Most of the time, I have no problems with UPS, and they deliver on time, or faster than I expect. However, sometimes, they simply put my package in a delivery exception and delay its delivery for days. Yesterday, I was scheduled to receive a package, and the driver pulled in my yard at 9:30am, never got out of the vehicle, and backed out without delivering and left. The below photo is from one of my security cameras. I am still waiting on my package as of 3:45pm the next day, and it is listed as delayed due to emergency. I chatted with an agent, since getting someone local on the telephone is impossible, and they said it may be delivered Monday (three days from now), even though it is sitting a mile away, or on the truck, right now. All the great deliveries do not make up for the terrible ones.EDIT: UPS canned response below does not help my situation. I tried twice, two days in a row, to reach a live person who could help, and UPS places so many hoops in your way that you have to jump through before talking to a live person, its exhausting. After you get a real person to talk to, they are in a different hemisphere of the planet and cannot help you with a local issue. There is no way I could discern of reaching the local office directly. Its obvious to me that UPS does not care about the customer, as they stonewall you every step of the way in trying to resolve a situation. I would like to know, if the truck was in my yard, why the package was not delivered, and why on the following day, there was no attempt for a delivery to be made.

I normally receive very good service from ups. I was supposed to receive my packages today, and I recieved confirmation that my packages are delivered. when I went to my door there werent any packages so I started looking to see if they left it on my front stoop and nothing. my package had been delivered to my neighbor across the street and luckily I know them well so I was able to retrieve them with out issue.

Ups is a joke!! I need to have a lable printed up and this location is only opened for 1 hour a day! Their site claims that their partners can do the printing. But no. I called the local store and they do not print labels. They only just receive packages. We already have limited resources up here. Way to limit them further!

Old driver quit or does another route now. Ever since, the new drivers dont know what they are doing. They either deliver it at 8pm now, deliver it to a neighbor, it goes missing, etc. Total mess.. Dont even hear back from these guys after filing complaints. Always liked UPS in the past, but now I prefer FedEx.-Update- New drivers are getting the hang of it and things have improved.

Quick and easy. Clerk was super friendly and helpful. I do wish there wasnt such a small window for hours but I understand due to our location and covid safety protocols.

Because the driver failed his job to deliver my package, it got push back 2 weeks. It was already got delayed twiced and they fail to do a simple thing as droping my package on my porch. there is no way to contact this site. Seriously, I thought usps was garbage. This just another level of a dumpster fire.

No way to contact the center.MUST CALL 800# AND THEN THE 800 NUMBER GIVES NO OPTION TO CONTACT THE CENTER DIRECT @!@ FED EX IS LOOKING BETTER EVERY DAY!

My wife wanted a new exercise bike so I told her to pick one she wanted. It got shipped and been sitting in Massachusetts by what ups website says but by amazon says its up here in the nearest facility emailed ups told us they lost it. no effort in trying to find our package great service ups not.

I actually work at this customer service center and I absolutely love my job here

Waiting on call back a package was supposed to be delivered this morning but we cant find it any place so not happy at all.

I would prefer to give NO stars, but it wont let me do that. First off I have to say customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. There is 1 toll free number and the person that answered had an extremely heavy foreign accent and I had difficulty understanding her. She told me my package was still on the truck and would still be delivered that day. That was at 9:15 pm! I even repeated back to her what I thought she had said, and she said yes that was correct. Guess what? Still no package! It was originally supposed to be delivered on Friday, but wasnt. Then it should have been here on Saturday.....but they arent open on Saturday! Now the tracking says it could be up until the 11th (Tuesday).Their hours are a joke! I hope to never have to deal with them again.

My packages are rarely delivered to the correct address. My address is on the front of the house. As my packages, right now, are currently not at my address. Ive called many times on this issue and my packages still are not delivered at my address.

Not very impressed! Received pkgs. but it would have been nice for him to place them on my porch rather than dropping them from waist high and therefore a LOUD bang as they hit the floor. I know this because I could see him from where I was sitting.

I have been waiting for a package for 3 days. I can understand the first day, because we had a snowstorm... Ill even say that day 2 was ok as the roads were still snowcovered. BUT THREE DAYS??? Come on now!!!! We live in Northern Maine!!! Suck it up and make your deliveries!! Now I have to wait until Monday to get my package!! Unacceptable!!!

Wanted package delivered to my house because the post office is a joke....what did they do? Delivered it to the post office which I cant get to during theyre ridiculous hours.....and just to add to the humility the post office is directly across the street from my house...the driver couldnt turn the wheel the other direction and pull into my driveway ? Now I have to wait till the weekend to get my sons bday gift.....thanks UPS....useless

I work for UPS first of all and they have an amazing work environment and fantastic customer service to help you with what ever you need.

Did not put our package at the right door, took a package that we did not pick up because it was at the wrong door, they used the shipping code for the wrong package so we couldn’t return the package they damaged the first time they delivered it that was supposed to be returned, then gave us attitude as we worked to correct their mistake. A gift from a parent in Massachusetts is now lost in the system.
