Great store, great staff and overall great experience! The day I visited the store it was 90 degrees and humid. As soon as I walked in one of the staff members was kind enough to offer me a bottle of water, which I really appreciated! Great place to do business. Getting tough to find excellent customer service today, however Mike and the whole staff at Springers has exceed my expectations. I live and Ma and for last 20 years have been purchasing my watches at a local jeweler(no names), for the past year, after spending, to me, a lot of money there, have received terrible customer service. Not the case at Springers, called Mike, told him what my interest were in watches and he called withing a few weeks with a watch I might be interested in.....Wow a phone call......I hung up saying its been a year now and my guy at my local jeweler has never reached out....time to make a switch. I have been a customer at the Springers Portsmouth NH location for many years. They have always had great quality and service, but with the addition of Christie in the store has stepped it up one more notch!

I love this store!I found Springers when I was looking to buy a watch.I met Kelly on the phone at first and then drove up and met the Springers team in person.Beautiful store and very friendly people there.I have experienced nothing but first class service .I will stop by sometimes to just say hi and have a look around.This is a great place and i would recommend it to anyone looking for any type of jewelry or watches

I had a great experience at Springers. The product was exactly what I hoped for, but more importantly, the service exceeded my expectations. If you go to Springers make sure you ask for Christie. She was super professional and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great transaction.

Amazing Customer Service. Not ever purchased anything from the store, but when I walked in, and needed a battery replacement for my lowly Swiss Army Watch, they just took care of it on the spot. I paid for the battery, and a negligible amount for the service, and it was an entirely pleasant encounter. Its rare to find customer service quite like this. Granted, I was not looking for THAT precious flawless diamond, but I might as well have been. Thank you Springers staff.

I’m a new customer of Springer’s. Out of loyalty, we followed our longtime sales person from a prior jewelry store she once worked to her new work establishment at Springers. My husband and I made heavy use of the old establishment I.e. 7 years of multiple purchases, cleanings, maintenance and repairs. Our use of Springers is already beginning to equal our previous usage, however, the experience is wildly surpassing our old expectations. The building/store itself is as bright, warm and inviting, as is the disposition of every employee there. Our sales person has many supporting staff in her new position, untying her hands and freeing her to build, or continue to build, relationships with her customer base rather than spending excessive time on paperwork and other administrative details. This supporting staff HALFED our wait times and, because she knows us well, allowed our sales person to focus on important details around the store that would benefit us with future sales or needs. It is nearly a spa-like experience! And the location is doubly more appealing. Not to mention, it appears that Springer’s not only cares for its customers but its staff as well. Happy staff nearly always means happiest customers. Thank you!

I have had a relationship with Springers for many years. Springers has always been my one stop for Rolex. I am not a review guy at all but owe springers one. Mike and the entire staff that I have dealt with in the last 6 months take the word SERVICE to another level. True honest professionals!! No finer service!!

My wife and I went here to get her Christmas present. Both times I was there I was treated with respect and made to feel like I was the only customer there. They have very beautiful pieces in varied price ranges. If wandering around downtown Portsmouth stop in and check them out.

Great service and selection!

Very disappointed in this jeweler. I had a ring customer made for my wife utilizing our own precious stones. After one wearing one of the Sapphires fell out of the setting. We was fortunate enough to have found the stone in our home which I brought with the ring back to Springers. They in turn sent the ring back to Portland for a reset and improvement in the ring construction which a Springers associate admitted was sub par.After receiving the ring back my wife and I attended a local play production (second wearing of the repaired original) and with a nominal amount of clapping another one the Sapphires was again lost, this time forever.This was such a disappointment my wife and I decided not to return to Springers for yet another shot at it. The ring remains unwearable.

While shopping for something very special for ourselves to celebrate our upcoming 35th wedding anniversary, we visited Springers Jewelers in Portsmouth and met Jeremiah. We couldnt have been treated better, Jeremiah listened to us and treated us so well. We went back several times over a three month period, each time working with Jeremiah, until we made our purchases with full confidence that we were working with the right jewelry store, and more importantly, the right Salesperson! Thank you Jeremiah.

I feel I should qualify my two star rating, as I do really like most of the experience at Springers. I was looking for an engagement ring, where the first time around was helped and treated in a positive manner the first couple times in the store. Come the third time in the store, a new sales associate (at least in my dealings) was working.. her name being Candace, Ive never felt so disrespected. Id probably not normally call someone out in particular, but it wouldnt be fair to put her negative approach on the other great staff. As a whole I recommend this for your jewelry needs, however, stay clear of Candace, I refuse to spend my $ with her and unfortunately by association Springers.

If there were a 6 Star option, I would gladly give that to Springers in Portsmouth NH. These guys are the real deal. I live about 30 minutes south of Boston MA, and made the trip (1.5 hours) after hearing such positive reviews of Springers. I am so happy that I did. My brothers were helping myself in the search for an engagement ring for my now current fiancé (she said yes) and we looked at a few jewelry shops previously but none of them even compared... I will explain why. I am younger, and unfortunately we still live in a day of age where personal looks are a judge of your character and integrity. I was almost treated as a peasant in other shops in the local area. Rude and snide remarks when I wanted to see certain diamonds and settings, tuning me out, and showing me jewelry that they thought would be good for my price range meanwhile, I never spoke of a figure. Being in sales, I know first hand that these actions are not only offensive but disrespectful.When we walked into Springers we were greeted by a gentleman named Evan. Evan asked what we were looking for, showed us to the engagement ring section and allowed us look on our own until we had any questions. I did a lot of homework prior, so I knew exactly what I was looking for. When I asked, and Evan pulled out every setting, diamond, and complete that I wanted to see. Not only did Evan answer every question I had, he also helped and guided me in the direction I needed to be. That is true customer service. The entire staff were beyond knowledgeable, friendly and it really seemed as if their job was their passion. I love that. That is why I chose Springers. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous solitaire HOF engagement ring that she is absolutely obsessed with. I later returned with my fiancé to purchase our wedding bands, I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. If you are in the market for any type of fine jewelry, please do yourself the favor and check out Springers. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Evan and the Springers family.
