleaned with pet stains from a puppy and my rugs look awesome!!!! So happy and tech even added deodorizer for pet odor! Very professional,reasonable prices and great work! Wouldnt ever use anyone else!!

We had Phil Lambert in to clean our sofa, loveseat, chair and area rug--what an amazing job he did! There was a stain on the chair we were sure would never come out, but Phil worked his magic and POOF! It is completely gone! Also, with four cats in the home who think of the furniture as their personal cat beds, we were so happy that the items looked brand new and smelled so fresh! Colonial will always be my personal go-to cleaning company!

A 2-man team, Phil and Alex, arrived on time on a rainy day and created an immediate positive impression by wiping their feet on a fluffy kind of pillow they brought inside. They measured the 3 rooms with a laser device (they exclude unmovable objects) and calculated a price so you know in advance if your rooms exceed the special pricing limits. They got right to work using a carbonated water formulation that leaves no chemical smell or residue and protected the furniture (which they moved) from staining carpet by placing small, temporary plastic shields. Completed in about 1 1/2 hours.

The technician did a fabulous job on my upholstery; very clean; but after the cleaning process my hard wood floors needed to be cleaned and polished. The tech was very prompt gave a heads up call when he was to arrive and he was very polite.

Booked an appointment to have grout cleaned two weeks ago. They showed up and stated they didnt have anything on truck to clean the tile so I wasted two weeks waiting for them. When I called the office the service person stated they should have had everything they needed to do the job.
