Im giving two stars because there is one very kind guy that works in this office, he would receive 5 stars in my book. The other guy that is often there is a horrible person and I have seen him treat everyone with zero respect, which is irritating but not the end of the world. Last week he went too far. I ship packages for my business. The packages I ship are large packages and they are very expensive to ship, so shipping is, quite literally, the largest expense for my business. I calculate my clients pricing based on the shipping prices, so I count on the prices that I determine by entering my packages dimensions and weight. I went in to the post office to ship several packages, planning to spend about $100 from what I calculated on the USPS website shipping calculator. The smaller packages I was sending (3 in total) were to cost $12 each, and the larger one was going to run about $65. So, he starts measuring the packages and tells me that the smaller ones were going to cost $37 each. I ask him how he got that number and he tells me that my package is 15 wide. I built the item in the package, which is just wrapped in 3 millimeter foam and butcher paper. The item is just under 12 wide. I know, because I built it. This guy was measuring halfway around the object and telling me that was the width and, by his calculations, my shipping total was going to be about $170.I wound up going to the post office in CdA and my shipping total was $96.90 for all 4 packages. ($12 each for the smaller packages and $61 for the large package)This guys attitude is actually affecting my livelihood (and Im sure plenty of other people) and he should be reviewed if not fired.Today I have to ship 13 packages and I honestly dont know if its going to cost me the $480 that I calculated when I quoted my customers cost or, if this jerk is there, it might cost me $700. I have no clue.Its the tall younger guy that always wears a mask, just in case anyone is wondering.
I keep getting other peoples packages and they get mine on my street off poleline street.i get a package box key in my mail box and then dont get any packages . but find two other different packages for two different addresses . no one wants to work any more, only collect gov hand outs. Outstanding service... keep up the hard work you guys, i am having the same mail delivery problems as the rest of the area. The only difference is I understand how short staffed you guys are. Ill be willing to bet half of the complainers on here are the ones sitting at home and complaining about the unemployment office making them look for jobs. One thing I know is our postal workers go above and beyond while dealing with closed minded millennials that cant figure out there gender...
So I have seen at least 5 different USPS carriers in my neighborhood in the last 4 months. I keep getting mail and packages addressed to my neighbors on a completely different street. And now I have to go down to the Post Office to have them track a package that says delivered 3 days ago but never arrived. Its bad enough that our mail is not delivered until after 7PM now, it used to be delivered between 2PM - 3PM. Their service has really gone downhill.
By far the friendliest and most polite postal employees I have ever met! Great personalities plus they are quick and efficient! Was surprised at how quick they are as there was eight people in line ahead of me. Greatest experience at a Post Office EVER!!!

Have had 2 packages from Target that were unable to deliver due to construction when I live in a neighborhood that has been established for 3 years now...then when I went to the office they could not find the packages. My house is literally in front of the community mailbox and I have a video doorbell so I can see when they arrive daily, and this week they had attempted to deliver, holding at customer request when Ive never done that! They never even attempted to come to the front door, which I had even filled out a rural mail form to have thr carrier drop packages at my door if they couldnt put it in my mailbox. I guess that didnt matter because now I have to go into the main office again for the 3rd time in the last month...smh
We have had a po box here for 20 years. And in the last year we have had multiple pieces of mail not showing up. Bday cards, thank you cards, fathers day cards. To odd for just those to show up missing. I believe there is a thief in the house stealing for some extra money. Not ok.
Would leave less than one if I could horrible boss literally had to call the police department to get his bosses phone number this guy needs to be replaced with an honorable man. I worked for the post office in north Idaho over 20 years ago and the joker running the place now is a disgrace to he post office and should be replaced with someone with Idaho values he must be a California transplant as he acts like an entitled millennial.

Tired of receiving the wrong mail on a regular basis. Today I received five pieces of mail for three different wrong addresses.
Terrible service, have been watching the tracking on my item, non delivery, to lazy to bring it to the door so they Mark it undeliverable ( twice now ) I’m home everyday. Delivers wrong mail or days and days without ours.
One of the worst postal services Ive ever had. Horrible service from mail carrier. lazy and lies about reason they cant deliver packages. Missing packages which requires proof on my side from the business I purchased from, etc. Tom, at post falls USPS is nice, but he doesnt follow through and when I ask how to file a complaint against the local mail carrier, I get the run around. I need to get an attorney on these idiots.
I wouldnt even give it a 1, more like a 0. They dont answer the phone, carazy wait times in line, WTH?? And the workers move like snails!! Grrrrr!
I just wanted to give you guys a positive reading, mainly for the amicable and cordial interaction that I have been shown by the postal workers who come each and every day to provide consistent service to my local residence of Crown Pointe. Bobby, Gerard, and Steven have all been very prompt with mail delivery and pickup. I just wanted to shout them out, for I believe they have all done a good job, and that a good review was in order amidst all of the negative reviews I have seen. Keep up the great work, and I hope that these words will serve to boost both the morale and drive to continue providing great postal service as well as improving the outlook of the post office as a whole

I will preface this review by stating that the counter people are very friendly and patient. My problem is with the mail carriers. Several times now, I have had mail under the status of Out for Delivery not delivered under bogus reasons (i.e. Animal Interference, Weather, etc.) Apparently 67 degrees no wind or clouds are too adverse conditions for the Post Falls USPS? I also live in a fenced in neighborhood and have not heard of any bear sightings or a herd of raccoons or stray cats menacing the mailboxes or people of aforementioned neighborhood. I can only deduce that the carrier does not want to complete his/her route for the day and says, Oh this is too much work for one day I need to go home and sit on my duff. and then inputs some lame excuse in order to go home. Im just going off of the fact that I get these excuses for why my mail cannot be delivered in the late afternoon/evening and then will randomly have my packages delivered the next morning as if the carrier is finishing their route from the day before. Thank the Lord above that my meds are split between UPS and FedEx because I wouldve been done for last fall. Additionally, I will get mail for other people houses away several times a month (about 5 times in January, already once this month). I will hand deliver the mail if its someone I know, otherwise I will just set a post it with Wrong Address on it. The people I know have told me they get the wrong mail all the time and have similar instances where their packages are not delivered even though they say they will be and then are given some weird reason why. When several days had passed and I had not received any of my mail but lots of the wrong mail, and it had started to pile up in my mailbox without the carrier taking it back, I called to ask why I was not receiving any of my mail and they told me that my mailbox was full and that they could not deliver me my mail for that reason. Ive had the flag up on my mailbox to indicate that I had outgoing mail (the wrong mail I wanted them to take back) and told them that and that the mail in the box was not mine and they said they would sort it out, but when the carrier still wouldnt take it or give me new mail, I had to go through the same phone call all over again. At this point I just dont care about anything anymore and will just have to find a way to have my utilities and other bills automatically withdrawn just because I dont want to burden the carriers with 3-4 more measly envelopes. I understand a few mishaps here and there but this has been going on for months. Im old and was hoping to carry out the rest of my days going out for a bite and not having to think or do anything I didnt want to, but now Im an unpaid part-time mailman.
Nice people, terrible service. Never get notices that I have packages. Only get final notices, and they sens my packages back before I even have a chance to get them. This has been going on for two years. I’ve asked to speak to the postmaster there several times, They are always “out”, and never gotten back to me.
So my feelings are mixed on this, the staff is very friendly, I will give them that. However even before the covid 19 situation I had important pieces of mail that never made it to me. More recently still have important pieces of mail missing and packages coming through this office being returned to the merchant/sender. My postal carrier leaves notes on my door but doesnt leave the packages, and by the time I am able to get to the office, no one can find them. Only later to discover that theyve been sent back to whomever shipped them out to begin with. Forget trying to call them, youll spend an hour or longer on hold just to get a response of we cant help you . Very very displeased overall with this.
Worst mail delivery Ive EVER had... Carriers are lazy and new management is still letting them get away with refusing to deliver packages and leaving totally dishonest reasons... Ive written letters, had long discussions to no avail... Ive just had Amazon remove them as a carrier for my orders... People at counters are fine... Management & Carriers SUK and should be fired but thatll never happen... Long lines in Covid days... This place is a pandemic disaster for all of us older folks
I want to give a shout out to Postman Tom who answered the phone at the Post Falls post office this morning; looked for and found my daughters package that I put an insufficient address on and is holding that package (a birthday present)so my daughter can pick it up. I am beyond happy!!! Thank you again Tom!!!

Keep getting other peoples mail. Never had a problem when I lived at stagecoach (shoutout to the lady that delivers to stagecoach I miss your accuracy im sorry I never thanked you for your service.) Now that we moved to a new area in post falls I keep getting other peoples mail. What is going on with mail delivery people in the crowne point area?
I live in the Quail Run area on St Helens Drive . My problem is the mail person doesnt check whose mailbox she is putting mail into. Almost every day when we check the mail we have to sort it out and put it in the correct box.sometimes have to take it to people that live on Quail run. We also get mail from people who live blocks away. Mail personnel should look more carefully at the addresses they are putting into boxes.
The rudest most disrespectful “supervisor” I have ever met in my life. The one star is all for Doug who is extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. I have I multiple problems with this office. Last year I realized I hadn’t received any mail for a little while so my husband called the post office and for some reason they had put a “hold” on our mail. They had no explanation for why there was a hold and no paperwork for who put it on there (not us-that’s for sure) so they took off the hold and started delivering our mail again. Then 7 months ago I realized that some of my mail was being forwarded. I have lived at my address for 10 years with my husband and have never forwarded my mail. I called the post office three times. All three times I spoke with a male (one male twice and another once) and both told me that there was no mail forwarding on my address and that all my mail should be coming to my house, one also stated that he would tell my mail carrier personally. Then last month I realized that some of my mail was still being forwarded!! I went in this time to speak with them in person. Doug at the front desk was so kind and let me know he was going to get a supervisor to help me. The supervisor came out and told me that mail had been forwarded from my address since October of 2018!!! I explained to her that I had not forwarded it and that I had tried to get this fixed before. I have worked in customer service my entire life and I understand that it is not her fault personally so I was kind and respectful the entire time. She cut me off while I was talking multiple times, she raised her voice, she was extremely dismissive and walked away at one point. I tried to explain that I had called about this problem before and she said, “Well I answer the phone so...” implying that maybe I was lying?? I have never been treated so rudely in my life. My problem finally got fixed but I sincerely hope that that supervisor get some customer service classes and learns to treat people like human beings.
The last 3 Priority Mail packages have been 3 to 10 days late. Tacking system is worthless. Doesnt tell you why a package is hung up for 5 days (and counting) in a distribution center. No apologies from ANYONE at USPS. Their responses are all scripted. I have shipped over 7,000 Priority Mail over the years. But never again. FedEx ships with guaranteed delivery for about the same price. Will BECER ship by USPS again. They deserve to go out of business. Theyre slow, inconsiderate, and couldnt care less for their customers.

One day someone’s going to sue this place because their drivers sneak up onto the porch and quietly lay down the package they don’t knock on the door I’ve had three packages stolen and one package damaged. I have a ring system and it shows the drivers doing this. Not to mention my brand new xbox was damaged because they didnt knock on the door and it was left in the rain.
We live in apartments VERY close to the USPS office. We are constantly NOT receiving our mail or get it extremely late. I ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding and they marked that they delivered it Friday 2-7-20 at 5:30 pm. There is nothing at our door, nothing in the mailbox, no note was left on our door nor inside mailbox, Where is my package!We have had multiple times a kind neighbor brought package to us, because they apparently cant read/ know their alphabet or how numbers work! We even put a note in our mailbox for these incompetent mail carriers, stating our names and that no other people live with us. We have had quite enough of this. I would give negative reviews if it was possible.

I have used our local post office since 2006 and have never been treated rudely. There have been minor issues with delivery, but a kind and respectful conversation with our carrier fixed the misunderstanding. Treat others with respect and thats usually what youll receive in return. They are busy and I feel do a good job serving the public.

Dont know why they are rated so low on google. Went in for first time in a long time. Served by Doug, guy is quick, crazy fast, had me in and out in about 40 seconds. Sent my package offered me stamps and the other usual and he still somehow managed to make me and other folks laugh with a twinkle in his eye and a little charm.Give that guy a raise
If you have angie as your carrier then you can expect missing packages, lost mail, your mail going to other addresses, and plain old lazy attitude! Tom the new manager is worthless!Doug is the only competent employee!Im amazed this office hasnt been investigated. I have lived in post falls for 40 plus years and the same issues keep reoccurring! Amazing employee saved the day. Called Sunday and said he saw our lost package form and we could come get as opposed to trying during the week. Never received notice to redeliver or where to come get. Thats disappointing.
Never have had some much trouble getting things delivered. Shipper states package delivered yet no package!!! Always wonder!!!!
My carrier didn’t even leave a notice... I had to go through emails to find out that they even “attempted” to deliver— if that’s even true. The packages were for my wedding and when I went to pick up I couldn’t because THEY didn’t leave a notice and my fiance’s Name was on the package!
Not much of a post office guy anymore. Cant say Ive had the best experience over the years. However, today Char helped me out and made my second visit at this branch worth every star.Thanks Char for your friendly service!
Extremely rude clerks, except for one of the men, if I knew his name I would give credit where credit is due. I went in to speak with one of the managers as a certified letter was returned without ever even being attempted by their lazy, worthless carriers, I was told no one was available and got a pen and paper thrown my way to leave my name and phone number, never got a call back. This is the absolute worst managed Post Office I have ever been in.
UPDATE #2!Once again my package says it’s delivered and nothing in my mail box I’m so irritated & frustrated! This needs to stop happening it’s not fair that I’m purchasing stuff with my own money and it’s getting put it other peoples mailbox. It’s not that hard to read the numbers on the mailbox I don’t get WHY this keeps happening !!!!!!! So over it!UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!Delivery driver needs to start putting mail in the right mailboxes I don’t know how many times I have to return mail to the right people in my apartment building. I contacted the manager and let him know he said he will get it situated !! Still having the same problem !!! Ive had a new carrier for almost a year now. Never had an issue with my previous carrier. Always got the mail before 2pm. This new carrier has constantly delivered at 5pm or later, fails to take out going mail, delivers other peoples mail to my box and now has (according to the tracking number) claiming she has delivered a package and there is nothing to be found. This has happened multiple times and Ive home watching the carrier deliver and then nothing is there .Ive even had mail marked unable to deliver due to obstruction ( car parked in front of mailbox), again Ive been home witnessing these actions. Im so tired of this service and Ive gone to post office to provide this information, yet the same carrier continues the route. Im confused how anyone can still be performing like this. I do believe it is called a job. Mistakes happen but all of this stuff is consistent with many of my neighbors who have the same person on this route. Just caring a little will go a long way.Update: The above review is for a substitute carrier / carriers and is not directed towards my normal carrier.
Went in and made a formail complaint about my mail carrier. Wrote it all out for them. Asked for someone to get back to me. No response. Today I find my mail laying on the ground soaking wet!!!! Who is in charge there? They shouldn’t be paid what they are getting because they are NOT doing their jobs! Absolutely absurd!
I get my neighbors mail more often then I get my own mail. The mail man that was on my route was amazing!!!! But when I get the other ones it’s awful!!!
The most friendly, hometown post office employees Ive ever met. Even when we wait in long lines during the holidays, they give such good service and create a great atmosphere. Susan and the others are incredible.
Yes, the lines and wait can be long during peak times/holidays, but the that is to be expected since it is an understaffed government agency. However, I have always had pleasant interactions with the employees and feel they do their best to speed up the process while getting to know their community. Often people forget that about the self-service options and the fact that world doesnt revolve around them. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is because Ive had my mail mis-delivered a time or two; but then again theyre human and probably understaffed.

Our mail was coming in the afternoon for the longest time. Than a few times it came in the morning. I met the lady who delivers our mail in the morning and she told me she changed the route to permanently have our mail come in the morning. I thanked her for that n said Im glad we are having our mail come in the morning vs afternoon so we dont have to wait for it all day. Than our mail started coming back in the afternoon again. I met the lady who said she was a substitute.Ever since its been coming in the late afternoon like we are last to get our mail.We would like our mail to come in the morning like it did for a while.I called the post office on several occasions to complain, but every time I google their number to call I get a busy signal.PLEASE DELIVER OUR MAIL IN THE MORNINGS LIKE WE WERE PROMISED! There is new postman delivering our mail. Absolutely no respect or consideration for our packages. I will be calling first thing Monday. For the past few weeks all of the packages my family has been getting has been shoved in a small mail box and damaged!!! What happened to the post women who use to deliver this route? Please bring her back. She was extremely nice, considerate, and respectful. This new one you have on this route has no care. Poor work ethic, and just trying to rush through the route.

The worst postal service I’ve ever experienced. The packages are always late. The packages say delivered when they are not. They put slips in the mail telling us to pick up packages because the packages are oversized and that is not true. The packages can easily fit in the mail box. The USPS carrier is incompetent and very lazy. Typical government employee. How do people so incompetent get a job. Now on to the horrible management at Post Falls post office. Rude. Disrespectful. Lazy. Because of this post office they are losing hundreds of packages from Amazon making Amazon look bad and the sellers on Amazon lose money. If I could give your incompetent place less than 1 star I would.
Like many other negative reviews here I dont have much good to say about my local USPS office and my daily carrier. Weve had a new carrier for almost a year now and while we never had an issue with our previous carrier and always got the mail before 2pm now this new carrier constantly delivers at 5pm or later, fails to take outgoing mail, and often delivers other peoples mail to our box. Going to the actual post office branch is an exercise in frustration with long lines and surly counter workers that look like the epitome of overworked and underpaid federal employees. Ugh!
They get a bit angry if you dont have your slip to pick up a package. Which kind of put me in a bad mood... Postmaster accused me of being there the other day and saying the same story. (Fake news). It was a few weeks ago and I talked to somebody different. That was kind of weird... 5 stars because Im in the holiday spirit and I understand he just wanted to show off his power/managerial skills to his coworker. Weird flex, but okay...

My mom was treated terrible and a very rude employee spoke to her so unprofessionally and wouldnt allow her to use a small amount of tape for her box she wanted to ship. Ridiculous customer service. Get some better help!

I have consistently had issues with not getting expected incoming mail over the last few years. Have gotten other peoples mail well over a dozen times, and I know many have my mail in their boxes many times. On one occasion, someone I know that lives ON THE OTHER SIDE of Post Falls got a bundle of letters in their box. Most of them werent his. He happened to notice my name on one of the letters in the pile. Wow.They also tend to hold packages for extended periods after UPS has reported the packages delivered to their office and USPS is supposed to make the home delivery. That is infuriating when you need an ordered item ASAP and you know it is just sitting in their facility doing nothing and they are closed because they are the USPS and have great service hours for those of us that work. I find it unacceptable that they cannot have packages delivered the day after they arrive. It appears that their whole operation is inefficient, incompetent and they do not care much about personal information privacy. They need to get it together and get new management. Or new employees. Something. Anything.Edit: just yesterday a USPS carrier delivered a package in dramatic fashion. I was made aware of the delivery by a resounding thud. I thought a mountain of snow had fallen off my roof. But no, it just just carrier hurling the box at my front door. Nice. This actually happens most times I get a USPS delivery, but I felt inclined to add to the list because this happened the same day I wrote the original review. UPS by contrast always delivers in a relatively silent and gentle fashion.All of that being said, the folks that work at the front desk in the USPS store have by and large been pleasant. They are rather slow working, but still generally pleasant and courteous, so I can tolerate the pace of work.
These people shouldnt even get 1 star we had an email saying our package was delivered on Saturday we never got it... called Monday morning first thing and they say we will get that package out to you today (monday) its Monday night never received our package still and called them again and they are saying oh we had someone call in sick so the people who did the route didnt know about it we will get it out to you on Tuesday ( tomorrow) they are a joke! DO YOUR JOB!!!
One Star is pushing it. So I get a lotbof packages, never have I had an issue until now. My last to packages that I have ordered were sent back to the post office and even there they couldnt find it. I had to call the company to file a lost package. The people that work for the post office are just jokes and I would rather have FedEx or Ups deliver all my mail and packages.
If I could give a ZERO I would! My carrier is a monster! She hates to deliver packages and rolls her eyes if you take a moment to get to the door! Many of my letters end up in the neighbors mailbox or are lost FOREVER! These overpaid individuals need supervision and a ton of training!!! No one really cares I am sure!
My girlfriend and I have been expecting mail from her sister for a few weeks. We know that it should have arrived around soon now, and I suddenly get a pink slip saying they missed me. Ive been in home all day, can and have looked at the mailbox, and they have not even tried to contact us. Not even a knock or a ring on our door. Just left it there to be lazy, and leave with our mail in hand, making me have to wait more as I have to go in on Monday or Wednesday, as I work on Monday and may not have a chance to get there on time, but Wednesday I have off, or else they resend it to the sender on Thursday. They also want money of $2.50 from us at a point where we need to save as much as we can (Im just pissed right now so dont bash on the $2.50 part). This is utterly disgraceful and we would like our mail now!!

Post Falls has the worst mail service Ive ever experienced! Often the mail is delivered around 6:00 PM, regardless of the weather. During one winter, we didnt receive any mail for a month because the carrier was too lazy to step outside of his truck to put mail in the boxes because there was some snow in front of the boxes. Sometimes it takes mail a week to be delivered from a Post Falls address to another Post Falls address.
A package I overnighted to an address in Post Falls, ID was attempted to be delivered to the wrong address and was refused. They tried to tell me my penmanship was bad and my 1s looked like 7s. They dont look anything like 7s. The person who called me was rude and said the postmaster said my 1s looked like 7s so it was my fault. Im glad that my client received her package but the person delivering the package obviously read it incorrectly. I have attached a picture of the numbers. Does anyone think they look like 7s.
Most incompetent band of jackasses ever. ALWAYS delivering items to the wrong address and claiming they did nothing wrong. I have called the Post Master several times in the last few years, just about once ever 3-4 months over misdelivered mail and NOTHING EVER CHANGES. This time they delivered my husbands debit card to the wrong address. Thankfully the lady who got it delivered it to us!!! BECAUSE APPARENTLY THE POSTAL WORKER COULDNT DO IT RIGHT!!! So sick and tired of these morons. I have lived all over the Country and never ONCE had the issues I have had here.

Not only do they refuse to give me my packages, they do not even bring them when delivering general letters, they put a slip inside my box that says available now and the reason they say they wont bring me my stuff is because of my Australian shepherd who is so very friendly. UPS has my support 100% to do their job and they dont put it all down to a policy in order to get out of working USPS is a joke. These guys are pathetic and I would move somewhere else if I could just for the fact they are so lazy, I ordered a package and have not been able to get it for 3 days past the time it was supposed to be here because of weekends and Columbus day and the factcthey dont want to do their job. When I go in, there is one guy in particular who looks like he cant stand you being there and is always angry looking, I know his last name is Spencer and he has gray facial hair. He makes me want to not be there and I cannot overstate how this makes me feel as a citizen to not even get what I purchase. My tax dollars are wasted here.
1. Get other peoples mail all the time. Wonder where mine is being delivered. I have a house on E. 14th Ave, Post Master of Post Falls.2. It is a business day 12/5/16. Put the mail out 7:00 a.m. this morning still in mail box at 5:30 p.m. with flag up. No mail man. Or decided he didnt like my stamped envelopes, or duel addresses for the other house I own while I was at work? Or just skipped it today.3. Receive mail a month late from post mark. Had this happen several times. Or just not received the bill on a consistent basis. Are you piling it up in your Garage Mr. Postman? or see Item 1.....4. Mail delivery on Sunday.... Watched him stuff a pile for the 5 different boxes in one box, while drinking my coffee. Really.5. Please fix your delivery service and delivery location problems on E. 14th. Or find someone competent to deliver the mail. Merry Christmas.
Called hoping to get an answer to how we could find a card w a gift card in it. Was told post office isnt responsible for lost mail w a chuckle...lol not so funny. Now my daughter wont receive the money she needs!
This location loses more of my packages than it actually delivers. They have this system that is guaranteed to work...well, ya, thats a joke. 3/4 of the employees are beyond rude.
Always had friendly service. Never had any problems with rude employees. Normal post office in my opinion.
Had to mail a package for Etsy today. The staff were super helpful and even made me a photo copy of the large envelope pricing sheet to take home.
I only gave the Post Office in Post Falls one star because I couldnt leave them none. Waited for a Christmas package for hours and they never showed up but the posted it online that nobody was home and they left a tag. No tag and I was in an open garage all afternoon...Liars and lazy!
Ive increased my star rating since my new mail carrier is awesome and delivers everything. Also very helpful and friendly.
Horrible. I can rarely get a package delivered to my door. N my neighbors keep bringing me my mail. Anything they consider heavy, I end picking it up at the post office. I work for fedex ground. We deliver up to 150 lbs to the front door.
Didn’t deliver a package yesterday. Said no access to address. UPS and FedEx seem to be able to walk to my porch.
Tried to call seven different times in one day to have an issue resolved and it never did. 3 or 4 of those times the prompts didnt even play so I was on a dead line and couldnt go further.
Rude, arrogant employees act as if they have the authority of law enforcement officers. They are paid to perform a service for us. They are not our boss. Employees know nothing about the civil rights of EVERY American citizen.
They lost my mail, they don’t deliver on time, they’re sloppy, they don’t care about how they handle your package, they don’t answer there phones, and they work slow. The USPS is a scam and I would avoid at ALL CoST. Just use UPS or Fedex
My mail especially checks, are delivered to everyone except my business. I dont know ANYONE that can employ such an incompetent staff and survive. Would you please employ someone with a working brain? And they are WAAY overpaid.
Just moved to Hauser, this is the first time our mail schedule has no consistent time. With the mail theft lately, and the lack of consistency,I find myself checking our mail through out the day and well into the evening. Making it difficult to protect ourselves from theft. Looking into P.O box for both reasons. Its frustrating to say the least.
Our mail carrier arbitrarily stopped delivering mail for my Husband to our address! We are still trying to dig out of the mess the U.S. Postal Service of Post Falls, Idaho has put us in. Hope the manager reads this! This carrier may be looking at a small claims suit in which we will be recovering the ridiculous damages weve incurred by their poor judgment. Were sure the post offices excuse is the carrier was public schooled [programmed and cant think for themselves =( ]
They keep sending my mail back so I never get my mail. I still have not gotten my federal tax return because of them and I have been on hold for hours.

Absolutely the worst! This location is so lazy and uses the union as an excuse to not do thier job! Worst delivery drivers ever! Have tried several times to work with the Post Master at this location to help with service. He is incapable of making any progressive customer service changes as the workers, Use the Union to not do thier jobs and his hands are tied.If I could have reviewed them and put zero stars, I would have!!!
First day my mail gets deliverd to my neighbors house. Then I have not gotten mail in the last 5 day? Seems like the Post Falls postal workers dont know what theyre doing!
This is a changed review. Turns out someone was stealing mail and our stuff has been on hold.
On hold for 30 mins waiting to talk to a representative before I hung up. Takes way to long to talk to a human.
Busy signal all the time. Guessing they leave the phone off the hook. 6th time Ive called in the past week during normal business hours.
Expect government style customer service.. nonexistent
I have never received any forwarded mail from my old address....never! Mail carriers in Post Falls are totally inept.

Honestly. Im just trying to get a key for my mailbox. Put on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and called them back. The same person answered and I asked them why they put me on hold for 10 minutes and if they found my key, they denied having put me on hold, then I was put on hold again...Still dont know if they even have my key as Ive given up and am currently training several homing pigeons to deliver my mail for me.
I schedule package pick up requests and they just dont show. Very unreliable

I’ve been waiting for my check that should’ve been received days ago. Haven’t received any mail in DAYS. Who’s going to pay my late fees, when I have money that just hasn’t been delivered? Hold times are over an hour, mail is never delivered the same time. Ridiculous
