Ive been coming to Top Ten Nails for the last five years and Ive always been happy with the service and look of my nails. Now that Ive moved, I make the trip across town just to get my nails done here. So worth it!

If you’re in a hurry, this place may be a good choice for you. I thought it was a little rushed and not the most careful job, but I appreciate their service. They seem friendly and I’m sure some people would be happy here. I will probably try other places instead and look for somewhere that takes just a bit more time and care.

I love this salon. For 16 years I have been a happy customer (but missed last year because, you know, Covid and never leaving home). They have always been slammed with business, several pedicures and several manicures going simultaneously. This spring, 2021, I have stopped in twice and both times been the only customer. Yay for safety, boo for supporting a beautiful business and the family who own and operate it. Come on, Portland. If you can line up at a brew pub or even hit the trails in Forest Park, you are safer here than there. Support our Asian owned businesses and families. This has been a rough go for them in particular. Make an appointment, hand out some gift cards, get sparkly toes and tip to the moon. ❤️

Super nice and ended up loving my nails

I got gel manicure, three coats plus a gel removal for $27. These are my nails three days after getting them done and they look fabulous. Kim was fast and did a phenomenal job. I will be back!!

First time getting gel and the whole process was amazing. The girl was super sweet and very gentle. She even gave me a arm and hand massage afterwards followed by a warm hand towel. The whole process was amazing and I highly recommend. 😊

I did not really like my gel manicure from here. It looks clumpy and I could’ve done a better job myself. She kept painting where my nails were not there. Painted all over my fingers leaving a lot of residue. My nail tech was nice but she was shaking a lot.

Everyone was so nice, it was my first time getting acrylics. They turned out perfect!

They focused on every detail and were very nice. Most nail people dont think about how under the nail looks but they made it very nice and smooth just like the top.

I have been here many times, I love the owners they are so sweet and kind people. I have to say it was my first time getting my nails done in 3-4 months, I got a shellac manicure, it was great.....but 4 hours later all of the polish came off.... I literally have two nails left painted. It just bums me out because i spent so much time in the chair and tipped really well, and by the end of the night.... I have no polish left.... I will try to work this out with the owners.....but overall I am not a happy Customer.

Was okay. Lady felt like she was breaking my fingers when doing manicure. But they do a quick job.

The man who does acrylics here is the best in town. Hes a perfectionist and very kind. Every time I go somewhere else I regret it.

The nail salon I normally go to was busy so I decide to try top ten and I wasn’t disappointed! Everyone was nice and friendly and the lady who did my nails did an amazing job! She was super fast too, which is always appreciated!! Will def be back!

I came in having gotten my nails done elsewhere and not liking how they turned out. Tu is amazing and was able to remove a set of solar gel nails that I had done at the previous salon. Nang gave me a new set of ombre nails that I originally wished for. They were both so sweet and professional! I will never go anywhere else and I am actually looking forward to seeing them again for my fill!

Best place to get perfect acrylics! I cant go anywhere else, as Im always disappointed when I do. He gets the shape perfect every time.

Awesome service every time! My shellac lasts three weeks without chipping. Just have to go in because its grown out. Love this place, good prices too

Cut my daughters hands repeatedly with the file. And used the electric file too intensely. She was in pain the whole time.Then today her friend went there and was cut so much they removed all her nail polish because the blood kept it from drying properly!

I went to Top Ten Nails for the first time today to get a manicure and pedicure. I chose this salon because they open an hour earlier than the other nail salons on SE Hawthorne. They had excellent service, were detail-oriented, and were not pushy with up-sells.

Theyre excellent! Ive been here twice and had a great experience both times. I get acrylic nails and most salons I have been to make the nails really thick, which I dislike. They listened to everything I asked for, and they were perfectionists. Plus they have extremely reasonable prices.

Top Ten Nails are the only people in Portland I trust with my nails. Im super picky too. I love the place, I love the people and their work is amazing. Ive been a client for 13+ years.

Just stopped by for the first time and left without getting anything done. Terrible service. One of the people who work there is particularly rude, and barely speaks English, I didnt understand what he was trying to say or why he was upset.

They treat me and my ten year old daughter, like queens. Loved every minute of my deluxe pedicure.
