Paid $275 for a move in cleaning, but floors were not done, counters were not cleaned, dust still on windowsills, etc. My fiancé spoke to the owner, who did refund $50, but never followed up about further rectification of the situation. Its outrageous that we spent $225 for a job that was not completed, and the owner simply did not care because they had already gotten paid.

Terribly unprofessional and not very thorough. Will never use this service even if I have to clean myself. At least that way Ill know I did the job right.

I love the quality of service and affordable prices! Mr Morgan Sr and assistant showed up with bright/ humble attitude, and the customer service was great! Will be more than happy to call again when services are needed again.

Really fell in love with J’s cleaning Services . I requested a carpet cleaning for my home . However, I deal with having children in my home that children could be a bit messy with carpets . After the finished look of my carpet, I literally smiled really hard because of the amazing job that was done to my carpet. I was so relieved☺️smiling from ear to ear .
