Always wonderful. Helped me carry out a package back to my vehicle even though I couldnt afford to send it. Very nice.

My daughters and I recently had several boxes we needed to ship so we called on Tamia. Several of the items were delicate and breakable. She took great care in packing each and every item separately and did an absolutely awesome job. We highly recommend her and, if need be, we will definitely call on her again.

Very happy with the service I received. A big plus is they open up at 9AM and you can just drop your UPS package there. UPS isnt open until 3:30PM for drop-offs.

Very bad service and way too expensive, your better off going to FedEx or UPS to get a better price. Not recommended for anyone.

I had an amazing experience at this place on a Friday. After trying to return a package to Amazon through UPS (and discovering they werent open until 3:00 p.m.), the lovely attendants at Goin Postal helped me cut all of the unnecessary red tape! Amazon was being *very* unhelpful and UPS was unsure how to make any changes to my return; Goin Postal, however, knew how to fix the problem even though it meant lots of extra steps on their end and even a phone call to colleagues working higher up at UPS for specialized help. They let me use their phone after my cell phone died--yes, thats how long I was on the phone with amazons and UPSs customer service!--and they even pulled out a comfy chair when I was too exhausted from three hours of unproductive, bureaucratic nonsense and was too overwhelmed to speak. I have never, never, never had such good customer service. I truly cant wait to find an excuse to use them again and say thank you one more time in person.

Very helpful but could be open more or have separate entrance for mail boxes.

Very very helpful and the savings cant be beat, I was impressed.
