I dont like my edge up but I saw him do someone else cut and he did theirs very well. I guess because he was male and Im female. I dont know🤷🏿. He only did the edge up and design. Oh and by the way Chuck did my hair.

The people can’t cut in there to save their lives. My edge up was all lopsided and one side of the fade was higher than the other. Go to Kapital Kutz instead!!!Don’t know his name but it was the black older dude 4th sea on the left side.

This is my and has been my spot since I moved back to p-town, can be a little backed up for my taste at times but I have no major issues.

I don’t normally write about my experience but this was bad. They wasn’t able to give me a price on the what I needed done. (No prices list) They based their prices of off looking at what was on my fingers, which is totally silly not only that they charged me $15 to remove gel polish off my toes 🤔. My nails wasn’t shaped and filed properly or to my satisfaction and the actual polish that was done on my fingers was completely messed up and I was embarrassed to look at my hands. I will NEVER EVER return even if all nail shops went out of business!!!!

I always get the most precision cut. The hospitality and atmosphere is great!

Old barber across town doesnt take customer service as a priority.Totally different with Todd, Mark and the guys. In and out, with great conversation to add. Feel most comfortable in this shop than i have in others in the city in a long time. Due for another visit this week!Check em out!

I came in on Wednesday evening to get a gel pedicure, a fill with gel polish and my eyebrows done. Nobody was on the same page regarding the price and the man that did my pedicure didn’t seem familiar with using gel my polished chipped on Friday. The lady who did my nails seemed like she wasn’t use to doing long nails and she rushed the gel and her shaping made my nails look weird. My nails look lumpy. I will not go back for any services other than eyebrows! Gel pedicure 37.00 fill with gel polish 32.00 +3.00 to take off gel 35.00 never again!

Took my son for a cut. Could have been more welcoming. Did an okay job with the cut. They were open on Thanksgiving so an extra .5 for that.

I used to reside in Portsmouth and have moved to Virginia Beach. Where I reside now is over 30 minutes away or so depending on traffic. When we moved my brother in law began cutting my sons hair since we were closer to him but he has since moved to Texas. I tried repeatedly to find closer barbers after he left that were about their business, craft and their money. Since I was unsuccessful I just said forget it. I just decided to make the sacrifice and take the 30 minute drive back to where I know I will have peace of mind and a barber always available to provide great service in a timely manner!

I took Chase to get a fresh haircut at the cutting room and Victory Crossing did amazing job. Going to take pictures and show everyone. Crazy amazing artist, now I know why they are so busy still no wait fully staffed.

Waited over an hour and nobody said a single word to me......people were called up in front of me and even people were pulled out off the street and still not one person helped me. My husband and I will not return. Besides the new place across the parking lot gives better hair cuts anyway.......

I have been coming here for 4 years now and every time I get done right. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but I wouldnt rush the quality I receive. Plus the price is the best around.

I have been here several times now. I have always left with a good looking haircut, but today soured my perception of this place. I was somehow charged $17 for a fade. When I inquired as to why, they said fade and beard costs that much. I have never in my life had a beard...if I go back it wont be sitting in the second chair on the right.

I took my daughter to this shop to get my daughter two ♥ on the sides of her head. I asked the owner not to pick from the amateur in the back. But I guess the barber the owner sent me to did not know anything about what he was doing. The barber put a horrible set of ♥ on the sides. The lines of the heart are thicker than the heart itself. Now I have to take my daughter to the braid shop to cover this up with braids until it grow back. I wont be going back ever. My advice, dont let Noone pass the first four chair touch your hair.

Todd has been cutting my sons hair now for about seven years. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else!! Patient and the lines are always tight. Great service, feels like family!!

It unfortunate Ms.Melissa had a bad experience at the cutting room. we aim to please the customers here as barbers. However in Ms. Melissas case there must not have been much to work with if your unhappy with any thing please speak up. Customers service is key.. come to the cutting room its a great barbershop

Horrible experience!!! I waited nearly 2 hours just for my son not to get a hair cut and have a barber tell me it wasnt even his turn when there were plenty of people who jumped ahead of him. Poor customer service!!!!!! Then he proceeded to tell me he saw me leave and come back but the guy he was about to take had just left too and came back so I had no time for his excuses. Id absolutely NEVER go back nor will I recommend any of my family or friends to go.
