Great experience buying my new 2021 Rogue! I’d been to a different dealership before coming to Port City and had a terrible experience with both their sales team and their method of doing business. Tim and Brian at Port City were the total opposite! Both were knowledgeable and friendly and they made the process pretty easy. Prior to my visit I communicated with Lindsay who was equally professional and helpful. Would happily recommend them!

Super easy experience. First my wife and I were sceptical taking a 1.5 hour drive to buy a car. We have Irwin Automotive Group down the road from our home and they seemed uninterested in helping us get into a different car while rebuilding our credit. Sent a message to Portcity Nissan and Lindsey got back to me right away and I filled out the credit online. They were very busy and I got a call back from a different saleswoman saying they didn’t forget about us that they were just very busy. Shortly after I got a call back and they said they could get us into the car we wanted no problem. We drove down the next day and Javier took care of us. He was awesome and super easy going and easy to deal with. Not pushy, understanding of what we had to have vs what we would like to have if possible. I got home late and realized I had forget my old registration in my trade in. Called Javier and he offered to mail it to me instead of me driving back down. Took a few minutes to ask about how my wife and I liked the car and if there was anything we need further that he could do for us. Overall super positive experience, will definitely recommend to anyone. Go see my boy Javier and he’ll hook you up with a great new or used ride for sure.

Total bait and switch. Told for days by sales people/managers that the specific vehicle I had called about was available and ready for pick up as soon as I could get in there for a test drive and do the paperwork. So I said go ahead and do my credit application/run my credit since it’s available as shown online - I researched this specific vehicle and purchased the car fax on it - fully intending to buy. I confirmed through multiple emails, texts, phone calls. After taking all of my information, collecting my paystubs and proof of residency - they called to let me know that I was approved and when can I come in and pick it up I told multiple people that I did not want to run my credit report if that specific vehicle was not there and I was assured that it was and when I got there on Sunday it would take no longer than two hours to come and pick up my vehicle. I dealt with 3 different people - including the Business Director and the Business Development Rep. I was greeted by a Sales Rep and then Sales Manager (Who the business director told me was expecting me) who knew nothing about me, my vehicle and knew nothing about me coming in. They were both like, what jeep? Within 2 seconds - oh it JUST sold. I spoke to the business director late Saturday then by Sunday early afternoon the car was suddenly gone. I was also told by the business director that they could take my current vehicle “off of my hands” as a trade-in (so I did not sell it to a private party who made me an offer this morning) I was supposed to be driving home a new car home. I drove an hour and 20 minutes for this. Total bait and switch.

Port City Nissan made purchasing my car such an easy process! From the initial point of contact to following up with us on each step along the way. Every person we dealt with at the dealership was extremely helpful. When we walked into the dealership you could feel the positive energy from everyone. The customer service was some of the best service I have ever had. Javier did a great job at informing us of everything that had to do with our new vehicle. He definitely paid attention to what we were talking about, so much as to set the radio to the station I said I listen to most often in my other vehicle, so when I got into my new car that was the station that was playing as I pulled out of the parking lot. It is hard to find customer service like that these days. Port City Nissan went above and beyond to help make sure we had a positive experience during and after we left the dealership with our new car.

Just bought our 3rd car from port city Nissan yesterday. I cant speak highly enough how good their service is. Sales is a comfortable laid back process. Tim took the time to find exactly the right car for us and went over all its features with me, made sure I was happy and comfortable with details of the car. Communication was consistent. They really worked hard to give us another great experience and meet our needs. Financing is a super easy process. We were in and out in record time. They make it easy. They really do. Tim took the extra time to make sure the optional antibacterial spray they offer wouldnt trigger my allergies and that means a great deal to me. While we no longer need to buy more cars from them I will always recommend people to these guys. And if we do buy another car in 10-15 years, well be going there again. If you walk into a dealership with a fake sticker next to the factory one…RUN. Port City!s sales-=staff was knowledgeable and very patient. They gave me a $1000 more for ny trade than two other Nissan Dealers. Port City gives a legit 10 year, 150000 mile power train warranty, 2 free oil changes, and 2 free tire rotations. This the way an auto purchase should be. BTW CarMax was $2500 more for a used Nissan. Insane.

The paperwork for the Mass Registry was filled out with the full MSRP. Cost me additional sales tax dollars. It had a chip in the windshield that had to be fixed. I was told 3 times by 2 different employees that the “garage” price included the Mass Sales tax. It didn’t. The price just going up and up. It took over 4 1/2 hours to purchase the vehicle with a cash deal. The sales rep did not go over the cars features, he just kept going to the sales manager to submit paperwork. Very bad experience.

I called and discussed a vehicle that I was going to trade in. I was told by a sales associate that with the sale that they are having, my payments would be the same. That was not the case at all. Nissan gave me a quote of what my vehicle is worth. Toyota was going to give me $3000. more. My payments with Nissan would of been almost $300 more. If I was told that before hand I wouldnt have wasted my time. My suggestion is definitely shop around. It looks like Toyota is going to get my business. Remember tell Nissan that Kayla sent you.

Everyone is super nice and helpful, they didn’t push anything on me that was unreasonable and were honest about what would be best for my budget-which is exactly what you want when buying a car. Dont take your car here for inspection if there is any visible rust on your rotors. They are all too happy to charge hundreds for marked up new ones instead of cutting them. Tried to talk to the service guy as Ive been a licensed inspector and warranty certified dealership tech for advanced braking systems, but was met with well if you have a brake machine you can cut themAside from that they took the car off the lift before even giving us the option of approving the work, for a waiting inspection appointment. Either way the brakes are getting taken off to replace or cut so theyre just wasting time trying to cram more work through the system.Bad attitude, poor service, and quick to run the money up on the inspection ticket (telling sign of a dishonest shop). We wont be going back and I would recommend you find a more honest and up front service department to do business with.

Port City Nissan was great to work with. I was an out of state buyer of a used vehicle(not Nissan). Michael Kaval, my sales rep, went out of his way to send me photos and information and answered all my questions. He was really a pleasure to work with. They brought the vehicle to a Dealer service center for a pre purchase inspection. Some minor fixes needed to be done and Port City Nissan took care of all the issues. Brian the Sales Manager, was very fair and we struck a deal. Drove the car home the same day. The entire process was very professional, efficient and stress-free. I highly recommend the friendly folks at Port City Nissan.

They charged me for a diagnostic on the car after my 3rd time (already charged initially), and making the recommended fixes in between visits by purchasing parts from them. I am invested over $750 in potential fixes that did not address the core issue, which they then stated would be ~$3000 to potentially fix. Very slimy business practice to recommend a fix and charge to re-diagnose multiple times. Will not be going back.

Professional staffLeaking sunroof causes brake dirt . Not happy with the cost of repair. To me this is a design flaw. The staff did use wet vac to help dry the caroets . Not covered by extended warranty.

We had our first oil change and tire rotation. The service attendant asked if we would want a wash with the work they were doing, we said sure! They were very quick with our service but when we went to get into our car, it had not been washed! Don’t offer if you are not going to do it. Other than our disappointment with not having the car washed, we were very happy with the service.

The entire location was great as always. I got into an extremely bad car accident where my truck was totaled. Service jumped in and got me a rental car for a while and sales did everything to get me into my new car. Can’t say enough about this place. Been coming here for 5 years and I am always welcome with my name.

My scheduled appointment with my Nissan Murano went as expected. However, when I purchased new front brake pads from the parts department to replace myself, the parts counter gave me the wrong front brake pads even though the car was there and they had the vin # .I had to drive back to the dealer the following weekend in a snowstorm 25 miles each way to exchange the brake pads for the correct ones which had to be done since I was half way done the brake job in my garage when I noticed the pads were the wrong ones .The parts counter did not even seem concerned nor did they offer an apology.No more parts for me at Port City Nissan !We moved back here from the west coast last year and I thought I would give Port City a try...I will give he other Nissan Dealer a shot next time !

Came in for new headlight, ended up fixing two lights and getting my inspection done early. Super helpful because I work a lot so I have to leave early to get to the mechanic.

Covid 19 has changed our behavior. My experience at Port City was surprisingly positive. Precautions were taken within the show room, dividers were in place. Everyone kept their distance of 6 feet or more. disinfectant was present on each desk. I was pleased. Mike and Eric were professional and Mike bent over backwards to help me choose my new lease. Friendly honest people. Ive bought a lot of vehicles in my 65 years but had never been to this dealership before. I went here with my grandson for his first car because they just happened to have a used truck he really liked. The Sales manager Brian, is an awesome person. He gave my grandson a great deal. You wont find many sales managers with Brians level of integrity and a personality to match. He had the truck completely gone through for my grandson. They repaired what needed to be done. But more importantly, they found any issues themselves and corrected them before he even purchased it. I cant say enough great things about this dealership, and again, they have one great sales manager.
