Technician Andy came to our apartment today to clean the wall to wall carpets (living room, bedroom, dining room, hallway). The previous tenants had a dog who urinated in several spots, plus we have a cat who sheds. The carpets smell and looks FANTASTIC!Gina at the office had been communicating with me via email over a few weeks time (because I never have the time to pick up the phone to make a call).She and Andy both were professional and pleasant. I wouldnt think twice to use them again.

5 STARS! I I rarely fill out reviews but this company went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I am working on an estate rental and I thought we were going to have to rip out the carpets. When Steve was done they were showroom quality! His price was excellent and the care he took was unbelievable.He also has done my microfiber couch and loveseat and the same result. This company is the real deal. Im so happy I went with Socks Off! Talk about nice people and great service. Gina was great on the phone which led me to book an appointment. I had the 2nd floor of my house done and the stairs. 1 of the bedrooms was atrocious and Steve still managed to salvage the carpet. He was very receptive to everything I was saying and came prepared for the job. My carpets looks great and also smell a thousand times better. Thank you both for the great service and care.

Steve from Socks Off did everything he could do to insure I was completely happy with his carpet cleaning. My carpets have never been cleaned before, now the look brand new. BTW my hall carpet and my stair carpets are 30 years old. The other two rooms Steve did, the carpets were 8 years old. Fantastic job by a true professional

We highly recommend Socks Off Carpet Cleaning! Our living room carpet had not been cleaned in over 8 years and it was dirty. In fact, we really thought about replacing it rather than trying to clean it. Steve proved us wrong! Our carpet looks great and we didnt need to go to the trouble or expense of replacing. He also cleaned our bedrooms and the lift in the pile of the carpet was great! He is very professional and reasonably priced.

My hats off to Socks Off Carpet Cleaning!! They did an amazing job on our rug in our finished basement. This is a heavily used room with lots of kids and 2 dogs. We had some trouble stains that we couldnt get out but now the rug looks brand new! Very professional, and courteous team! HIGHLY recommend for all your carpet cleaning needs!
