The owner and his wife are the nicest people. They keep the place clean and always easy access for me as I am disabled. I find that each time I return,I see the same customers. That makes me happy.I found my spot and the prices are affordable.

Clean attendant is very good personable and friendly. A little more expensive however it is worth in my opinion also deep laundry sink in the bathroom

Clean and fairly priced, I would have liked to have made it my new spot to wash clothes, but the attendant/owner shadowed me the entire time I was there, staring at me and making me pretty uncomfortable. And Im not one of the patrons that gets their kicks by theft and vandalism, Im tidy, quiet and I dont have children to turn loose there to destroy the place, so Im not sure what the deal was. But never again. I dealt with wrinkled clothes because I dumped everything into bags and left as soon as it was all semi dry - I felt so awkward by being watched like that. Ill go to Jubitz or Alpine instead

It is a nice facility but they allow people in who arent wearing masks, and they will sit very close to you. Until this is changed, I have to recommend avoiding the facility at all costs at this time. Its just not safe.

Im not sure why the majority of places are so shady that they charge for hot water but know full on they dont have hot water. This is that kind of place . And the restroom was disgusting! 3 staff were here yet nothing was done to show any improvement . They dont clean the tables or machines Or dryers . I will never return, this place is a dive.

I originally reviewed this place and gave it a decent rating. Now im never coming back, my bill was a little wrinkled and it didnt work in one of the change machines the worker there said he couldnt help me and try somewhere else. Ive gone to this place maybe 5 times, and have had someone exchange it for quarters in the back. Now im unloading 4 washers with soap on it and going somewhere else. Dont come here if theres a chance your bill is wrinkled you will get no help.

Washers dont spin out well... Dryers dont dry well... You will be sitting a long time feeling like your in some kind of time warp spell. Blue Sky eco laundry much better. Save your precious time.

Nice serviceable machines, not too crowded. Was able to get laundry done quickly.

Good when not busy, need to inforce mask wearing and limitations on how many people allowed in. Other than that the owner is pretty chill.

Washers are okfor the price. As for the dryers they just #$%$%*÷ %_&+ . The employees for the most part are rude and dont care about the customers or their problems with the machines.

Rude staff. We have spent countless handfuls of quarters at this place, because the machines are decent and its priced reasonably. However, on the evening my grown kiddo decided to take it upon themselves to do our laundry and give me a break, they were yelled at by the woman staffing the place as they walked in the door. There was a wet floor sign in the center of the doorway, making it impossible to go in without walking past it. The employee screamed at my kiddo for *walking in the door*, past the sign, at 7pm when they were open for business. Ridiculous. Kiddo turned and walked right back out, heading to another laundromat. We wont be going back to this place-- we spend $40-60 per visit, twice monthly, and Id rather not give my money to someone without any respect for basic manners. There are plenty of laundromats with pleasant and helpful staff.

Its clean has newer machines. Onsite manager, T.V. with WiFi if you are into that. Plenty of room and safe feeling. I took me and my child there and it was a nice place compared to some places I use to go that you had to watch what patrons came. I was just real impressed.

Washers and dryers are fixed! clothes are partially still dipping after wash. And the dryers temps are turned down It’s took 45 minutes to dry jeans two T-shirts and a towel I came here numerous times and use different machines and it’s the same with all of the them. oriental owner Just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and said use number 12 it’s better.. Don’t forget the homeless in tens on the side walk out front!

Outstanding staff lady was very friendly and professional, while at the same time seemed like a friend Id known my entire life! Made me feel like I was at home. Ill only do my laundry there from now on!

Been coming here for years. The Lees are great people and assist you with anything you need. Its clean because the employees are always cleaning. I dont go anywhere else. Prices are responsible too.

Prices comparable or better than other places I have been. Clean. Friendly, helpful owners and staff.

Ruined an expensive item, refused to pay for it. Took my laundry for their wash and fold for the first time. Brought it home, didnt put it away, about a week later I go to wear a bra they washed and RUINED. They had clearly dried it, as it was crinkled like the fabric had been overheated and the lining was shredded as well. I called and got the owners phone number. Called and explained what happened - which was difficult as there is a language barrier, and he told me it was my fault because I didnt provide detailed instructions for my items. I mean this in the most non-offensive way possible, but it was my first time at this business and the gentleman who took my laundry barely spoke english well enough to explain they only take cash. How am I supposed to know I needed to provide specific instructions when the employee didnt tell me that? Ive used several other wash/fold services and no one has EVER needed instructions. So needless to say the owner flat out told me they wouldnt pay for the cost of my ruined bra ($75 and I have proof) but then texted me to tell me to bring it in. When I replied and asked why I would bother wasting my time when he already told me they wouldnt pay for it, he didnt respond at all.

Great place to do laundry, you can clean your lent tray before drying.

Staff is always kind.

Instructions on machine say to add bleach when the indicator light comes on. Too bad the indicator light never comes on. $2.25 a wash load is steep when the machines dont work properly. I dont recommend coming to this place.

It was my first time there and i will never go back. It took for ever to dry my close. The parking lot is not painted so i was block in bye a old lady. The lady running this place did nothing about it. I will go to the one on lombard and Vancouver

Got a box of drying sheets stolen there! Watch out!!!The real problem is - there was none other then Chinese lady owner and she left before our drying cycle was done. I asked her husband if she has taken it, thinking may be she thought it was an empty box, but they said that they didnt see it. Really weird, never had a box of dryer sheets stolen...wow..how low.
