Jessica is absolutely awesome. She is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient at what she does. I have used loan outlets off and on for many years and cant say I have ever been this satisfied before. Their prices cant be beat! So affordable. Jessica will get you in and out as quickly as possible. She works with you to get set up and is able to answer every question I had without having to look it up. BEWARE! They will reach into your bank account and take whatever they want, even after telling you that when you make a payment they wont take anymore. They claim it is an automatic thing when you owe payments. But then I was told I was only about a payment away from being current and they take out a partial payment after I make the payment! They fail to send receipts, email or mailed. They call to threaten garnishment, you make a payment, and they still take more out of your account. I am the victim of financial abuse/fraud and this was not the only loan. They wont work with you. They will steal from you.

Make sure before you waste a 40 minute drive to call ahead of time and ask general questions. The lady with glasses and grey long hair told us to leave because we got upset that she left out information about our loan, we ended up wasting gas for somebody who was extremely arrogant. I hope no body encounters the situation I did.
