Service usually is speedy but customer service is not the greatest nor served with a smile on their face or in their voice! I placed a package to be held for pickup and it ended up on the truck for delivery.

The worst service ever. I ordered one day shipping for a vinyl record on amazon and it took over a week to arrive and when it arrive the packaging was severely damaged and partly open. The record was undamaged.Another order from amazon that was shipped by fedex was a video game with standard shipping. I received it on the correct date, but the packaging was once again damaged.
