I have visited Warren at his store on multiple occasions spanning a period of at least 15 years. As always my most recent visit was met with nothing but happy smiling faces and warm greetings. This place was recommended through social media so I figured I would try them out. I had an anklet that had a loose clasp that needed to be repaired. I was greeted promptly and explained to the gentleman the issue. He said I’ll be right back and took my anklet with him. Within about 5 minutes he was back with my piece of jewelry all fixed. I highly recommend them as their service was awesome! I figured I would be dropping my piece of jewelry off and pick it up at a later time. They will definitely be my go to from here on out.

Every time I came to this location an Afro-American girl always seem to have a problem when I came in the store . The repair man was in for repairs. She takes my gold 14k bracelet get the little eye piece Glass and looks at every link and it was clear and I showed her were the link was broken. After all that told me 30.00 for one link to repair then told me I had to leave it!! Why when the repair man was there I came early morning. Every time even in uniform she seems to give me a problem. I wont ever go back i will not recommend anyone there.

I came here to getting my wedding band repaired. It wad two pieces and it separated within a few weeks of getting it and the online company that I bought it from said they stopped carrying that ring because of that issue and offered to swap it for another one. I love this ring though and this jewelry store fixed it and I haven’t had a single issue with it since. The staff was super friendly and communicative. They called me as soon as it was ready which was several days prior to when they had promised it. Definitely come check this place out.

This owner has ripped us off! Brought in a 18K gold bracelet to be resized...not only did he swap out a portion of my bracelet for 10K gold, but only returned a portion of the 18K links he took off. Do not go here. After years of continued service, he has taken advantage of loyal customers. I only became aware of this when I went to get the bracelet appraised for my insurance. Untrustworthy and awful business man.

I was searching for somewhere to have some loose stones tighten on a cluster ring that Ive owned for over 20 years. I remembered how JRD had offered excellent customer service years ago and decided to look them up. Fortunately for me they are still in business (same awesome jeweler). No cost to tighten the stones but had a minor repair that I neglected over the years. My ring was ready within 24 hours!!!!! (paid less than the original quote). BTW the store in which the ring was purchased (Zales) wanted $65 per stone to tighten.

Repaired my dads bracelet that is 35 years old. They put in a new piece of abalone in it and soldered it back together. It looks just as good as it did 35 years ago when my mom gave it to my dad for his birthday.
