I’ve been getting acrylic nails done for about 8 years now because I work in the veterinary field so nail biting is a huge no-no and I’ve found that acrylics are the only way I can curb my habit (AKA, I’ve been to about a million nail salons in my time). I can confidently say that Lana at this salon is by far the best nail technician I’ve ever worked with. She not only helped me coordinate colors for the design I wanted that would look the best but her attention to detail and kind personality was unlike any technician I’ve ever worked with. I’d recently been in a bike accident so my nails were in rough condition and she made sure to be especially gentle with me and cleaned/fixed up any damage I had because of it, put on extra primer so my design will last through my endless hand washing at work and even “double filled” the acrylic on my nail that had lifted because of my accident, which she absolutely didn’t have to do. I will be making Lana my permanent nail technician and definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for somewhere new. Also, this set is so summery and I feel so cute, which is what everyone wants to feel like after they get their nails done so thank you for helping me regain some confidence after being in a tragic accident. PS: You all should make an Instagram account so I can brag about you on there too ;-)

I had the best experience here! I walked in without an appointment and they didn’t make me wait at all even though there were a ton of other people in there. I got acrylics with gel polish and they’re so pretty and the staff were all so nice. Definitely will be going back!

I got a walk in full set and really love how they came out! There were a ton of options for colors too!

My favorite! I get my nails buffed instead of painted, so the filing and cuticles need to be sharp, and all of their manicurists do a great job. Overall, they do a great job on services, prices are very reasonable, and the place is always super clean.

I have went here many times to get my nails done. I had them done a week ago. Withing 2 days 2 nails came off. Another was very uneven. I came back in and asked for this set to be removed and have my nails redone. They did not soakvhem off. The lady took a fake nail andshoved it under each of my fake nails prying it off in the process ripping my natural nails to shreds. And then refused to put nails on. She used a fake nail to rip off my acrylic nails. I am in extreme pain

I recently moved to the Portland area and have been on the hunt for a new nail salon. I am picky about the shape and thickness so I was worried about trying a place and being disappointed. After my first gel acrylic set with Dashing Diva I can happily say they do an outstanding job! The girls are so funny, it’s such a welcoming environment and they do quality work. With it being my first time, Lana gave me a $3 off coupon for the next visit and I will gladly be back. Thank you divas you are so dashing. (Cheesy but they are truly wonderful)

If you’re used to quality and professionalism I don’t recommend coming to this spot. I needed a basic French tip Ombre fill and they couldn’t accommodate that. After going back and forth she finally said okay I sat down and still she wasn’t able to grasp what I wanted. It’s literally basic fill 101. She couldn’t differentiate what was grow out acrylic and my natural nail bed all I have to say is YIKES. 👎🏽

I come here regularly and my nails always look fantastic.The service here is always professional and friendly, and Lana and the other nail technicians are always accommodating and flexible in making sure my nails look exactly the way I want. I have brought multiple friends here on different occasions and we have always been impressed and thrilled with how great our nails turn out.The staff here are very professional, I have noticed that Lana and the other techs spend much longer working on my nails than technicians at other salons, and I have definitely noticed the difference. The service takes longer because they put in so much detail and care into making my nails look perfect, they are never too thick and the color is always smooth and looks great!

I love this nail salon so much. The acrylic manicurist does an amazing job and I’m always so happy whenever I leave. I work in the food service industry and need my nails to be relatively short and she does any shape I want. I’ve had a lot of nail salons tell me that my nails couldn’t be short and forced long nails on me that were very thick. That is not a problem here at all. She does amazing long nails as well for when I want to mix it up a bit. She has also done really great nail art and puts a lot of effort into it. Would highly recommend!

My first time here since moving to the area and Lana did a great job. I went in with long coffin shape but decided I wanted to go shorter and change to oval. I appreciate the time and attention to detail that I was given, especially for my first time here. The salon is clean and there’s a lot of color options to choose from. I will definitely be back!

Two week old gel manicure and regular pedicure pictured from my first visit. I called on a Sunday afternoon and asked if I could come in in an hour. They didn’t ask my name, so I assumed it wasn’t really an appt, but more of a “sure drop in in an hour”. But then they called ME asking if I was still coming in an hour later, which I thought was great (studio was really busy)! One free drink with service, friendly but not overly chatty, took their time. I’ll be going back!

Amazing nail salon! Im so glad I listened to my gut and trusted the great reviews on this particular salon. I live out by the Clackamas Town Center and let me tell you Dashing Diva is worth the traffic hunny! A complimentary mimosa, short wait time, amazing customer service! Gladly listened to my every wish and executed the exact manicure I was hoping for all for an amazing price! Cant wait to come back!

Dashing Diva Nails is THE BEST!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Lana’s Dip Nail last me for WEEKS! Even when I travel-they stay looking shiny and never chip!! They pay special attention to my crazy feet-I LOVE their attention to Detail!!

I finally found my favorite nail place. Im super picky and they always do a perfect job! Oh also they have a million gel colors and cool mood changing colors or glow in the dark. Love this spot. PS Lana is my go to, but theyre all great.

I’ve been here twice now and both my experiences were amazing! You get a complimentary beverage when you come in, including mimosas, hot tea,Diet Coke, etc.Lana is my go-to gal for acrylics and she does a beautiful job. I love that she is super detail oriented and gives me exactly what I ask for! Plus, she’s super great at not making my nails look so thick (a pet peeve of mine). I have 4 other friends that religiously go here every few weeks, which is why I tried it out and I’m sooo glad I did.

I have been getting acrylics for a couple years now and have tried probably every nail salon in Portland. I have now been coming here exclusively for 5 months and will not get my nails done anywhere else! They are so kind when you bring them an idea and are always willing to listen to your suggestions. I hate the look of chunky acrylics and they make them look so thin and natural! Honestly just book an appointment and see for yourself. I have no idea where these bad reviews are coming from.

Very clean super nice ladies!!

I’ve been to this salon in the past but every time I go, my experiences keep getting worse and worse. The price they charge me for a full set is the same as the fill. The lady that assisted me kept calling over her peers to look at my nails and to tell me I need to come in sooner. Then she asked if I would come back in two weeks and I said it all depends on when I have time and the lady starts laughing. When I kept looking at my nails because they didn’t look well done, the nail tech kept grabbing my hands filling down my nails and kept asking over and over again if they were okay. After I finally pointed out what seemed off she started laughing again and started speaking in her native language. I always get asked if I can come back with cash also. I believe this is a customers choice. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this salon again. There are plenty of other places on Hawthorne which are equally as close to my place.

I came to remove fake nails and get a manicure. My nail was ripped off during removal and started bleeding and I said we needed to wait for a manicure because my nail could not get polish due to the nail rip and bleeding. Then she quickly did my cuticles and charged me $22 for nail removal and half a manicure. I told her no for the manicure before ever doing my cuticles and they argued with me until I finally just paid and left. Will not be returning.

This is the best nail place Ive been to in years. They really educate you on the health of your nails too, especially Lena. Great selection of Gel and Dipp colors and VERY Covid aware with strict sign in, sanitizer etc.

Ladies took their time even though we were last ones who came in right before they closed. Highly recommend this spot.

Made a last minute appointment and that they accommodated. My extensions lasted the longest of any place Ive been to (48 days!) and probably would of lasted longer if I hadnt taken them off. Minimal impact to my natural nail. A lot of other designs and services available. Would definitely come back if I am in the area. Quick tip to save $5, bring your own nail file and buffer. Staff is friendly although english is not fluently spoken by all. Good hygiene and cleanliness with reasonable pricing.

My mom and I go here all the time and see Lana for dip nails! I’ve been to so many other salons, and Lana is the best in Portland! I’m a hairstylist and my hands are always in water. Dip polish lasts me for about 2-3 weeks and I only have to go back in because my nails have grown out, but the polish is still on and going strong! We also get pedicures there regularly and everyone else there is great at those too!

If i could give this place no stars i would. I came here and got turned away because i didnt/could put a fake tip on my nail because i was starting a new job and they would not round out my nail into a almond shap. So left and tried to go somewhere else but couldnt because everyone i called was closing and so i walked back in and was just gonna get the color removed from my nails and theu turned me away a second! Time! Because in the 3 minutes i was out side they decided they were closing because they hadnt made any money and i told them id pay well but they didnt want my money... what kind of place turns away an unhappy customer then turns them away for a second time refusing to make money off them and turn it into a better experience! I was so happy i had found a decently rated nail salon in my neighborhood open on a sunday but i should have known better.Thanks but no thanks i would have brought you more customers if it had worked out.🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️But i guess money doesnt matter to you when youve have no customers all day 🤷🏻‍♀️Edit: went somewhere else and they did great! Middle photo is the nail that couldnt be rounded out. Yet the other salon i went to was able to do it with out question.

I’ve been going to this place since it opened and what I like about it is they are constantly working to make your experience better. The technicians are all great. The place is very clean and they make you feel welcome.

I found this place because my regular nail guy was not available and I had to get my nails done asap because I was going on a spare of The moment trip. The owner did my nails and she did such an amazing job that, I have never been back to the guy that had done my nails for the past 3 years. That says a lot because he is one of the BEST in the Portland area. Check them out! You will not be disappointed! I promise!

Great find! We were visiting our daughter and wanted a place nearby the dorm and that three of us could get a pedi at the same time. Service was great. We called ahead and when we got there we were seated right away and a mimosa pleasantly put in our hands. You choose from a menu of services. Cost is average but the service brought greater value to the experience. They gave us a coupon for another visit. Our daughter will definitely be back with her friends as will we!

This is my favorite nail salon I’ve been to since moving here nearly a year ago. The nail techs, especially Trisha, are so nice, accommodating, and friendly. I read some great reviews about this place. I decided to give it a try. No doubt in my mind that this Nail Salon atmosphere looks so lively. The ladies there were so care feeling. I had a gel Manicure done. They recommended a gel Manicure for me. I guess its a new technology for most Nail Salons these days. A nail tech named Lana did my nails and Whoah my finger nails looked liked I was 5 years younger lol. Because I had a crooked finger, she made my nails looks fantastic like my crooked finger was never there. I like this place and the people. I went to Lani when needing to find a new nail tech. Lani is meticulous, she had great attention to detail and was able to do a wonderful stiletto shape that other nail techs have had challenges with. The salon itself has many options for colors, including dip powder. Will be making this my regular spot.

I love this place. I bounced around trying several nail shops in the area before I found this one. I kept having bad experiences where nail techs would work too fast and do sloppy work or even cut my fingers. Every time I have been here they have worked carefully and I’ve been very happy with the job. Lana is my go to lady. Sometimes there is a wait because of how busy they get, but I think it’s worth it!

Ive tried so many nail shops in Portland for gel Manicure and Pedicure but nothing as good as this Nail salon. The Shop was in a small parking lot but it was easy to locate because its close to Plain Pantry. The place is very clean and looks professional. Lana did my nails. I cant say anything more but a great thank you. My nails looks so natural and my pedicure was so relaxing. You got to try this place to believe it. I never write reviews or recommend any business but it is well deserved for a review. Great customer service and staff. I also had a free complimentary mimosa drink that came with the service. My lady accidentally put top coat instead of base coat on one hand of my gel nails and didnt fix it (should have insisted, lesson learned). They chipped that day and the rest peeled off so easily in the next couple days. I dont live in Portland so it makes it easy to say I will not be back.

Ive had bad experiences from getting my nails done but when I came here, (Soy was who I had btw. ) they were all kind and when I sat down Soy was all smiles and saying how she wants to make me feel beautiful and that we will work together. Unlike other places they just work through it without really asking questions but she kept making sure I liked the length, color, and when I had questions shed answer them. This was what surprised me, bc usually nail places that Ive gone to dont check an see if they are even, but she kept putting them next to each other making them perfectly even. If I could Id give more than a 5 star.

The women at Dashing Diva are fantastic. My acrylic nails are smooth, well shaped, and not too thick! AND no lifting between fills! Lana truly cares about her work.

Theyre not friendly and i believe they discriminated against me. They wanted to upcharge me for things that didnt make sense. The vibe was soooo off i just left. Vogue nails is definitely a go to in Oregon.

Just wanting to get the word out about a fraudulent cleaning company. If anyone hires house cleaners for their home, dont hire PDX Cleaning. PDX Cleaning is under investigation with the FBI, IRS and Oregon Labor Laws Bureau for embezzlement fraud

The people here are very nice and they even give you complimentary drinks. Unfortunately my full set is really bad. My matte black fang tips are very uneven and bumpy. The polish is streaky and bumpy. In the sun you can see through the paint in spots. It was only $50 so I think I got what I paid for. I will probably get these removed soon. Huge bummer.

Do not come here if you have a specific request.First they will try to coax you into getting things that you do not want. When you tell them you dont want their additional services they will be very unfriendly and cold towards you.I came in for a chin wax and decided to also get a pedi. After my 1 min chin wax job with burning hot wax that scalded my skin, I was not even offered a mirror to look at the end result. When I asked for a mirror most of the chin hairs I had that I specifically pointed to for removal were still there. Mind you during the process the only instruction I have was for a specific part of my chin to be waxed.The lady doing the wax was super hasty and very rude. I asked her to attempt to pluck the remaining hairs left behind and she said that she couldnt because they were too short. I then asked her for the tweezers and easily plucked out 5 of the hairs while she was standing there. She was super embarrassed walked out then walked back in and said she couldnt do my pedicure anymore because someone who had an appointment was there and I would have to wait. This was an excuse because I was one of 2 people in the salon and the other person was being serviced.She then grabbed the mirror and tweezers out of my hand and told me I had to leave because someone else needed the wax room. Another lie. I will never come here again. And if you are looking for a quick place to go to on a Sunday because your regular place is closed. Just save yourself the headache and go to your regular place because this place is a terrible business with bad service and even worse customer service.

Dont get the callous remover treatment. I walked on my tippy toes for 3 days because the soles of my feet hurt so bad! And it was $5 extra☹️

Only 3.5 stars. How bad could it be? BAD! I came here today because my favorite place was booked and I wanted a last minute mani/pedi.There were so many bad things (cold foot bath despite notifying them, over 25 minutes of just waiting when they said I’d get right in) but this one star review is because the man that was giving my pedicure had some rash on his forearm. I saw him take a break and spray it with alcohol. Oh well. But then he took a clean towel and started rubbing his red mark. He then took that same towel to dry my feet.I wish I had said something but decided not to make a scene (damage was done?) and said I was short on time for a manicure. I got in my car and lathered my legs and feet in hand sanitizer. I’m so grossed out and now nervous whatever he had was contagious.

Unassuming from the exterior but clean and modern inside. They did a great job on both my husband and I. We will be back soon.

Came in to have my current acrylic set removed.The tech used an electric drill for the first 30 mins and burnt my nail beds (from drilling in the same place too long) several times. When that wasnt happening, the drill bit would often skip around on my nail and into my cuticles.Not terribly hygenic, either. The solution the tools were sitting in had an inch or two of silt in the bottom.

Hans down the worst nail salon my friend and I have gone to. I paid $35 for a pedicure my friend and I were sitting side-by-side paid for the same thing and they didnt even put anything in the water when I tried to ask them about it there was nobody in the salon that knew English well enough to have a conversation with me about their services. The orange juice that I chose as a drink instead of some cheap champagne was Tang or Hi-C I would seriously suggest steering clear this place if you want any type of decent customer service

This place will nickel & dime you, charged my daughter in law to use the cheese grater also they like to talk about the customers in their language while looking at you smiling. So unprofessional & will never go back!

The service was ok but Ive noticed they are not as sanitary as they should be. The tools appeared like they have not been properly cleaned or placed in a sanitation machine prior to use.
