I had them Come out today for a cleaning Chris was so professional and explained things to me. I highly recommend them. Also when I scheduled the appointment Dan was so nice and professional on the phone.

I called Nester because I was having issues with what i thought was a dirty chimney. They scheduled me for the next day and the guys arrived early and were so kind! they looked at my chimney said that it was clean and explained to me the cause of the smell and didnt charge me for their time. They were so kind and went above and beyond!

My house had a square Chimney cap haphazardly placed over a round hole, water was getting in every storm.Nester chimney was recommended by a trusted friend.They inspected the chimney and ordered and installed a properly fitting cap. The finished product looks and works great.

Paid for a cleaning and inspection of indoor fireplace was told I needed to replace one brick and install a dampener. He told me he would get a quote which was never received upon replacing the brick found the chimney was still filthy as I could pull handfuls of soot without evening brushing. Would never recommend as they will not answer the phone or call back to the 4 messages that have been left. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM AND RIP OFF! They cashed my check they next day for 180 to do absolutely nothing .

I had a very difficult chimney demo we needed done. These guys were very responsive when talking to them, they came out the day after we decided to move forward and they had the chimney down and the area cleaned up before I could even finish breakfast. Would Highly recommend and I will be using them when we are ready to put a new chimney up. 5 out of 5 Fireplaces would recommend.

They replaced some rusted duct work on my gas furnace. Very nice and professional. They gave me a time they would be here, and they were. Very responsive and explained everything. They also made sure there was no leak on roof vent, and worked the job with no problems. I would definitely recommend them for work. It was also nice to support a local business within the Pottstown community.

Nester’s Mr. Chimney is an absolute pleasure to work with! Dave and the Jeffs do solid work, for fair prices, with an incredibly fast turn around! I worked with Dave for my chimney inspection while purchasing my home, then for the chimney cleaning, repairs, some repointing projects, and a pellet stove installation! These guys are honest, efficient, and knowledgeable! Even after my work is finished Dave still answers any questions I might have! I can’t recommend them enough!

Chimney liner fell apart. Called and they were out within hours. Same day service. They saved my life. They were very professional and friendly. Chimney linked to the furnace. They came within a few hours of calling. Surprised with it being busy season for chimney cleanings. Very friendly and professional. Saw the kids were at school (virtual) and waited a few minutes before vacumming to give the kids time to finish. Kept everything very clean. Would definetly recommend and will be using their services again.

These guys are great and I will recommend their services to anyone. I just brought a home and had water leaking in my basement due to a awful chimney deterioration that was overlooked by the inspector. My fiance called these guys and they were awesome. This is the most unprofessional company Ive ever experienced. We had an appointment scheduled and my husband took the day off work. They said they had an accident and couldnt make it. Okay, we understand that. We rescheduled for the following week and I then took the day off work. They didnt show up. They didnt call. And theyve never returned our calls. I would not recommend them to anyone, ever, even if this was your only option! Absolutely disgraceful with no professionalism or common courtesy!!

I would definitely recommend Nester Brothers. They arrived at my home literally hours after I called for an appointment. I was in a pinch, and they delivered quickly. I needed work done to my chimney before closing on the sale of our home. They made sure everything was done right and to code. Well mannered and friendly, as well! 👍🏻

My aunt had no heat called around a bunch of different companies no one could come. Nester brothers chimney came out that night 9 f oclock pm and fixxed gotthe problem. Heat is back on havent had an issue since. Nice family owed business.

I called 6 different companies and not one if them could help my 82 year old mother with no heat or hot water but Dave and his sons came out right away and gave us such good service got my moms heat back on the same day we are so glad for them they did an absolutely wonderful job we will be using them from now on I will give anyone a reference for them I would really recommend them for anyone who needs someone who wants a real person working in there home thank you so much for everything

Dave Nester Jr. looked at my chimney and gave me a verbal estimate. Did not give me a paper estimate or proof of insurance. And the took my check for $650. The next morning I cancelled the job. He cashed my check and never returned it to me. He would not return my calls or messages. Worked with Better Business and Attorney General office to get my money back and No response. Dave Nester Sr. answered the phone and said he would not refund me because his son took over business. Took my money and did not return it. I cancelled within the 3 day rescission period. 8/12/2020 UPDATED AND RESPONSE TO HIS MESSAGE. HE DID NOT MAIL ME A CHECK FOR $650. SHOW ME THE RECEIPT....I NEVER GOT IT. BEFORE ANYONE HIRES ANY CONTRACTOR CHECK JOSH SHAPIROS WEBSITE TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE REGISTERED. GET COPY OF INSURANCE. It looks like some of his friends on Facebook reviewed him.

Awesome Service 5 stars !!!!! When we called we weren’t told it would take a month to come out because of the ‘busy season “ Dave promptly made an appointment for us the following Saturday. Dave and his nephew were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. When they suggested to put flu covers and fix chimney they did not upsale us on expensive covers. I Definitely recommend them on becoming your Chimmey serviceThanks guys we look forward to getting covers done

Had an appointment... they never showed up. Got them to reschedule the next week ... they never showed up ...they called me an hour after and said they would be here at 2pm .... guess what? They never showed up! It’s like there are teenagers running this company. Worst part is they don’t even have the guts to answer the phone or return your call when they don’t show up!!! If you enjoy wasting many hours of your time and still not getting your chimney cleaned, these are the guys for you! I would also ignore Davey Nester’s 5 star review of his own company below...

I called this company and they were really nice on the phone, but couldnt get me an appt. for three weeks. Then the day before I called twice to confirm (no response), then the morning of (I had to take 3 hours off work), I waited around and called and no one answered, and no one showed up. I came home to a note on my door that I missed them. Had they shown up on time or even within the hour they were suppose to be there, I would NOT have missed them. Hell they could have called and said we are running really behind, please be patient. NOPE, Nothing!I called to try and make another appt. and they never called me back. I love to support local companies, but I cant in good conscience recommend this company to anyone!

Absolutely fantastic work the did I couldnt ask for anything else from them they went way beyond what I even though was gana be the out.come of our chimney now there all fixed with great warrantys and absolutely gorgeous look to them thanks Dave and Davey for your amazing job I would recommend them to everyone I will never use another company again and it took me through 3 bad experiences to find the perfect people for the job haveha blessed day

We are absolutely so happy like I cant even express this enough they came today and fixed the chimney for such a great price and it looks absolutely beautiful now my husband and I are so happy we will be using the boys forever we had alot of problems with our last chimney people nesters is so much better and more reasonable and you get the same professional people we just love that like I would definitely call them for anything you need I hope everyone has a great and wonderful experience as we did
