This place gave my MIL excellent customer service. I mean, totally above and beyond. They strive on giving what they advertised and being patient and understanding. Theyre genuinely good hearted business people which is so hard to find sometimes. Not to mention that they were so much more affordable than others! Highly recommend!!

Amazing customer service. I went in with a small piece of my charger broken off and deeply embedded in the port of my iPad. I was told by many of their competitors that the entire port would need to be replaced, without question. Gary was genuinely concerned about my issue and wanted to save me money by having his team try to fish out the piece, and even if it wasn’t possible I was quoted a fair price to replace the port-which was much morereasonable compared to their surrounding competitors. Ultimately, Lance was able to do what others could not and would not do, and got the piece out. I am impressed and grateful for their work.

I accepted my phone despite it not being commonly available.I owned a xiaomi redmi note 9 pro, and due to it not being a phone that sells commonly, I had a hard time finding repair shops that would fix it without hyper elevating the price or just refusing entirely.I literally came back from a lackluster experience from UbreakIfix, so I was skeptical.CPR not only took in my phone but gave me a reasonable amount of time for part delivery and labor cost, which was actually very affordable.The only reason this is not a perfect review is because the communication could be a little better as I was told that they will send back parts if the phone is not claimed in 7 days, when I literally had a voicemail telling me that it was done a day ago. Its simple misunderstanding but that was anxiety inducing. Secondly, I was told that they needed my passcode so that they could test the phone out, as it had a bad ear speaker. When I went to give it, they had given me back the phone and I signed for it and paid for it. When I got home and put my SIM card in, to test out my phone, but your speaker didnt work.The fact that it didnt work didnt annoy me as much as the fact that I wanted them to test it first so I didnt have to find out when I got home.They are leagues better than some of the other businesses that offers similar services, they just have to work on the communication

Glad CPR got my sisters Samsung Galaxy A10e tracfone unlocked. However, disappointed she was charged $35 for a diagnostic when all it needed was a reset. She couldnt do the reset herself due to weakness in her hands. Grateful CPR unlocked it for her.

Have gone back to store 4 times with same problem, poor replacement part,not very knowledgeable

Issues with water damage, spent 225 to get it fixed, they returned it to me saying it was fixed. we have a system where we analyze all water damage and we can replace anything broken. Well I cab tell you I have my phone back and its been shutting off on me and cant use any facial recognition. Better off getting apple care or insurance from your phone company than wasting money on a place you keep having to go back to, to spend more money.

The staff here was exceptionally helpful in getting my phone repaired. I was in need of a new screen, rear camera and vibrate motor for my IPhone 6s Plus. I dropped my phone off at 10:15am and got a call at 12:30pm that the phone was ready. Repair cost was very reasonable. The staff here is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will use CPR for all of my future phone repair needs.

Never going back. I went to get a simple screen repair, came back to pick up my phone only to notice that my camera was broken. The guy that fixed my screen was very disrespectful and didn’t even try to help me figure out the problem. Turns out the guy broke my camera now I have to get a whole new phone. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . Waste of time and money. Never going back.

I went there today to have the screen replaced on my cell phone. I don’t know the gentleman’s name who was working but he did an excellent job and also did the best job of putting on a screen protector on my phone. I highly recommend them for cell phone repairs.

Horrible went in to replace battery in my phone got my phone back and the speaker did not work and they did nothing to fix it wouldnt recommend. This place to my worst enemy

The second time I`ve had them repair a phone for me always fast and cost effective.

My only issue was that I did not receive a phone call when my item was finished.

Great customer service. Came in for a camera removal and had to do a screen replacement as well. The actual price was $30 more than the estimate I received but the repair went well. 4 out of 5 because there was glue visible on the edge of my screen bevel and the speaker mesh wasnt reinstalled correctly.

The staff failed to contact me regarding the status of my phone, yet has a policy that states they can keep your phone is you fail to pick it up within a relatively short time window. In addition, they are unsuccessful in fixing my phone. Wasted time & money.

I was Very impressed with the young man that repaired my phone.... He was obviously knowledgeable But Also polite. I had to return the phone and he again was Excellent. I would recommend CPR to others. I also thought the price was fair.

I thought that it was time to purchase a new Kindle Fire after it would not charge. The guys at CPR took a look and said they had seen this before and they could order and install a new charging port. They ordered the part which arrived in less than a week. They called me to bring in the Kindle and about 90 minutes later called to inform me that it was ready. $45 and I have my fully functioning Kindle Fire. Great professionalism and friendly and reasonable priced service. I highly recommend CPR in Portsmouth, VA.

Had a great experience! Elliott was kind and very helpful. My phone was done within an hour. I had the screen replaced on a 6S Plus. The text to talk function wasn’t working anymore but they were able to clean it up and get it working without any extra charges. Don’t know why I waited so long to get it fixed! All I can says is thank you and I will definitely be back in the future if the need arises.

I wasnt impressed because I dont know whether they put the same quality glass screen protector on my phone or a chest brand from somewhere else. They showed me a box but did not want me to take the box. Two weeks later it popped off and I put it back.

My experience with CPR has been great. They move pretty fast & they do not go beyond the time they tell you.

Technician was courteous upon my arrival and offered a new customer promotional discount. Unfortunately service was backed up at the time but I received my phone the next day. Would definitely return if needed.

Very friendly staff. The screen protector I needed was out of stock and they took my info to update me when some came in. They followed up with me less than a week later, and I was able to go in and get the replacement I needed. Definitely would go back if I needed something else.

My screen shattered and I was very upset I looked up places near me and this place happened to pop up so I decided to call and see the prices and they have very fair pricing and excellent customer service and only took an hour to fix which is very fast and no hassle very easy and I will be back if unfortunately in my phone breaks again!

Job was done in approx. 45 mins. Tech. gave me a call when it was ready, Honored me as a veteran and gave me a $5.00 discount. No ! problems so far have done business at other locations at Janaf & Greenbriar in the past.

I brought my phone in because the screen was completely shattered and blacked-out and the gentleman behind the counter was very courteous and up front about how long that it would take to be fixed which he had told me that they would have to order the screen and that it would take about 5 days. When they received the replacement parts they came in damaged and had to be reordered and the gentleman promptly notified me to let me know. I was very understanding and I understood that these things happen. Time really wasnt a problem in my case as this was a business phone and I had already bought another one. I needed this phone to be repaired for the data, info., pics and contact information that it had on it (some of which for legal purposes). About 5 days later the gentleman contacted me to let me know that my phone was fixed and when I came to pick it up... It looked brand new like the day I bought it 2 years ago nd worked perfectly and now I can retrieve the data and either give it to another employee to use in my business or resell it. Thank You Soo much C.P.R. !!!!!

Usually when you go into a store the clerk asks if they can do anything for you....not this time i had to pry answers from this guy...i understand that you couldnt look at my console but couldve at least been more courteous....
