Lisa is a snake (the owner). She pays way under a livable wage, even if you bust your back for her for years. She pays under the table help less than $100 for a weeks worth of work & she WILL NOT provide you with a paystub.

One of the cleanest laundromat Ive ever been to. I highly recommend going to this particular laundromat if you live within the area. It saves money because its cheaper than most places also they provide a service for $5 which gives you a card you load money onto and every $20 gives you $1 extra. Very clean machines and very kind service. I definitely recommend this laundromat its hard to find but its beyond worth it. Superclean thumbs up thumbs up :-)

I want to give this place all the stars! I’ve always had a good experience and their wash and fold has been a lifesaver lately but today I came to drop off and I stood in the door way while the attendant who is a young man wearing a baseball cap and a bandanna around his neck was typing on his phone. Eventually, I asked if I could come in and he said “yes”; I waited for a few more minutes and then asked if he was going to put his mask on. And he told me he didn’t have to because I he was “this far”. I am so sad to find that someone hired to interact with the public doesn’t understand with the rules actually are. And besides, I certainly couldn’t walk up to the counter and interact with him that way. I found someplace else to take my laundry for drop off, but I’m very disappointed that’s what I had to do.

Get a card for the machines and youre all set. Different size of washing machines to accommodate needs. Prices are reasonable too.

I have a hectic professional life with very little time for errands. Not only is the facility close by to my apt, the service and quality is outstanding. The machines are always clean and the common areas are spotless. Im lucky enough to do laundry on a day where the individual running the laundrymat, named Falon, provides consistent and superior customer service. She always has a welcoming smile and is super helpful with anything the patrons need. I can see why Mondays are crazy busy! She runs a great shop! Five stars!!

I was in Portland for a few days while traveling and needed some laundry done. Normally I would just go to a laundromat and do it myself but with COVID restrictions I wanted to avoid lingering unnecessarily in an indoor public space. Their wash dry and fold services were very reasonably priced. When I called to inquire the attendant answered the phone promptly and did a great job addressing my questions. I picked my clean laundry later that day.

Clean place helpful friendly staff

Called 4 times to ask if their hot water was working again, but no one answered. Their is always someone there so I dont see why they cant answer the phone.

This is such a clean laundromat. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They remember your name once youve been there more than a couple of times.Im honestly not sure about laundromat prices compared to other places, as Im happy doing my laundry here and havent tried another, but I do know their wash and fold service is just slightly bit higher than another place in town.

Clean, tidy and staff is very helpful. In the summer it isnt boiling hot and not too over crowded. My laundry comes out clean and doesnt smell like burning rubber.

Has an ATM (fee is $3, but anywhere you go is gonna be the same) and quarter machine. Whole range of High Efficiency and regular machine and washers. The employees are always are helpful and nice whenever I talk to them.

Great customer service, machines always available and NEVER in the 4 years Ive been visiting has a machine had a funky smell or was unclean. And bonus, its super cheap compared to the others. Totally recommend

Ive been a loyal customer of the Laundry Depot for over a year. Theyve always taken excellent care of my clothes with their wash dry and fold service. As a small business owner, Ive greatly appreciated the service theyve provided. About 2 weeks ago they shrunk nearly $500 worth of clothes. The clothes are so shrunk that I cannot wear them any longer. I tried reaching out to the owner several times over the last 2 weeks and she continues to ignore my calls and messages. I strongly advise all to avoid this business.Update: The owner, Lisa, has since called. She is very cordial and appreciative of the feedback.

Tried to get shirts and ties dry cleaned. Spent 30 minutes with the register because the woman didnt know how to use a computer. She then quoted me 4 different prices and wanted to put a staple though my ties to mark where the stains were. After waisting 30 minutes I finally had to give up and ask for my stuff back . I had zero confidence that my clothes would get cleaned it even returned to me

Got a jacket dry cleaned. Came back still dirty and was still made to pay full price. Rude and unprofessional.

Theyre awesome. Always friendly and they have a ton of the huge washers. They will transfer laundry to the dryer for you and their rates are great. Get a card or pay the extra $.50 to use theirs and pay at the end. CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED TOO. Used to go to the eco on danforth but they never have big washers available. Machines are cheap and service great. Love them up

Walked over a mile with laundry that had to be done that day... Arrived at 6:33 and was told we couldnt do our laundry because the last wash was at 6:30... Very displeased and will never consider doing business there again!
