Love, love, LOVE this salon! The staff is fantastic, they do an amazing job (Im super tough on my nails and they always fix them... and make them beautiful!) 🤦‍♀️ My youngest kiddo decided to go with me for a pedicure one day and now hes hooked - he wants to go with me any time I go now so I have to make sure to schedule accordingly!! 💜 Their Jelly pedi is super fun and squishy, especially for kids!! Yes I totally get one for myself too occasionally! 😂 Highly recommend them!!

First time I got a pedicure. I didnt realize you get a foot bath and a massage for your feet and calves! Very delightful! My toes look wonderful with colored nails! Enjoyed the experience a lot and prices were reasonable for the services you get.

Horrible experience. The lady who seemed like the manager or one charge. Cut my nails awful, didn’t shape them. And when I asked her to please fix them because they were uneven and not what I asked for, she continued to file down one of the nails and asked if it was better even though that wasn’t the nail I asked her to fix and was making them worse! My nails were super thick and all the acrylic was still left on the side and under my nails. Either she could careless about her reputation or she is inexperienced or maybe even both! Worst service!

I love love this nail salon and all the technicians are super friendly and done fantastic job every single time. The place is super clean and they’re practicing social distancing/disinfectant all the stuff after each customer. Great price and great value. I’m so happy with my pretty sexy nails :). And they’re only take appointment so no walk-in during this time.

Very awesome experience. They took their time, paid attention to detail, and didn’t rush. The salon is clean and tidy. A nice relaxing environment. I don’t get pedicures often, but I probably will now. Will be coming back. Job well done!

I have gone to Ultimate Nails many times and each occasion has been wonderful. The staff is always cheerful and professional. I had Thanh as a pedicurist this morning. What a delight. She got me through the ticklish feet part with a masked smile. I plan on going back for a couples pedicure next month. Husband is looking forward to it.

Took my girlfriend to get her nails done. She asked for holographic nails and when told the price for them she changed her mind to a simple design that the employee said she could do this for $30 which was fine for her because that is what she wanted to pay. They treated her poorly and scraped her nails to the point where it stung, when she told the employee this she said ok and continued to grind down her nails. When finished, the end product looked nothing like what she asked for and out of being nice she did not want to make a scene and yell asking for a refund. We went to another nail salon hoping to find someone to fix it and even the employees at this nail salon said that this nail job was poorly done and looked like something an 8 year old would have done. My girlfriend called this nail salon to ask for a refund and they replied saying they couldnt do it and would only redo her nails, however why would we want them to redo these nails when the first time was horrendous. We politely declined and went on our way leaving our first review which of course was negative, boo hoo we had a bad experience. The owner of this establishment replied back and said this full quote (Name) . I just saw your review about your nail . I talked with my staff . And watched the record Video . We can do holographic nail if y ok to pay $60 so y get regular color .We did not cut y at all .Telling the true is a good girl . When ever y not happy with the way y want y go online and write bad thing about people, that make y happy ha! Good luck with that . Y are not welcome back our salon . Toward the end of this message was obvious bullying. It makes no sense to trust a salon that cant take constructive feedback at all and cant own up to their own mistake even going as far as blocking her number so she cant reply. She changed her mind about getting holographic nails so that part of her argument is completely flawed. Ill leave pictures of what she asked for and what she received leaving you to decide who is in the right here. All we wanted was a refund, maybe not even a full refund.

I come here every two weeks and never has my shellac manicure lasted that long! They do an AMAZING job and it is always super clean. I 110% recoomend especially when you are sick and tired of your shellac manicure shipping after 1,5 weeks. Try this salon out you will not be disappointed!

I came here to get my nails done last year for my birthday And they did a really good job everything was done really well they gave me a really beautiful design but then I just came in today and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality and I’m really frustrated that I had to spend so much money on something that I don’t even like at all so next time before starting my nails before you asked me what design I want ask me what design I want so I can take a look at the designs that I don’t want and I can walk out because I would never of come here if I saw the designs and they were just not good selection at all

They immediately that my daughter down. Listen to what she needed done. And went right to work on her nails we were very very satisfied. And the prices seem to be as average as everywhere else.

They were very aware of and Covid cautious during the whole pedicure. I felt very safe.

First visit today, and probably the best gel mani/gel pedi that I’ve had anywhere in Bethany/Beaverton. I was early and didn’t have to wait at all. Very detailed, long, relaxing pedicure. Manicure was also very precise and turned out great. Very reasonably priced. I will be back!

I absolutely love this salon!! The service here is fantastic. I am one of those women who finds nail designs online and have picture on my phone when I come in to get my nails done, and I have never been disappointed!! (Some of my nail designs can be seen in the photo gallery) Most other nail salons either cant or wont take the time and effort to do it. I am always seen right away and all the ladies are so wonderful!! I am so happy I found this place!!

Kathy, the owner, has been my nail tech for almost ten years. I have followed her everywhere because she is the BEST, and I was so happy when she took over this location. It’s a very comfortable environment, and the service is excellent. The team really takes care of the customers and offers honest advice. Above all else, it is exceptionally clean. Knowing Kathy, this doesn’t surprise me, because she is always diligent about supplies, sterilization, and cleanliness. There are many nail shops to consider in the area, but this is truly a jewel. You won’t be disappointed.

Never had a bad experience at this nail shop. I have had manis, pedis, and eyebrow waxing done at this shop. Only negative is that the shop is small with lower quality ventilation, so when they get busy it does get stinky with the common nail salon smells.

I have been here at least 4 times now for either a pedicure or shellac manicure. Each time I have had great service and loved my nails. I have never made an appointment and there is usually no wait or a very brief wait. I love that they try to work with my timeline while my child does her Taekwondo class.

Such a nice place to go. They take such good care of you and make sure that youre happy. The attention to detail was very nice and the atmosphere was calming. Definitely going back.

I wanted to try somewhere new, so we went here and got right in, the lady who did my nails took forever about two hours until we were finished and I was just getting a fill. My mom who got a back fill (which takes longer than just a fill) was done a long time before me!! The lady filed my nails for soooo long and cut me and when I said ow over and over again she didn’t say sorry, she just would whisper under her breath. My finger was BLEEDING and she didn’t say anything about it. My nails look awful and lumpy. And if you do decide to go, don’t get your nails done white because the white sucks!! Took like 20 layers to actually look solid white! It was the worst experience I’ve had in a nail salon. Definitely going back to my normal place. 😣

They ruined my natural nails! As my nails have started to grow out I can see where she drilled into my natural nail, on nearly every nail! There is a bright red divot! Thankful my nails will grow out, but this is not ok! Too bad I didn’t read the reviews as it doesn’t sounds like it’s the first time Somone here was using an electric file that doesn’t know how!

They are very detail oriented. We usually do a pedicure with french tips. Often the lines arent straight at other places we have ttied, but they are always perfect here.

One star because of customer service. My nails turned out fine but it took an hour and a half for the tech to complete a polish change on my solar nails. It took her a really long time to paint each nail. I appreciate attention to detail, but this was kinda extreme.I asked how much it would cost when I sat down, was told it would be $20 since I wanted my polish removed and new shellac put on.When it was time to pay, the price had been changed to $25. Wtf? Sorry, but that is not a way to gain the repeat business of a new customer. Also the technition at the station next to us was obviously sick, coughing everywhere and making no effort to cover her mouth. Very inconsiderate. People come to a salon to be pampered, not catch the flu or a cold.

I liked the decór of the place but not happy with the service. My original place, Vive Nails couldn’t get me in so I came here. I got in right away and sat down. I asked for the rest of my acrylic nails to be fully removed because I had took them off with a home method. She did it. But in the middle of getting them off, she cut me with the little spinning tool she used. She didn’t even bother to say sorry when I said ouch. I had her also paint my nails with a mood changing polish. She let me leave before they where dry. Normally I thought they put a fan in front of your hands. So right when I left they got messed up. When I was paying, she started asking me weird questions like “ Do you like by here?” Or “Do you have any kids?” I was very confused why she needed to know. But overall they where just “ok”

I absolutely love this place, all the nail techs are friendly and absolutely great! Kim never disapoints!!! I deff recommends this nail salon to anyone looking for beautiful nails and a friendly atmosphere.

Worker was beyond rude. She deserves to be fired because she cut me multiple times and was making rude remarks about my nails and did not cut them the right size that I told her. She was very judgemental and very commanding too. She told me that my nails were ugly and kept rudely moving my hand when they weren’t tense just relaxed . Never going there again.

The only place that I likre to go. Never any problems with my toes and fingers after I go there. My home salon.
