Great professional installation. Everything went fine, Amy in the office was helpful and kept us informed every step from estimate to city inspection. The crews that removed the old boiler and installed the new one were outstanding, worked well together and left everything clean and neat.

Called Gas Doctor Gas Pro on the after hours emergency line due to a gas boiler that was not heating. I described the issue to Irving and told him what I did to troubleshoot. He said he was 95 % certain it would just be a bad theromstat that needs to be replaced (easy and I can do myself). One hour and a new thermostat later and Im back in business. Thank you for saving me the repair cost on this simple fix. I will be sure to use your company for my heating issues going forward!

Ive had many different HVAC technicians come out to fix my boilers and did not have the best experience. However, I finally found Gas Doctor Gas Pro and they were quick to answer, responsive, and very helpful during the entire process. I met with Billy and he was very knowledgeable and stayed there with me and tested it out to make sure everything worked OK. 5 STARS! First off, we have had about 6 different HVAC technicians from different companies come out to fix our heating system. They all couldn’t figure it out. We called Gas Pro and their service manager Eric was AMAZING he responded quickly and on a weekend!!! I was really impressed with Eric’s professionalism and genuine concern for our well-being (without heat). THEN.. Rob and Irving come out to tackle our heating issue. They are knowledgeable, polite, great with my dog, and best of all FIXED THE PROBLEM! Thank you Gas Pro!

Irving our technician had incredible knowledge on our 50 year old gas furnace! He was thorough with the cleaning and annual maintenance. I cannot say enough about the grest service that we received.

I am very satisfied with this companys professionalism and devotion to their customers. About four months ago they installed a circulator pump which after 3-4 months began making very loud noises all throughout the cold days and nights. I called the company and they initially explained to me that it was under only a three month warranty and they would not be able to cover it because it was just passed that time. I was very disappointed and left them a disheartened review on their Google page and about 20 minutes later they called me wanting to find a resolution. They returned to my property and free of charge installed a bypass to my circulator which allowed cooler water to enter the pump. The noises were caused by stream getting caught in the pump because the water was too hot directly from boiler. They explained that my system (steam boiler with water baseboard loop attached) is not really an ideal system and commonly has problems. I was very appreciative that they took that time to make my system work even though it wasnt their fault that I have a system that was combined together in a manner that apparently isnt the best. Long story short, the circulator pump is working great and is very quiet, and I can sleep restfully again!! Thank you so much!!!!

Have been using the company for years all the techs I have had here are always professional and knowledgeable .But today in the middle of a snow storm the boiler quit I call them and not only did the tech show up fast he had the boiler working in no time now thats great service.

Updating my review to 3 stars from 1 because, Matt from Gas Doctor called us later in the day to attempt to help solve the problem. He was apologetic and took ownership of what had happened, and got someone out immediately to look at my sink/water pressure, and we really appreciated that gesture.We had some service done to our boiler; after the service was completed, I no longer had water pressure to my kitchen sink. The tech left, stating it wasnt his problem because he was not a plumber. I spoke with the supervisor who reiterated this. I was then told that it is sometimes something that happens and theres nothing they can do about it. They took no responsibility, and told me theyd come back out to look and then again charge me.

Patrick did a good job. Hes a polite gentleman. Friendly and personable. Hes got good people skillsHope he does well in your company.A bright young man.

The repairman, Tom, was awesome. Friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I hadnt used this service for over 5 years and was worried from some negative reviews online, but I was very happy with the results. One of the office staff that helped me reschedule my appointment was also nice and professional on the phone. That makes such a big difference when dealing with repair/service businesses. I have made another appointment to have my gas fireplace fixed next.

I definitely recommend Gas Doctor. They are awesome!!! I have had two experiences with them and have been very pleased on both occasions. They put in a heating system for me years ago in my old house and their price was reasonable and the service was great!Then I called Gas Doctor this morning because my central air conditioner in my new home wasnt running. Eric responded immediately and I was able to get my AC up and running before this heat wave kicks in for the next 3 days. I highly recommend this company. My Central Air just stopped working this past Monday night which was so hot. I had called other companies who claim they have 24hr emergency service never even called me back. I had to wait all night until the next day figuring someone will call me back. I just called Gas Doctor and they had some one come out with in 2 hrs and fixed my Central Air. I highly recommend them. Had two other companies tell me I needed to replace my natural gas boiler. Luckily I know a bit more about boilers than the average person and wanted another opinion before dishing out over $4k. Had Gas Pro come to the house and had my problem solved in 15 minutes, saving me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. The gas valve needed an adjustment and TWO other companies tried to sell me a brand new boiler. These guys actually care about the customer and look out for the best interest of the customer, not their pockets. The technician, Billy, was great to deal with and very knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Also FYI, Gas Pro is owned by Santoro Oil so I believe they would both have the same quality customer service.

Called Gas Doctor ( not even knowing about them ) for a second opinion after another company red tagged my furnace for high PPM and told me that the 22 year old furnace was junk and needed to be replaced. Patrick Rooney came in and took one look at it and new what was wrong immediately. He made necessary adjustments and retested everything. Got it down to 47 PPM and saved my furnace and a lot of money. I will be calling them for now on. THANK YOU.

Recommended to them by hearthside to get a blower installed for an existing gas fireplace. Apparently they think they are going to charge you for a service call in order to get a quote. Nice way to run a business.

The first tech came and diagnosed the problem right away. He told me that unfortunately the part would be expensive. He started checking and called the supplier, no luck. He then made a call to the manufacturer that made the hot water tank and found out that the control unit was still covered. It was shipped that day. The tech saved me hundreds of dollars by not being lazy and took the time to do some research. The second day another tech arrived and installed the part in no time. Very professional and efficient operation!Thank You

The last thing I wanted to do on my birthday was deal with a costly time consuming repair. I called the Gas Dr because I was referred to them by a relative who spoke very highly of their technicians and customer service reps. They were quick to show up and got right to work I was pleased to see how professional and knowledgeable they were since I have had bad experiences with other companies in the past. Normally I don’t take the time to post reviews but their outstanding service and care deserves recognition. Although I hope I don’t run into anymore issues in the future, I know if I do I will be calling The Gas Dr. Highly recommend

I have never had such a terrible experience, from poor customer service, to the lack of knowledge on their own trade. I have more questions than answers, and I refuse to pay these people another cent. I will now be looking for a second opinion. I hope this review saves someone their time, and their money.

Unlike other reviews I did not have the same experience. I bought my house a couple months ago and have never had a tankless water heater before. A Gas Doctors sticker was on the panel so I called to find out the last time it was serviced. I was told three years ago someone came out and serviced it and replaced a part. I was advised to have someone come out to service it as it should be done every 2 years. I made an appointment. It was set for anytime between 12 and 4. The technician showed up after 4! We went to the tankless water heater and he told me my system looked to be installed by a hack. That alarmed me but thankfully I called for a technician. I then assumed he would service it to make it more like how it should be. Well, he took out a measurement tool to measure the combustion and told me that was fine. He then told me Im going to need to buy a new one in a year or two. Pointed out some problems like corrosion and a small leak. He told me my water pump is going to fail soon as well. He screwed the cover back on, went to his truck and came back with the invoice of $150.00. That was it. He did no service to it after admitting it was installed improperly and had obvious defects. The heater was leaking water!!! He did not even fix that. The technician who came out three years ago serviced the heater but this technician obviously thought this one was not worth his time. I called Gas Doctor because they advertise that they SERVICE gas equipment. This time Gas Doctor saw a problem and wanted nothing to do with it. So if you want to pay $150.00 to be told your gonna need a new water heater call these guys. I prefer to have a company fix a problem, not pass it off.

I hired The Gas Doctor in the fall of 2014. This winter being the most brutal of them all, was the first winter in the past 20 years I went without multiple incidents! They are very experienced and knowledgable, and FINALLY fixed all the craziness that was going on with my boiler. I probably went through about five different companies, and no one could get it done, or obviously didnt know what they were doing. And purchasing an annual contract, is definitely a great investment! Makes sense. Love this company!
