I’m very happy with the work and customer service. Corey has been an absolute life saver when our water heater broke and flooded our basement. He came right away and was very honest and clear about what was going on. The team that pulled out our floors were professional and efficient. They took an awful situation and made it so much better. The re-construction crew was amazing as well. They always kept us in the loop and did fantastic work reconstructing out kitchen and basement. As soon as I noticed my sewer backing up I was in a panic to get my basement fixed. After calling Servpro the operator was very polite and professional and put all my worries at ease. The response crew showed up even faster than I had anticipated with all the right equipment to not only clean up the mess, but clean and dry and dehumidify my basement. I was honestly impressed and even though it was an awful situation I felt at ease and would definitely call Servpro first for any future house emergency I have.

Servpro was amazingly responsive. When our basement flooded during a bad rainstorm late at night, Servpro was here by midmorning, cleaning up the basement and setting up dehumidifiers to help dry the basement out. Their employees were very polite, punctual and thorough. I would absolutely recommend them!

June 11th 2020 - I received a phone call from my wife stating that our basement had a broken sewer line and it was bad! Knowing that our large basement was primarily used as mass storage and accumulation of all things, I was distraught. My first call was to my Travelers Insurance Agent. She reported the claim immediately and I was contacted by our Travelers Adjuster within 30 minutes or less. His first concern was our safety. He then asked how bad... I told him I needed an Army! He said to relax, your covered, and call a remediation company asap, I was allowed to call anyone I chose...I have watched the ServPro television Commercials and decided I would contact them. They were extremely helpful and reassuring from the first phone call to the last phone call. They were calm in my moment of panic. Help was coming the next morning. The foreman each day explained to me what they were doing, completing and what my expectations should be. They left each day assuring me they would be back tomorrow. If i needed anything just ask,if I had a question just ask. I received calls at night from the scheduler and surveys each night to rate my experience that day. Well the Army showed up! The basement is clean and the contents were safely removed and cleaned to my expectations! I do not wish this situation on anybody. But if it happens... call Western Dutchess ServPro! Thanks!!!

A representative came out to help us diagnose the problem in our crawl space. Although we havent yet done work yet, we just had to remark on how helpful, honest and professional he was. He really sat with us for a while discussing and diagnosing the issue while many others have tried and failed.
