Thank you for taking care of my problem. I needed work done in order to pass inspection. I was able to get the work done before the end of closing.The staff are friendly and amazing. I brought my car to them because my mother and father took their cars to Finks. My father is deceased, but my mom is 96. I took her car to Finks up until it was sold last year in mint condition. I use to take my car to the dealership where I brought it but since I took it to Finks like 2 years ago for a oil change, I have been coming back every since. They are efficient and fast making sure they are giving you the correct information concerning your issue. I have no complaints only complements and thank you. Best day ever. They are honest people. A few months ago I had an oil change at the dealership. I drive a 2009 Toyota corolla. Ill let you guess who the dealership is. Anyway they provided me a list of repairs they strongly suggested I needed done. I decided to take my car to Finks because the dealership was just too expensive (Im retired and live on a fixed income). After Finks looked at everything, they told me my car didnt need any of the thing done that the dealership purposed. The dealership gave me a repair estimate of over $1,000. Thats why it is good to get a second opinion. Finks is the place to go. They didnt take advantage of me and made me feel good about my visit with them. Thank you 😊 Finks. Keep being honest. I recommend this place to go especially for women.

We had my husbands truck towed there because it wouldn’t start and it was about 9 at night. He called first thing the next morning to let them know what was up, and they had it fixed in a few hours! Definitely will use again if something comes up.

I found Finks when I moved to the area nearly 6 yrs ago. Im so glad I did. Never have I felt taken advantage of. The family environment is great. Rainbow and Senior have always taken great care of not jst my vehicle but me as a person. They take true pride in what they do to make things right. Jen even touches base. Went in to have my radiator replaced. Rainbow was very nice and great to deal with. This is one of the few places my mother trusted when her normal mechanic was unavailable so I chose them too. Work seems to have been done professionally, no issues on the way home, and no more coolant leaks! I was apprehensive about the price of the radiator at first, only because I was still in Oklahoma when I first started searching for a new one, but having been away from home (VA) for so long, I didnt take into consideration the fact that things might cost s little more here. I called early in the morning for an appointment and they said bring the truck at 1pm and theyd get it in for alignment. When I showed up at 1pm, they were true to their word and took my truck right into the shop. About an hour later everything was done and I was on my way. Great staff and great mechanics, Id recommend to anyone.

Professional and down-home friendly! I needed both radiator hoses replaced. Everything was quoted in advance and done as promised. I had enough knowledge to know they were treating me honestly and fairly, so I consider them female friendly. No one tried to talk down to me or pull the wool over my eyes. This is a great, upstanding facility.

I had an excellent experience. One thing that I’ve come to learn is that the quality of a business is most easily learned from the way in which they handle a problem in service. Unfortunately, my vehicle sustained damage while on the property as a result of another customer, but, not only was the initial job completed quickly and competently, but the service related to the unexpected damage was done with excellent communication, promptness, and the highest quality. Friendliness and professionalism were consistent throughout the experience. Not only do you get excellent service, but experience far beyond what you typically encounter in an auto shop. The advice alone about car care was worth the visit. I highly recommend them.

I called Finks on Monday (March 29) and asked if I could have my car serviced there. I thought it was the fuel pump and was told that they would look at it that afternoon. I was called at 4:30 pm and told that it was the crankshaft and the camshaft and it would take about 4 hrs. to repair and quoted a repair price. They worked on the car and it was ready on Wednesday evening. Eventhough there was an additional problem the original price quoted was what I was charged. I would also like to say that Rainbow was very professional each time we talked and answered all questions I had and made me feel at ease. I will definitely return in the future (but I hope I wont have too 😝!)

I am new to the area and Finks had very good reviews. I called about my 05 Mercury mountaineer needing the harmonic balancer replaced. I was told to bring it in to be checked out. They looked at it and told me that they could do the work and have it ready same day! The guys are very friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable! Got fixed…after 3 visits

I needed an inspection and an oil change. I arrived early and literally was in and out in less than an hour! Ive never had a bad experience there. I trust them for my auto service. Mr. Patrick and his team treat their customers like good friends/family.

Another car repair shop told me I needed a new or rebuilt engine for my van at a cost of $8900. I called Finks and they quoted $6900. I went with Finks. While at their shop they determined that I really didnt need an engine. Mine was ok. They repaired my van for just over $200. Finks is an honest and professional shop.
