I called a lot of companies to get someone to look at my furnace. All asked are you registered with us? NO I just need a repair. Then I called Platinum. It was Sunday (yesterday), they said they would be there between 9-1; then today they called and said they would be here at 8:30! They arrived at 8:20 diagnosed in 10 minutes and by 9 the furnace was fixed! And I did not have to be registered with them. Great easy and seamless process. Highly recommend.

Did not show up for the appointment. Apparently took down my cell number wrong from the call receiver. Not sure how that happened since I verbally confirmed they had the right number. Disappointing, especially with a malfunctioning boiler.
