I always go here to get my nails done and have been with a lot of different nail techs but Vy is by far the best i’ve had. She got the shape i wanted perfectly and the color is set literally perfect. i’m always going to her from now on!

I went to many nails salons and always end back here whenever I stray even though super far from where I live. They go above and beyond and done right!

Long story short, i asked multiple times for a new set, he didnt do that just did a fill, even tho i asked for a different shape. My pinky nail had lifted and the process of sanding it down hurt and burned. They didnt have the color i asked for, i asked for suggestions on the art they could do and was given a nail flip thing with a bunch of air brush stencils, and then i just asked for a simple jewel accent and he brought out a bunch of baggies with multiple random nail jewels. I got some matte accent nails, and he failed to mention how painful it was to set the matte coat, it felt like my nails were being elecrocuted. Theyre slightly lumpy and not smooth, and i am so mad about this big clunky anchor, he just gunked it on. Then, the same day, only a few hours after getting them done, my middle finger nail just snapped right off while i was TYPING at work. Just typing. Im just really upset, it wasnt a good experience. $45 not well spent. He didnt even change the shape like i asked. Just filed them a little. I just feel like it was very rushed. I will be going back when they open and hopefully something good comes of it.

Over the months, I’ve been going to Brian for gel acrylics. He does such a nice job and makes sure everything is perfect. I literally have never been disappointed whenever I go get my nails done by Brian. Not only is he an amazing nail tech, he is also a very nice person to talk to. If you go to Brian you will never be disappointed and always leave with a smile (no joke).

I have been here two times now! First time was Wonderful and I told myself I was definitely coming back.Today I come in again,I get noticed and they fit me in right away. I went to get my toes done, Pay the extra $5 to get the deluxe Pedicure!Seriously!They have always been very professional and very caring to make sure Im getting relax and fully satisfied!

This place is great. Manicures last more than 2 weeks. Better than anywhere else Ive been. Also I feel like Im in vacation in Vietnam. I am learning a few Vietnamese words.

I went to get a fill, I thought it would be quick and easy but the ladies were just so unpleasant. Old polishes, terrible technique and zero customer service. Honestly just a waste of time. In my opinion.

Got my nails done for prom here and they were super friendly and made sure I got the right color,nail shape and length. They also made sure I was comfortable before starting the nail process by giving me a outlet to charge my phone and a phone stylus pen to use so I wouldn’t mess up my nails. It didn’t take long at all and we even chatted about my prom. The nails lasted a while. I would definitely be going back to this shop.

I had a great experience here my first time around. Its definitely on the pricier side, but you really do pay for quality! My usual nail salon has been playin me and my nails and Ive been so unhappy. So I figured Id try here even if Im paying a little more money. Tony was AWESOME! He constantly checked with me if I was happy with what he was doing. From length, shape, color, and the opacity of the polish itself. He was quick, yet efficient, and I was beyond happy with my nails. Also, nearly two weeks later and my nails still look great! Going on vacation next and Im going to get my nails filled and change the color on Monday before leaving. I had an amazing experience here! It was also super peaceful and relaxing here.

I usually get good service here and that’s why this is the only place I come to. But, this time around I was a bit disappointed, the guy that was doing my nails seemed in a rush to finish and kept looking over at the front desk waiting to see if his next client had arrived.He should’ve paid attention to what he was doing.I got cut twice because he was not paying attention.When I tipped him, he literally updated my tip to more, like seriously he should respect customers in that aspect. I feel that customers deserve all their attention, since we are paying for a service!Need to work on their customer service!

I was in here yesterday and although they did a great job with my nails, their customer service skills can be a lot better. I told the nail tech I wanted the color 001 which is white, and she kept saying I shouldn’t get the color because my skin tone is too dark for the color. As a black woman, I felt very offended, especially after I had to tell the nail tech repeatedly that this is the color I wanted. If a customer says they want something, your job is to provide, not persuade them to get something else all because you think it won’t look good on their skin tone. I will not be back

Hands down the best place I’ve been to. I always had issues with nail salons because they never listened to what I wanted or my nails didn’t stay for long. This place has me saying wow each time. They are also Nice and hardworking. Loved it! Thanks Christy & Anthony!

I normally don’t do reviews but I had to this time because of how well my nails are! Ann is truly amazing. I couldn’t be more happier with the way she did my nails. She is not a rush in rush out nail tech. She takes her time which I absolutely love. Her time spent just shows in the quality of nails you get from her. If you want what you are looking for and good quality go to Ann!

They were kind and not the worst but there are bumps and scrapes. The lady just put on the acrylic and didnt file it and smooth it after couldve done better.

The lady who did my nails was very sweet but my fingernail polish even after 30 minutes under the nail dryer came off the same night!! she must have mixed up the base and top coat or something or???

My experiences here have been good so far.. My nails look great. Thomas is awesome! It’s a shame to see these comments about the racism here, and because of this I will not be returning. One of the techs had their kids there and the kids were unkind to my little brother (who is black) who is about the same age.. makes sense now.

My nails still look great and its been 3 weeks.

They discriminated my brother for trying to get his nails done. He came before a lady and requested a color change and the lady put him aside and asked him to wait and let another lady who came after go before him. I believe that just cause my brother is transgender it’s not a reason to discriminate him if we were paying for their service.

The nails started to come off after a week and a half. Very poorly done, definitely not worth the $45. Also the person helping me made a very rude comment towards African Americans saying we dont like African Americans because they seem to always have an issue. I found it very disgusting of him to say that considering the fact that an African American girl had came in when I did to make an appointment.

BEWARE, IF YOU HAVE ANY OPINIONS THIS ISNT THE SHOP FOR YOUI have gone to Tony for over 2 years, today was the last day I will ever go. Up until today he use to be great. Today after 2+ years my nails turned yellow. I selected white with glitter in top (as I have gotten many times over again) . The day starts off with a rude woman saying he needed to stop my nails to do her pedicure. She kept stopping him and she requested 2 other people to finish her nails. He was clearly irritated. So when he does my nails once the gel sets (it looked ok until the UV and top coat went on) the nails looks dingy beige with hints of piss yell. He tried adding another glitter color as I wanted to make as less work as possible but they turned even more piss yellow. ONE other time we had an issue with color and I said thats ok and left unhappy but these looked pissy, dirty and old. He proceeds to say I will change it but I wont ever do your nails again (after 2+ years never an incident) he said i have dealt with people like you so no I wont ever do them again. He then proceeded to angrily yell something in his foreign tongue. I could see if he had done my nails once but close to 3 years every 2-3 weeks and Im treated like this? Mind you I tip him $8-20 each time depending on the service. He was very upset that I wouldnt walk out with dingy lookinh nails. I will take my busiess where people like me can have what they want. So if you want half service and you accept anything this is the place for you. I am DONE!

Worst full set of nails I’ve ever had done . Person has worked 18 years, I’m guessing 18 days.! Glue everywhere. My nails hurt, acrylic does not cover finernails,gaps and bumps everywhere. My fingers ached and the superglue is painful. Not even a manicure or cuticle trim !!! NO I would not recommend this so called nail salon. Management absolutely did not care about the shotty job . I could buy dollar tree STICK-on nails and that would look 100% better then these nails I had done. I went to a REAL salon to get my nails professional done. Tools were dirty . Very disappointed! Please go somewhere else for your health .

I had a horrible experience and she made me pay 25$ for work that wasnt done and told me I wasnt letting her do her job which is bullshit. Also she wasnt doing a good job or listening to what I want and she kept arguing with me. If I could give them a zero stars I would because that was some bullshit.

I was with Brian. I asked him for shorter coffin acrylic nails. At first, I was only going to get regular polish and then I realized that regular polish is such a pain. It takes like 24 hours to cure even after it’s dry and with how hard we are on our hands every day I decided to go with the gel polish just in time. My decision was validated when a previous client came back because she had goofed up her regular polish nails almost as soon as she left.Brian kept making sure to ask me if I liked the shape which is HUGE to me because my OCD kills me when it comes to stuff like this. Brian did a great job and I’m very happy with my first set of acrylics in 10 years. Thanks Brian!!

All I wanted was matte black nail polish on almond acrylics. Little did I know that would take TWO HOURS. Firstly, none of my nail shapes match the fingers. I can usually forgive something like this except the paint job was even worse. He didnt wait for the black polish to full dry before applying the clear matte top coat. So after one round under the nail dryer, my nails were all still shiny except the pinky. He then reapplys the matte top coat, and I sit under the nail dryer another round. This time when I pull my nails out they smudge immediately. He then reapplies the matte top coat again over the smudged nails. So now my nails are lumpy but whatever. After another round under the dryer he tells me I can leave. So I walk out and go down the hall WHEN MY NAILS SMUDGE AGAIN. At this point I turn around and go back in. I tell him whats wrong and that I would like it if he could remove the nail polish and do it over. He doesnt want to. He only does it for one nail and the rest HE JUST ADDS ANOTHER TOP COAT. Then he goes ohhhh dryer on cold air thats why no dry. Heres warm air. So then I sit under the hot nail dryer for 10 minutes. At that point my nails should be done so I pull them out and do a test poke and.....SMUDGE. At this point all my nails are lumpy, its been two hours, and I just want to go home. So I left. I should have got a refund but I just didnt care. Im removing all the caked on polish and just painting my acrylics myself.

This place is horrendous! Male literally ripped my nail completely off. When I said, “this hurts”. He said he was unable to help me. They all then started talking loudly in Chinese. He then started talking to another co worker and was saying brown and black people don’t tip! Please don’t come here!

They messed up so bad on my nails. The second day one of them fell off and I went to get it fixed. The guy doing my nails made it very obvious that he did not know what he was doing. 5 other people had to come help him and my nail is still not done right. Never will I ever go back.

Had an appointment to have a new set and pedicure done. The job was being done by Brian, he proceeded to start with the nails, leaving the gel shellac until the end. I was then moved to the pedicure section, at this point Ann came along to help him with the shellac polish. As you all ladies who have had shellac done on your nails, you need a dryer. Well Ann had the nerve enough to plugged in the dryer into an outlet, and then she placed it on my lap as I had my feet under water. But not only when I asked them if it was safe to have the dryer on at the same time I had my feet under water...They made a joke about it saying Oh well if the dryer falls in the water we can buy a new one I feel that this people dont deserve to have an active license to be working on any body, as they are careless and unprofessional. They put my life at risk, water and electricity should never be put together. Its been reported to the Oregon Health Authority. And if any of you ladies out there have felt that your life had been put at risk, please report them. Also I would really appreciate if any of you ladies that were there at the same time I was on 7/31 around 5:00 pm, please write of review of what you thoughts are.

The guy who did my nails was so unsanitary and kept itching his hand, even used the machine to scratch the reoccurring itch. I was in for a full set and all he did was take off my nail polish, he didnt shape or cut my cuticles or trim my nails at all. My nails are crooked and uneven. Im so upset and disappointed.

The nails came off like a week later and the people there are racist, they made a racist remark and Im honestly disgusted. Im definitely NOT going back

My Grandson and I have patronized this studio for several years, but today was the last time we will go there. Loud conversations batted back and forth among the employees in their native language keep a customer from relaxing in a peaceful atmosphere. During an annoyingly loud 3-person conversation, my attendant carelessly paid no attention to what he was doing for me, and painfully bent my fore finger double in a hard squeeze as he massaged my hand. The polish he applied was far too thick so it took a long time to harden and dry, there was no cuticle work done, and the polish application was careless. He used some remover to clean up around the nails when he was done, but not done completely. His attitude and manner was clearly inconsiderate and surly. My grandsons pedicure was not well done, no attention to cutting nails neatly nor calluses removed. $40 is too much to waste for shoddy, careless work and to be subjected to countless loud comments and conversations being tossed across the room in Vietnamese language.

I strongly recommend people to never go there I wish I could of wrote a review with out giving it a star I went to get my nails done on Tuesday here it is Sunday March 18 and my nail are all breaking how do you charge high prices in do poor work NEVER AGAIN 😲😲😠😠😠
