When I went there to check things were wet and appeared to look clean but after it all dried you could see the dirt. The place wasn’t vacuumed either. They left spider webs all over the place and dirt and grime. The first time I hired them they did great I really don’t understand why they did such a poor job this time around.

Was able to get same day service after calling a dozen other cleaning services who were booked up. Friendly service, house smelled great after and was a huge help to me.

We hired FCM to clean prior to a special event. From booking to day of arrival, the company was very professional and communication was clear and helpful. Cleaning service was all that we were promised. Very pleased.

I shopped around awhile before finally going with FCM. Originally it was their communication that reeled me in. I was also impressed with their website and how seamlessly it worked even showing you pricing and letting you out “add on” services while giving you pricing. They’re not the cheapest around but they are worth it. They are very professional and I don’t have to lift a finger and always leaves my home perfect. I signed up for the bi weekly cleaning. This has given me so much free time to focus on more important things to me and doubled my work productivity by leaving mundane house chores to them including my laundry! It’s also a very pleasant experience with the owner making sure he showed face and even worked on the first day. I am very comfortable leaving them in my home if I have to and I know I’ll always come back to my home to be very clean from the ceiling fans to the grout in my tiles right down to my baseboards. Definitely recommend!

The cleaner came in and did a great job. I would definitely recommend and will be scheduling to use again. It was well worth the cost!

Jerry and his team had impeccable service and performed exceptional work...they exceeded my expectations and Jerry was extremely pleasant to work with. I had to change the date at the last minute and I was easily accommodated. I have a white carpet that had a few stains, but Jerry and his team made it look BRAND NEW. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!!!

I was moving out but can’t go back the apartment. I only asked them to help me collect all the clothes and sent to me. But they help me picked out all the items they think valuable to me but I didn’t mention and sent me messages with pictures of the items to verify if I need those items. I very appreciate their work and integrity.

My apartment looks like a model home ! I had other cleaning service and nothing compares to this company! They clean every inch of your home ! I have a cat and new puppy and there is no hair and I have horrible allergies after the cleaning the air quality was even better ! Definitely a great deal for perfect service!
