We lived in the Smith Building for two years and it was great. We had no issues with loud tenants and the building staff were always helpful and prompt when we had issues.We loved our time living here!

Westminister Lofts has been an absolutely incredible living experience while living downtown. Beautiful newly renovated apartments within walking distance of all you need. I love living here.

I have lived here in the Kinsley building for 2 years and soon to be going on my 3rd. I moved from Cambridge/Boston and my rent was $1,000/month cheaper. There is not a thing in providence that I can’t walk to from here, federal hill, Thayer street, the mall, countless bars and restaurants, plus you can even walk to the Newport ferry in the summer! On top of all that, my work takes me all over the northeast and it’s a 10 min walk to the train station or a 10 min drive to the airport. Management staff is great and any maintenance issue is fixed the same day by friendly staff. You simply cannot find a location that offers all this for the price point. No place in the entire northeast comes close to the value proposition of living here.

Beautiful buildings right in the heart of downtown - shops, restaurants, festivals, farmers markets, & more within steps- pet friendly (pet pick up baggies in lobby -nice convenient touch) - Great neighbors. never miss a delivery if u work long hours - the office holds all & emails you to pick up at your convenience with Saturday hours too- cannot beat the friendly & helpful office team - from the front desk to the cleaning crew - always a smile.

I have lived in 2 different lofts since moving here a year and a half ago and I cannot be HAPPIER! The lofts are amazing with so much character. The management and maintenance staff are so nice and prompt with any request. Plus if you want to be downtown where all the bars and delicious restaurants are, there is nowhere better to be!

We moved into the Westminster Lofts about a year and a half ago, and could not be more pleased with our experience there. We live in the Peerless building, which is a gem in the center of downtown Providence. From the very get-go, the customer service from the leasing office (Jess, Lindsay, and Brian!) has been top notch. They are incredibly responsive, accommodating, and the building itself has been amazing. Each of the units is unique, which makes it that much more interesting to live there! We were fortunate to find a space which fits all of our needs perfectly. Both of us worked from home for the first 14 months of being in Providence, and were able to co-exist happily without issue. Lastly, the location is perfection. Right in the middle of the downtown neighborhood, this has unbelievable access to Providences best restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Youre close enough to PPAC to go to back to your loft during intermission and be in your seat with minutes to spare! Bottom line: the Westminster Lofts has been fantastic! If youre looking for space in a beautiful building, right in the heart of the city, with fantastic neighbors in a great community—this is the place for you!

I live in the Peerless Building, and I love it. Located in the heart of downtown Providence, you are within walking distance to anything and everything that is here. The building itself is extremely clean, quiet and has a beautiful rooftop deck. There are many different styles of recently remodeled lofts to choose from, all of them unique, and all of them include a washer/dryer unit. I did not find a building downtown with a better price per Square Foot than with the Westminster Lofts. The staff members are all friendly and helpful. After living in the Peerless Building for over 3 years now, I can honestly say there is no where else I would be happier living than here.

My husband and I have lived here at the Peerless Lofts for a year and we couldnt be happier. Its in an awesome location with a bunch of restaurants and nightlife (too many to count) in the area. Its also an easy walk to Federal Hill, the East Side, Providence Performing Arts Center, the Dunkin Donuts Center, and Providence Place Mall. Its kitty corner to the Movies at the Park during the summer so you dont have to worry about parking. Its pet friendly (I have a large lab) and the other people who live here are great. The maintenance staff is fast whenever there is any issue, and the public places are spotless. The parking garage is underneath the building so there is always a toasty car in the morning. Best place to live in Providence!

What do you get at Peerless Lofts? Gorgeous, spacious apartments coupled with attentive, hardworking and friendly staff. My partner and i moved in back in August and I do not thing we are leaving for a while. Location, facilities, and general atmosphere - it is all worth it. And, did I mention a roof-top deck?

We recently relocated to Providence and saw several spaces before deciding on Westminster lofts. The competitive pricing, excellent location downtown, and access to the rooftop garden sealed the deal. Since living here, the staff have been friendly and accommodating and maintenance has been quick to respond to even the smallest of requests. A great choice for Providence living!

We have been living here for 1 year and a half and we love it! The location is great, you can go to very nice restaurants and bars just walking. The managment team is very good, they always respond to our inquiries in a fast and friendly manner and are always eager to help. The apartment is full of light and the spaces are well designed.
