Personal Touch Flooring laid hardwood in our living room, bedroom, and hallway. They were professional and reliable. They did a beautiful job. The way they cut the wood to fit around our fireplace was impressive (see picture of floor meeting fireplace base). We definitely recommend them and will hire them again for flooring needs.

This family run business is professional and efficient. My carpet was damaged by a contractor removing an old refrigerator. Personal Touch gave me a free estimate for cleaning that carpet the same day. They arrived promptly on the date and time we scheduled. So much personal attention, feels like family when you walk into the showroom. Phone pick up and answer too, very accessible, easy sample sign out with tons of choices!Dont be intimidated by this lovely white colonial house showroom as a sign of expensive!Prices are lower to competitive to the big box stores and local flooring stores. BUT... owner installed and attention is priceless!!! They had free rip out of carpet too, a total plus.The care and detail to precision we have not experienced before.They treated our home like their own.So informative from moisture readings, to wood acclimation, everything for success of product install. NO other estimator even mentioned these precautions. Constant communication too during the installation process of where, what and when to make this a smooth process!I did my homework.. 3 estimates and researched for months.. A+ to this family business!!! So thankful! Our house is unrecognizable now!

We redid the basement floors in our house and they came out AMAZING! The father son duo out did themselves; down to the hand cut detail around our fireplace. I am beyond impressed with their services and I will be telling all my friends and family to use them if they ever need any flooring done. Local owned family business. We had them install new shower with tile floor. We also had them do all hardwood flooring on our first level and also they tiled our new kitchen backsplash. All was done very professionally and a excellent job of installation. When we are ready we will have them install new carpet for our upstairs bedroom and hall. I would highly recommend them. We could not have been more pleased with the service and installation that Joe and Joe Jr. provided during the work they performed at our home. They installed nearly 700 square feet of engineered flooring over a concrete floor (that could only be glued down) in one day. Their original estimate was 2 days, but they decided to skip lunch and bang it out in 10 straight hours of work at our house. They were upbeat and professional the entire time (despite the long day). Most importantly, we were very pleased with the quality of their work.

My husband and I had decided to remove our 1970s wall-to-wall carpeting and replace it with laminate flooring. After having recommendations from two friends, we stopped by Personal Touch. Heather gave us a couple of samples to take home and ordered two more for us to see. Joe came out and measured. He was very friendly and professional. Before we had even decided on which flooring we wanted, we were put on the calendar, so we could get it done before Christmas. Joe Sr. and Joe Jr. came at 9:25 a.m and never stopped until they were done, about 7:00 p.m. They wanted to finish that day so that we would have the whole next day to put the house back together. Joe even rebuilt the top of the stairs which hadnt been done correctly initially. They also did both hallway closets. When I handed them the check for the balance due, Joe Jr. said the sales tax had been calculated incorrectly, and I wondered how much more I owed. It had actually been over estimated, so I owed them $200 less. I would never have known if they hadnt told me. The two things I look for in any professional job are knowledge of their field and honesty. They deserve the highest rating for both. I couldnt wait to show it off to our family on Christmas Eve, and everyone loved it. We have a little more work to do on the stairs and wont hesitate to go back.

Last week, I had new kitchen flooring installed by Personal Touch Flooring. Joe and Joe Jr. were very punctual, professional and courteous.. When the refrigerator was removed, Joe informed me that it had been leaking for a long time.. It needed to be replaced. Instead of leaving my refrigerator on my hardwood floor, Joe and his son were nice enough to move it to the garage. I was very pleased with my new floor... I cant wait for the springtime, so they can replace my bathroom floor. I would reccomend this family owned business to anyone!!!!

From the choosing of the flooring, and attending their showroom all the way through to completion, you feel as if you are working with family. They take so much pride in their work and every detail matters. Joe listens so carefully and really gives consideration to concerns and last minute adjustments. Joe coordinated work with our contractor and at all times conducts himself so politely and customer service oriented. My house was left immaculate and he was always concerned about that. He told us how to prepare the home properly for tile removal and how to care for the floors as well. We cant be more pleased. We work with a terrific contractor for many years on other things in our home and he came today to build something and was extremely impressed with the flooring job which speaks volumes. I found this company by change by going online and never even realized they were up the road just a bit. But then I ran into neighbors who had used them in the past and could not rave enough. We look forward to much more work with them, they did a vast majority of our home and tore out hideous builders 5 by 5 white highgloss tile that was in the home from the 90s and took up a better part of our home, now we have a gorgeoous high quality distressed wide plank oak that is stunning! Perfect for a pet and kids because if you ding it, then it will just look distressed even more. Joe knows his prodcuts and prides himself in only carrying prodcuts from companies that back their product. Do not hesitate in using these folks !We are so pleased we feel as if we are in a new home.
