I am an investor, I hired this company to clean one of my property. Before they start the work I ask the lady if they do touch up cleaning after I do the walkthrough, she said yes they do.I paid her before she start the job because I was out of the state at the time and she felt more comfortable getting paid first.Well, they didnt clean the bathroom properly and left lots of dust on the stair rails and other places. SHE SET A DATE AND TIME TO DO A FOLLOW UP CLEAN AND DID A NO CALLK NOW SHOW, BOTH ME AND MY PROPERTY MANAGER TEXTED HER AND SHE IGNORED BOTH US.

I cannot express how much of an incredible job they did with our house. It was a total wreck and now it looks like a brand new home! They organized our clutter and now we have room to walk. We have 3 dogs and you cant even tell because of the job they did. If youre in need of a cleaning service, do not hesitate. Shantel and her husband are by far the BEST at what they do. They are thorough, efficient, and go above and beyond their job description EVERY time. I have been using the Middleton’s for my personal home cleaning for 2 years + now, and as a real estate agent, I will only use them for my client’s move in and move out cleanings as well. I went to the lengths of calling and paying for an Uber for her to make it to my client’s move out cleaning when her car broke down, JUST so I didn’t have to call anyone else to do it.
